I felt welcomed in a comfortable and family-like environment; beautiful room and very comfortable beds. Mrs. Tiziana is very kind and truly heartfelt. The property is great due to its proximity to the stadium and the overseas exhibition.

I feel compelled to recommend this establishment for two reasons: - Excellent value for money: with a competitive and affordable price, you have access to a modern and very clean environment, with a shared breakfast area, but with tables set up (abundantly) for each guest of the establishment - Managers of the establishment: very pleasant people, who made themselves available for any of my requests, ensuring timely assistance. These reasons, combined with the fact that it is located in a fairly convenient area being just a few steps from the metro line 2, make this B&B my reference for a future visit to beautiful Naples.

New, clean, and modern structure. Well-furnished room with all comforts. The structure is located near the Maradona Stadium and well connected to the rest of the city. Super helpful, kind, and welcoming hosts. We will definitely return.

You arrive and immediately feel at home. Tiziana and Roberto have the ability to welcome you and make you feel right away like a cherished friend thanks to their professionalism, friendliness, and availability. All this is paired with the excellence of a new and well-maintained structure with a modern and welcoming style, located in a strategic place just a stone's throw from the metro and the Maradona stadium. Breakfast is truly abundant (even fresh), and every room has all the utilities (various hygiene kits in the bathroom, a welcome snack in the room, plenty of filtered water in the kitchen so you never run out, air conditioning, TV and Wi-Fi, coffee machine included). The managers do not hesitate to give tips and even kindly link you to what you need when necessary. You can see that they love their job and focus on quality. An experience to repeat. The B&B Margab in Fuorigrotta was an excellent choice for my short stay in Naples. The location is incredibly convenient for exploring not only the Fuorigrotta neighborhood, with its shops and proximity to the Maradona Stadium, but also for easily reaching other areas of Naples thanks to the excellent public transport connections. The accommodation is welcoming and well-maintained. The room was comfortable, clean, and equipped with everything needed for a pleasant stay. I especially appreciated the tranquility of the B&B. The hospitality of the owners (Alberto and Tiziana) was exceptional. I was warmly welcomed and they were always available. The breakfast, with its fresh products, was a great way to start the day with energy. I highly recommend staying at the B&B Margab to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-connected stay in Naples, in a dynamic neighborhood like Fuorigrotta.

Accommodation in the Fuorigrotta district, completely renovated with modern furnishings and very practical. Excellent cleanliness. Very close to the FS metro and Cumana railway stops, which allow you to comfortably reach the historic center for sightseeing. Just a few minutes on foot to the Maradona stadium for football matches. Very convenient to enter and exit the B&B at any hour thanks to the coded card. Recommended.

The welcome and overall treatment were excellent and exceeded all expectations. The room was clean and recently renovated. The breakfast was plentiful (sweet only). Highly recommended, and if I were to return to Naples, I would go to the same establishment.

Tiziana and Alberto were delightful! They welcomed us as if we already knew each other. The bed and breakfast is very clean, new, and in a perfect location! It is served by the metro, the stop is right in front and in 5 minutes you can easily reach the most famous places in the city. Highly recommended!!! A+++.

We stayed at MarGab Guest House due to a half marathon. We were looking for a place close to Parco Oltremare and I must say our choice couldn't have been better. The location is strategic, a 10-minute walk from the stadium and Parco Oltremare, with the Fuorigrotta station of Cumana railway less than 500 meters from the property, which takes you to the city center in 10 minutes. The B&B is very nice, with 4 clean, spacious rooms furnished in a very harmonious way. The breakfast room is well-equipped, with excellent and abundant breakfast. The host was super kind and pampered us with warm sfogliatelle on the first morning and croissants on the second, always available to support us in every request with kindness and professionalism. We also appreciated the opportunity to leave our luggage after check-out time and to take a shower after the race. Highly recommended, for sure when we return to Naples we will try to be guests of Alberto and Tiziana again.

I booked at this property for two days to see the Napoli game and take a tour of downtown Napoli. The property is strategically positioned, very close to the stadium and the overseas exhibition, 500m from the Piazza Leopardi metro station that allows you to reach the central station and a short walk from the Cumana very useful to reach the historic center of Napoli. The property is brand new and technological. The managers are very friendly and available. It's like being at home: welcome, cleanliness, availability make Margabguest house the ideal place to spend some days in the wonderful Napoli. I recommend it...

Perfect and impeccable welcome and cleanliness, the location of the property is advantageous, very close to the train station and the metro, offering the possibility to move around in complete tranquility. Clean room, equipped with everything you need, even in the small details. Spacious living space with kitchen, table, fridge and coffee machine. Very comfortable terrace with chairs for those who simply want to relax outdoors. The friendliness and kindness of the owners, even in keeping our luggage beyond the check-out time.
