Our B&B is near the sea in an area known for its spa waters and facilities (Terme di Agnano, Terme Puteolane) at Napoli art and culture location, rich in archaeological sites and buildings of great architectural merit, quiet, for enjoying a stunning panorama, in the heart of the city nearby Piazza Plebiscito. "San Carlo" is a prestigious home for breathing in the scent of our past, a lovely, refined building, a building of the past where the magic of history blends with modern amenities.

We were very kindly welcomed by the owner and immediately received many great tips about Naples. The room and bathroom are beautiful, freshly renovated and located in a historic house. Communication was excellent, the owner was very generous and flexible with check-in and check-out times. We felt very comfortable and can highly recommend this accommodation!

The Monolocale Bellini, conveniently located in a very central side street off via Toledo and parallel to via Chiaia, is easily reachable from Napoli Centrale train station via Metro Line 1, Municipio stop - exit Palazzo San Giacomo. After exiting Palazzo San Giacomo, you can enjoy an 8-minute pleasant walk. \n\nThe property fully met our expectations: situated inside a charming historic building equipped with an elevator on the floor, it has the right dimensions that allowed us to fulfill various functions. Not only the overnight stay, thanks to the delightful bedroom and the designer bathroom located in the loft, but also having breakfast comfortably in pajamas, thanks to the equipped kitchen provided with various utensils. \n\nMoreover, we were able to work remotely thanks to the large table/desk and the proximity of power outlets that allowed us to work together. The decor is captivating and the cleanliness impeccable. \n\nOur kind Host Marco was helpful and punctual in fulfilling requests and providing assistance. Furthermore, the cost was absolutely advantageous, considering the many positive aspects of the accommodation. \n\nIn conclusion, if our memorable All Saints' Day holiday in the extraordinary Naples was so enjoyable, it was also due to the pleasant stay at Monolocale Bellini/Appartamenti San Carlo. The good vibes were undeniable. See you soon Marco: we can't wait to come back!

The San Carlo B&B is new and very well-kept, located in a super strategic and central position, convenient to services like the Toledo and Municipio metro, and the bus to the airport (Alibus departing from the port, a 15-minute walk away). It is practically located in Piazza del Plebiscito, a few minutes from the seafront and the funicular to Vomero. We were greeted with sympathy and kindness by Marco, who provided us with a handy map showing all the local places and the most interesting areas. The room is beautiful and quiet. The chaos of the street is completely canceled once inside. If you decide to include breakfast in the price, it is served in a bar in the little square at the end of the street. However, the choice is limited and the croissants are not particularly good. That said, we were very happy with our stay and sorry to leave. Thank you Marco, we have a beautiful memory of San Carlo.

Very central structure to visit the city and the islands. You are a stone's throw from the famous shopping street Via Toledo, Piazza Plebiscito, and Teatro San Carlo. In the evening, you have the embarrassment of choice for the countless bars located near the structure where you can eat traditional Neapolitan cuisine and excellent pizza. Marco welcomed us kindly and also recommended some venues that were great! The room was renovated and comfortable. I highly recommend.

What can I say… if you are looking for a location in a great position, extremely clean, equipped with all comforts, with a helpful manager able to make you 'feel' the generosity of the Neapolitans right away… then San Carlo is the place you are looking for! The location is truly excellent (a stone's throw from Piazza Trento Trieste and Via Toledo), it will allow you to reach any point of interest in the city in a short time. The area will allow you to have restaurants, shops, and tourist attractions right outside your door. Another plus of San Carlo: perfectly soundproofed house! You will be in the center of Naples but at the same time isolated from the liveliness of the city! We will come back.

Spectacular apartment in a very central area just a few meters from Teatro San Carlo and Piazza Plebiscito. Brand new apartment just renovated complete with all comforts (air conditioning, kitchenette, TV, en-suite bathroom). Super friendly and professional manager. Very central location, a few steps from Piazza Plebiscito, parallel to the famous Via Chiaia, I believe it is the noble area of the center of Naples. Very close to San Carlo and Palazzo Reale (practically in front). A few meters to the left you take the well-known Via Toledo, a shopping street and to head towards Spaccanapoli (entrance via Maddaloni). Or immediately to the right you head towards the Chiaia waterfront. Room: more than enough size, equipped wardrobe, comfortable bed, flat-screen TV, very modern en-suite bathroom, cleaning ok, spacious shower. These are rooms renovated in a minimal style, soundproofed, inside a very old building but do not be deceived by its appearance: I discovered that in that area, and not only, all the historic buildings have this decadent look, which I believe is a peculiarity. Breakfast is outside in a very close bar, just outside on the street. More than decent, good coffee. In the surroundings, a myriad of typical taverns, especially near the Spanish quarters, now popular. In summary: for me it is the best area of Naples for a tourist, close to everything and away from the noisy historic center, although it must be borne in mind that Naples is not perfectly silent anywhere. The only but negligible flaw: via Nardones is narrow and busy and not always the pedestrian lane is free from scooters. I also point out the great courtesy and availability of Marco, a perfect host. Excellent value for money.

The location is excellent, close to Piazza del Plebiscito and the magnificent Toledo metro station. The owner was kind and helpful, gave us the city map and recommended some places to eat. The room is perfect, clean and soundproofed from external traffic noise. The breakfast at the affiliated bar is excellent! Maximum score deserved!

B&B found by chance, highly recommended. Located in a strategic location, you can visit Naples very well on foot. A ten goes to the owner because he is very kind and helpful. The room is located in a beautiful eighteenth-century building and is very clean and modern. We did not choose breakfast, so in the morning, just a few steps away, we tried all the Neapolitan specialties and good coffee always in different places. What else to say? Amazing!

The room is small but cozy, with all the necessary comforts, the bed very comfortable and the bathroom modern. The welcome when we arrived was very warm, they explained how to move around and what to visit and especially the best places to eat typical Neapolitan cuisine. The location is convenient, you can reach anywhere on foot, although I recommend taking the metro to see its peculiarities. Recommended, if I come back to Naples I will definitely try to book here.

Posto comodo per i weekend ottima per girare Napoli in pochi giorni. Metropolitana vicina a 5 minuti a piedi e ha pochi passi dal mare e dal centro. Gestore gentilissimo e disponibile per ogni cosa. Ci ritorneremo senz’altro.

B&B in una ottima posizione, centrale, a pochi passi da Piazza del Plebiscito. Gestori gentilissimi e disponibili a fornire indicazioni per visitare la città. Ambiente pulito e accogliente. Per la colazione la struttura è convenzionata con il bar "il vero caffè del professore" in piazza Trento, dove si può gustare un ottimo caffè napoletano. La fermata Municipio della metro è a 850 metri, poco dopo la Galleria Umberto I. Molto buono il rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Gestori accoglienti, simpatici e disponibilissimi. Vicino alla metro e a Piazza Plebiscito, a due passi dal lungomare e dal molo Beverello, posizione centralissima. Camera molto pulita e sempre profumatissima, super colazione al Vero Bar del Professore dove si ammira Piazza Trento e si affaccia su Via Toledo. Ci siamo innamorati di Napoli e torneremo sicuramente in questo B&B.

Il B&B San Carlo si trova in una posizione fantastica per visitare Napoli. La camera è dotata di tutti i servizi. Il proprietario è una persona straordinaria, gentile e professionale. Ottimo il rapporto qualità prezzo. Per la colazione la struttura é convenzionata con il "Vero Bar Del Professore" dove la mattina potrete assaggiare il miglior caffè e la più buona sfogliatella di Napoli. Se volete visitare Napoli "zona Plebiscito" non troverete una sistemazione migliore. Consigliatissima.

Posizione ottima da 10 e lode, sulla sinistra a 20 metri via Toledo, di fronte Galleria Umberto e il Teatro San Carlo, sulla destra a 50 metri via chiaia e piazza plebiscito. Con locali tipici come pizzeria brandi, caffè del professore, Gran Caffè Gambrinus. Comodissimo per i transfert da e per aeroporto. La fermata e a 10 minuti a piedi. Il b&b si trova in un palazzo storico e tipico nel quartiere San Ferdinando e curato il gestore gentile e cordiale. Siamo stati veramente bene.

Posizione comodissima, in pieno centro e è possibile raggiungere a piedi molti luoghi di interesse turistico. Stanza pulitissima, proprietari molto gentili e disponibili! Colazione si fa al bar con sfogliatelle calde o brioches veramente buone!

Il B&B é in una posizione eccellente per raggiungere le principali mete turistiche di Napoli (é attaccato a piazza plebiscito). I due gestori sono stati gentilissimi. Colazione buona e genuina (alla mattina un bel dolcetto fresco di pasticceria non mancava mai). La nostra stanza era appena stata sistemata, ci siamo trovati davvero bene.

Posizione ottima, se si arriva in treno è strepitosa in quanto con 4 fermate di metrò e un pezzetto a piedi si è già arrivati e dal B&B c'è solo l'imbarazzo della scelta se andare nel centro antico o al mare. Camera comodissima, gestore gentilissimo e più che disponibile massima riservatezza. Da provare.

Abbiamo trovato simpatia, cordialità e un'ottima accoglienza in contesto familiare. Abbiamo soggiornato in un ambiente tranquillo ma nello stesso tempo in posizione strategica, a due passi da tutto, in un contesto pittoresco del centro storico di Napoli, Ci siamo trovati bene, come se fossimo stati a casa nostra.

Le mie amiche ed io ci siamo trovate molto bene. Gestori carinissimi e sempre disponibili. Vicino al B&B c'è la fermata dell'autobus R2 e la metropolitana. Ottimo per le passeggiate. A pochi passi ci sono Piazza Plebiscito e il molo Beverello da cui puoi prendere tragghetti per Capri, Ischia e Procida. E che dire... . il B&B è nuovissimo essendo appena ristrutturato e la colazione abbondante. Ti danno anche una mappa della città e il Wi-Fi è gratuito. Si trova al 3° piano e se si vuole prendere l'ascensore devi mettere una monetina da 10 centesimi che il gestore poi ti darà se non hai più monetine. Nonostante il soggiorno di 1 sola notte ci siamo trovate benissimo e siamo rimaste soddisfatte di questo B&B. Quando andremo a Napoli andremo sicuramente lì.

La posizione centralissima, ubicato a pochi metri dal Teatro San Carlo e dalla splendida Piazza del Plebiscito, consente di raggiungere con facilità tutte le meraviglie di Napoli. La camera si presenta pulita e confortevole, attrezzata con climatizzatore, televisore e mini-frigo con bevande. Il bagno con doccia, phon e tutto ciò che serve è all'altezza della camera. L'ambiente sostanzialmente “ovattato” e silenzioso consente di riposare benissimo e l’ampio letto matrimoniale aiuta moltissimo. Ottima anche la colazione, abbondante e variegata. È stato un gradevolissimo soggiorno grazie anche alla cortesia e gentilezza dei titolari Esperienza assolutamente consigliata per coloro che vogliono visitare la città e tornare la sera, anche stanchi morti, in un ambiente da cui promana serenità e gentilezza.

La camera è pulita e confortevole e la casa si trova in pieno centro, comoda per raggiungere anche a piedi i principali luoghi di interesse. I padroni di casa sono molto gentili e socievoli, mettendo davvero l'ospite a proprio agio. Ci siamo trovate benissimo.
