It was not what we expected. The elevator in the building was broken. There were no coffee capsules left for the coffee machine in the apartment. The roller mechanism for the roll-up outer shading blades was broken and fell apart when we tried to roll up the shading blades. There was warm water, but not hot water. The shower had very low water pressure, making it impossible to take a proper shower, and the movable shower that you hold with a hand was broken and did not allow water to flow at the wall. Also, we were very, very disappointed with the attitude of the host. He specifically asked when we were going to check out and I specifically responded that we would check out at 10 o'clock exactly since this was the given check-out time. At 9:30 am he was banging at our door while we were still sleeping (our baggage was fully ready from the previous night). He did not apologize. It was so unacceptable and rude to try to force us to check out 30 minutes earlier than the official check-out time.

The apartment (Room B) is nice for living. It is spacious, bright, and most importantly, clean. In this respect, it is in stark contrast to the situation in the area around Napoli station. :) If you have any problems, you should contact Giuseppe, he is a great host and always willing to solve them. Minor cons: a. The balcony doors open with noise. b. The lower faucet in the shower does not work, which caused a little confusion for us. This would not have happened if we had been warned at check-in. (Due to this misunderstanding, we even looked for alternative accommodation in case of disagreement). c. The water pressure should preferably be higher in the tap as well. Overall, we say that we were satisfied with living in the apartment. Thanks to Giuseppe for hosting.

This is our first time in Italy and we were worried as we checked in at midnight. The host was very nice and gave us detailed instructions for self check-in. The room is clean and dust-free. Some neighbors were quite noisy, unfortunately, which, however, is not the host's fault.

Very nice apartment near the Spaghetti House railway station and underground, good place for transfer to other cities. Room and bathroom are in excellent condition, rated 10 out of 10. Good communication with the owner, all instructions with pictures and videos will be provided on WhatsApp.

Nice apartment, clean, comfortable, nice host, very kind and helpful, bad neighbourhood, however near central station. Ask for cups and cutlery at arrival if you need, or your stay will be deprived of it.

I take this opportunity, among other things, to reassure those who read us. The neighborhood where our location is located is very close to Naples Central Station and the terminus of all urban (bus and metro) and extra-urban means of transport. Also for this reason it is frequented by a multiplicity of people who can make the neighborhood seem unsafe but it is always manned by police and police, and there is also a police station nearby. I was sorry not to be able to provide you with the required cups late in the evening but I do not live inside the location and the part of the house reserved for the staff is closed when the staff are not around.

Thank you very much to Giuseppe for making our stay in Naples so pleasant! The room and the bathrooms are spacious, clean, and completely renovated. (The same as in the photos) In addition, there is a balcony. Even though the apartment is not in the city center, it only takes a 10-minute walk to get to the Naples train station, where there is also the metro to easily explore the city. Giuseppe was always attentive to our requests and always found a solution to everything in no time. I highly recommend it!

The accommodation is located more than 500 meters from the central station. The area is not among the best, although it is not unsafe, there are other neighborhoods that are more central and with similar prices. The room is a good size and clean, but nothing more. No wifi.

La ringrazio per la sua recensione, che comunque ritengo molto penalizzante per il lavoro che ogni giorno svolgiamo per assicurare ai nostri ospiti il massimo confort e la massima pulizia. La posizione l'ha scelta lei, anche in funzione del prezzo molto economico che ha pagato. Per 60 euro avete soggiornato in 3 in una camera di 20 mq (vi sfido a trovare camere così grandi in altri contesti), con bagno privato interno, in un appartamento a 500 metri dalla stazione centrale e dal capolinea della metro Garibaldi, con le fermate dei bus che portano a Piazza Plebiscito sotto casa e l'uscita dell'autostrada a 50 metri. Le assicuro che neppure nella camerata di in un ostello avreste pagato quel prezzo in 3. Mi ha sorpreso anche il voto che avete attribuito al gestore, però non ho trovato menzione della disponibilità ad accogliervi anticipatamente alle 13, 00 per effettuare il check-in, ritirare le chiavi e per lasciare i bagagli, che altrimenti avreste dovuto portare in giro per Napoli o lasciare in qualche deposito bagagli a pagamento, e neppure ho trovato menzione della disponibilità a farvi usare i servizi igienici interrompendo e ritardando le operazioni di pulizia e rassetto della camera. "Nient'altro". Ma è proprio ciò che lei ha scelto, prenotato e utilizzato. Cos'altro desiderava in un affittacamere? Capisco che voi aspiriate a reception, concierge e camere di hotel a 5 stelle nel centro città, quindi vi consiglio di porre mota attenzione durante le prossime prenotazioni. Noi continueremo a lavorare con lo stesso impegno e con la stessa disponibilità verso i nostri ospiti, nonostante gente confusa e arrogante. Buona vita. Giuseppe.

We used the room for a short time because we were out a lot, so just enough time to rest and wash up, but I must admit that, in my opinion, there are improvements to be made (for example the shutter, the creaking of the patio door, the wifi that didn't work at all, but in the end it's not vital. But it's fine this way! The bed, however, is quite comfortable, I liked that without a doubt. Overall rating 6.

The apartment and the room are very nice and have every comfort. The host is very kind. The only negative note is that the area is a bit out of the way, although it is close to the station (700 meters). Excellent value for money.

Upon arriving at Spaghetti House, we noticed that the television had been removed from the room. Additionally, upon entering the bathroom, we found a dirty towel resting on the handle. The next day, the air conditioner started making a deafening noise that prevented us from sleeping. When I informed the rude manager, the response was 'Turn it off' with 35 degrees in the shade, a suffocating heat. How could we have turned it off? The fact is that no one came to check it. The day after our arrival, I left the cash amount in the room, 238 euros. I left 230 euros as I did not have small denomination banknotes and I would have left the 8 euros the following day. After complaining about the television, the air conditioner, and the towel, the manager was concerned about sending me 800 messages for the 8 euros. No comment! Avoid.

Nel ringraziare l'ospite per la recensione non posso non far rilevare che le cose scritte sono letteralmente inventate per ritorsione. L'ospite nonostante mi abbia incontrato ha preferito lasciare il saldo del soggiorno sul mobile in camera. Al totale del saldo mancavano 8 euro e quando l'ho fatto notare con 1 (uno) messaggio WhatsApp, l'ospite si è alterata. L'unica cosa vera è il problema al climatizzatore che mi è stato fatto notare nel tardo pomeriggio prima del check out. Ho chiesto all'ospite di spegnere il climatizzatore quando uscivano dalla camera per evitare ulteriori problemi. Purtroppo in pieno agosto è stato difficile trovare un tecnico che potessse intervenire e il primo disponibile è venuto la mattina dopo, quando era previsto il check out. La camera era pulita e sistemata secondi i nostri standard che sono riconosciuti ottimi dai nostri ospiti in tutte le recensioni. Il nostro lavoro ed il nostro impegno sarà sempre massimo per garantire il meglio a chi soggiorna presso la nostra struttura.

We had the pleasure of staying at this property for five days during our vacation in the wonderful city of Naples. We were nine people, and we had a great time; everything was beautiful and very clean! The location is really strategic for reaching all destinations. And what can I say about Giuseppe? On the occasion of my birthday, I celebrated with my family in Naples and stayed at the Spaghetti House accommodation. Although I chose it, at the time of booking, for its economic convenience and proximity to the central station, I must admit that I was favorably impressed by other features, which I could only see upon my arrival. First of all, I was welcomed by Giuseppe, a friendly and exquisite person with whom I spontaneously started a conversation going well beyond the typical formal relationship between owner and customer. The room appeared bright, clean, and above all very well-equipped: beyond a large sofa bed (the widest I've ever seen), I really appreciated the universal power outlets that spared me from needing an adapter for my laptop charger (mine requires the round one but the other structures where I stayed only had square sockets). Finally, I spent a peaceful night, without any type of noise or sound that could disturb sleep in the slightest.

Just a few steps from the central station of Naples, it is perfect for those traveling by train or subway. Moreover, it is convenient to reach the historic center and the main tourist attractions. The room was clean and fully equipped, but the outside area of the building is very dirty, degraded, and neglected. On the afternoon of our arrival, the coffee machine was removed from the entrance without any communication, which was very rude. Grazie per il tempo dedicato alla redazione di questa recensione. La sue parole piccate e ritorsive la dicono lunga sulla sua poca volontà di pagare la tassa di soggiorno. Nonostante la mia dimenticanza durante il check-in, sulla prenotazione c'è scritto chiaramente che ogni ospite paga 3 euro a notte da versare al comune di Napoli, dovevate e potevate lasciare la tassa di soggiorno indipendentemente dalla mia richiesta Vi ho scritto, con tutta la cortesia dovuta, di farmi il bonifico dei 18 euro perché, ripeto, non sono soldi miei e non vedo il motivo per cui avrei dovuto rimetterli io. Evidentemente non apprezzate né la cortesia, né la gentilezza e neppure la disponibilità. La macchinetta del caffè, con le relative cialde, è un servizio gratuito che potremmo anche non erogare ma che garantiamo quotidianamente ai nostri ospiti. Ma, come le ho spiegato, quella mattina la macchinetta non funzionava bene ed è stata portata in assistenza. Nonostante la mia spiegazione, vedo che sottolinea lo stesso questa gravissima scortesia che le ha arrecato un danno evidentemente irreparabile. Le ho anche scritto che, in un eventuale vostro altro soggiorno, sareste stati miei ospiti per la colazione al bar ma neppure questo ha placato la sua rabbia e la sua sete di vendetta. Se lo avessi saputo le avrei dato l'euro per il caffè al bar. In quanto alla polemica sulla mia presenza all'interno dell'appartamento, essa è sempre discreta e non invadente, si limita al periodo necessario per le pulizie e per il rassetto delle camere, e non sempre coincide con la presenza degli ospiti all'interno dell'appartamento. Evidentemente quando c'ero io voi eravate già usciti. D'altronde le ho detto più volte di contattarmi al telefono per ogni evenienza. In merito alle strade può rivolgere le sue lamentele direttamente al Comune di Napoli, in quanto la mia responsabilità termina davanti al portone di casa, che ha trovato "pulita e completa di tutto". Ora che ha placato la sua sete di vendetta la invito, prossimamente, ad avere più rispetto per il lavoro, l'impegno ed i sacrifici che le persone fanno per mandare avanti la propria attività, perché parole di rabbia, vendetta e cattiveria potrebbero vanificare tutto ciò. The new house is very beautiful and comfortable, very close to Garibaldi station so excellent for moving around with public transport. The owner is very skilled and extremely helpful, we arrived on a Friday afternoon in August with a problem with the car and he immediately found us a mechanic. Rating plus 10, we had a great time.
