The structure is new and well taken care of. The owners are smart and very kind guys, always attentive to the needs of their guests. The cleanliness is impeccable. The breakfast is abundant and above all consists mostly of delicious homemade sweets. The structure is both from the center and from the Saline beach two minutes by car, in the true sense of the word. We will be back.

A week spent at B&B Villa Rosada was like being at home, a very clean and recently renovated structure, surrounded by greenery and with a very useful covered internal parking. A special thanks to Carmen and Giuseppe, two adorable brothers, for their friendliness and availability and for the rich breakfasts served every day with strictly homemade sweets and also savoury options upon request. What can I say about Mr. Gerardo and his wife and Marley, their dog, truly special people.

The structure is very welcoming, with extremely clean and comfortable rooms. The patio in front of the room is much appreciated. The breakfast room is communal and also very clean. Breakfast is classic sweet-based with croissants, delicious cakes, fruit, etc.\n\nI requested a gluten-free breakfast and, in addition to the Gluten-Free products, the very kind Miss Carmen also made me find a homemade gluten-free cake, excellent. Overall, the kindness and hospitality from Carmen and her brother were exceptional.\n\nFrom the structure, you can reach the most beautiful beaches in Palinuro, but a car is needed.

We stayed at the B&B Villa Rosada for 12 days in July 2023. We found a well-organized, clean structure with ample outdoor spaces and covered parking. The room, simple and functional, always perfectly clean, has a small garden in front with a table, chairs, umbrella, and a very useful drying rack for a beach holiday. The morning breakfast, served in a separate area in the garden of the structure, was rich, and we appreciated the excellent cakes prepared daily by Carmen. What we most appreciated was the friendliness, availability, discretion, and attention to the guest, in other words, the welcome received from the entire family managing the B&B. The property, recently renovated, is located within a cultivated land full of fruit plants. The rooms are complete with comfort, with cleaning done carefully every day and changing of bath linens every two days. The breakfast includes exquisite sweets prepared by the owners, along with other high-quality products. The service is excellent, provided by the owners, two young brothers assisted by their parents. It is a wonderful family that runs the B&B with passion and kindness. Definitely, it is a place where one would like to return with pleasure.

The structure is well located and quiet. The rooms are clean, well furnished, equipped with mosquito nets and with new fixtures. The garden is well-kept, shaded and very flowery. The breakfast is adequate in quantity and quality. The owners are pleasant people, reserved but very helpful. Highly recommended.

Struttura nuovissima, camere fresche, pulite e dotate di ogni comfort. Zona ottima, vicino al centro e alle varie spiagge di Palinuro e Mingardo. Colazione buona con dolci fatti in casa diversi ogni mattina. La gentilezza, la disponibilità e la simpatia di Carmen e della sua famiglia (Marley compreso) non ha eguali! Per le nostre esigenze non avremmo potuto trovare di meglio. Super consigliato!

Siamo stati ospiti in questo B&B ma e come fossimo stati a casa tra persone speciali. Tutto è stato ottimo direi dalla camera alla posizione, al giardino, al confort, e alla colazione ricca e fresca ottimi dolci e crostate. La disponibilità e la gentilezza di Gerardo il patron della casa e'stata unica. Da ritornare sicuramente a presto. Lo consiglio vivamente.

Abbiamo alloggiato nella struttura della famiglia Luise nelle scorse settimane e ci hanno fatto sentire come a casa con la loro accoglienza calorosa ma sempre discreta. Camera con ingresso indipendente e ristrutturata e arredata a nuovo. Posizione strategica per le più belle spiagge della zona e subito al di fuori del centro paese (in modo da evitare le problematiche di parcheggio in centro). Colazione superlativa con gli splendidi dolci preparati ogni giorno. La consigliamo assolutamente e speriamo di tornarci presto.

Questo B&B è un angolo di paradiso a Palinuro. Struttura dalla posizione comoda e riservata, nel verde e nella tranquillità. Ampio parcheggio interno in mezzo agli ulivi. Tutte le località di interesse raggiungibili in pochi minuti di macchina. Il posto in sé è molto bello, con camere ampie, ben arredate, pulitissime e bagno confortevole. C'è l'aria condizionata in camera ma francamente a noi non è mai servita grazie al clima fresco e secco che ha accompagnato le nostre vacanze di agosto. La famiglia che gestisce il B&B ci ha accolto come amici, ognuno di loro è stato meraviglioso: disponibile, gentile, simpatico e professionale. Cosa chiedere di più? Ci manca già tutto e torneremmo domani stesso. Grazie!

Solo a ripensare a quei due fantastici giorni ci sentiamo riempire il cuore di emozioni. Nonostante è da pochissimo che hanno inaugurato questo B&B, sono rimasta sorpresa per quello che abbiamo trovato: una pulizia eccellente, posizione centralissima e i proprietari davvero accoglienti! lo consiglio vivamente.
