I stayed at this property in Caserta and I felt really comfortable. The place is welcoming, clean and well kept, ideal both for a short visit and for a longer stay. A special thanks to Salvatore, who was extremely kind, helpful and always ready to give useful advice during the stay. His hospitality made the experience even more enjoyable. The location is really convenient: the property is well connected to the Royal Palace of Caserta, which can be reached easily in a short time. This makes it perfect for those who want to visit one of the area's most beautiful attractions without difficulty. I absolutely recommend this property to anyone who wants to stay in Caserta in a comfortable environment with excellent hospitality.

I had high expectations for the B&B before our arrival. High expectations that were disappointed as soon as we entered the property. Very little cleaning, if not almost none. Dust everywhere and a dirty bathroom with hairs scattered. Kitchen dirty. When we booked, the owner had assured us that breakfast was included, and by included breakfast he probably meant three packets of rusks with a spread of unknown date. The double bed's duvet was stained, the sofa cover in the double room stained, and the single room's bedspread likewise. I certainly do not recommend it to anyone. What a pity, because given the location it should have been a little gem of a B&B.

The rooms were very cold. Breakfast was included and paid for but was not fully available due to a lack of transparency from the host. Unfortunately, I do not think I will return.
