Perfect location to visit Naples, really super convenient. Super welcome and availability of the host! Very clean room, good bedding. Excellent value for money compared to other accommodations tried in Naples.

Strength: the central location is really convenient for visiting the city. Reception: communication took place exclusively by phone, without a direct meeting with the host. Check-in was still simple, although personally I would have appreciated a warmer welcome. Room: I stayed in a triple room; the space was rather limited for a family of three. I did not use the sofa bed because it would have further limited the ability to move around. Cleanliness: the room appeared tidy, but with some details that could be improved. Under the bed I noticed dust and a lot of dirt, and the toothbrush holder showed signs of wear and toothpaste buildup due to the succession of guests. A more thorough cleaning would make the experience significantly better. Suggestion for the host: greater personal presence, even just at check-in, and more careful attention to cleaning details could make a difference and make the stay much more pleasant.

Excellent facility located in the center of Naples just a stone's throw from the metro and very close to the major places of interest. Very kind and welcoming manager. Brand new rooms. Top cleanliness! Excellent breakfast. Very satisfied, I will definitely return.

Well-equipped, clean, and comfortable property, especially the extremely comfortable bed. I arrived with back pain but slept very well! The property manager is very kind and ready to respond to any request to make the stay enjoyable. Also willing to organize car tours outside the city.

Naturally coming to Naples is always a pleasure, this time though our stay was perfect! We stayed in this beautiful structure, in the heart of the city, in a building located in via Toledo. The room inside the B&B was spacious and very clean! Gianni, the owner, was welcoming and very helpful. We will definitely return to Naples but especially to sleep in the same structure.
