No breakfast at the venue. Had to go to cafe for just a cold croissant. Did not offer anything other than coffee. I don’t drink coffee. Very poor staff pleasant but no selection. Would not recommend as B&B. It’s one room in an apartment. Small but functional.

Cara Karen, ci dispiace che la colazione non sia stata di tuo gradimento. Come è specificato nella nostra scheda, serviamo la colazione al bar Poesia sotto la struttura dove è possibile prendere caffè, cappuccino, succo, succo d'arancia e qualcosa da mangiare (cornetto, brioches, tramezzino, pizzetta, sfogliatelle etc etc). Inoltre in sala colazione abbiamo sempre a disposizione dei nostri ospiti: macchinetta del caffè, bollitore con vari tipi di the e tisane e biscotti. Se avevate bisogno di altro, potevate chiedercelo e avremmo cercato di accontentarvi. Speriamo che comunque il soggiorno sia stato piacevole. Un caro saluto, Isabella e Antonio

I have been to Isa Guest Rooms for the second time now and I really enjoyed it again. The hosts are very kind and Antonio gives great tips on what to see. Very friendly and humorous. The rooms were cleaned daily. The location is perfect due to the immediate proximity to Mergellina train station and you are very quickly in the center. I will gladly come back and can highly recommend the accommodation and the hosts.

A great option for staying in Naples, a bit away from the center and with parking.\nThe waterfront promenade is nearby within walking distance and the station is three minutes away, taking you to the center in about 20 minutes.\nThe rooms are renovated, with double glazing (the train passes nearby), air conditioning and everything is clean, beds made, towels... thanks to the cleaning service.\nAnd the manager, thanks Antonio, great communication, dedicates all the necessary time to show you the facilities and explain the options for visiting, dining, and transportation.

The manager is very kind and helpful. The structure is new, very well maintained and welcoming. It is very clean and bright. Convenient with public transport and close to the center. Excellent quality/price ratio. I will gladly return.

Great facility, very close to Mergellina station, three minutes on foot. Comfortable and clean room. Antonio makes the difference, he is a wonderful, friendly, welcoming person full of advice. We had a great time and will definitely come back when we return to Naples. Isa Guest Rooms.

Beautiful and welcoming structure, completely reflects what is shown in the photos; the apartment is very clean and the owners are very friendly and helpful. We had a great time and I am sure we will return to stay there, also for the strategic location, a stone's throw from Mergellina station and the seafront. Fully satisfied with our stay.
