Perfect location to visit the city on foot. It was clean and quiet at night. Everything worked very well. Overall we were happy with our stay. Because it is called bed&breakfast, we were expecting a breakfast but it was not provided.

A very nice bed and breakfast located in via Toledo. Everything that you want to reach in the center of Naples is very close - Piazza Plebiscito, Teatro San Carlo, funicular station, metro station, Spanish Quarters, Galleria d'Italia and many other places. The room was really large and comfortable. The b&b is located in a very old typical house, so you can feel yourself in the old epoch of this magnificent city. Thank you!

Property in the city center, convenient for visiting the city. It's a pity there was no breakfast, but that was known. Room clean, not very spacious. All in all very good, recommended.

Quiet and peaceful accommodation in a spacious and, all in all, clean room. I'm sure the host is capable and efficient, however the employee assigned to welcome us spoiled the experience: he proposed a time and then changed it several times, showed up late and, above all, messaged me on WhatsApp not only in the days around the stay but also in the following months. It was continuous spam. I am leaving this review months later, but I had to block the number of the aforementioned employee.

We had a good time. Great location. Very clean. I would add a small fridge in the room. And I would repaint the bathroom. Other than that, we are well.

Great BB run by Massimo, very friendly, professional, and caring! Room, tidy and spotless, with all the comforts for spending a few days in beautiful Naples. Stratospheric location, right in between the two metro stations Toledo and Dante (350 meters) ... and close to all the main attractions of Naples. If we return to Naples, Domus Borbonica will be our first destination.

Two wonderful days in Naples! Massimo is a very helpful person. Rooms are well soundproofed and clean, the B&B is located in the city center with all services just outside the exit door onto the street.

B&B in the center inside an ancient palace, from which numerous monuments and tourist attractions can be easily reached on foot. Modern, comfortable, and clean rooms. Courteous and very helpful manager. I recommend it.

Strategic location for those who want to visit the whole city. The apartment is located inside a historic building. The entrance with a characteristic staircase leads to the rooms. Quiet and spacious with well-equipped bathrooms. Bed and bath linen are average; more could be done regarding cleaning. We stayed for several nights and we were well. We will return.

B&b (without breakfast) on the first floor of a historic building, comfortable and central. Room small for three people (two adults and a child) but decent and sufficiently clean. Air conditioning present but a little noisy during rest, given that with the heat the air was suffocating. Excellent quality/price ratio anyway.

Beautiful structure equipped with all comforts, clean and tidy, very close to the center. In ten to fifteen minutes on foot you can visit everything and the metro is nearby. The only negative note is the welcome from the waiter, which was a bit cold and without particular explanations. For the rest, there is nothing to say, everything was perfect. We had a great time.

If you are looking for a centrally strategic location and if you are afraid of not being able to sleep in a city like Naples, this B&B is perfect for you. There is no breakfast, but via Toledo offers a thousand opportunities, especially for those who love sweets. If one wants to find a flaw, my room did not have a sea view but a dreary wall.

The well-finished structure offers excellent hospitality. It is located in a very central position, a stone's throw from SpaccaNapoli and the Spanish quarters, and attached to the garage. The owner is a friendly person.

Very comfortable Bed & Breakfast on via Toledo, 10 minutes from Spaccanapoli, 10 minutes from the Spanish Quarters, and 20 minutes from the sea (walking distances indicated). The rooms are very clean, especially in an extremely quiet context. The staff is only available by phone or WhatsApp messages. The TV has poor reception of channels, but being smart, you can access any streaming platform with your own account. Brand new air conditioner. We did not try the breakfast, so do not consider the rating which, in my opinion, is standard.

I booked this property for a short post-graduation vacation for my daughter and her friends. Excellent location for both shopping and sightseeing in the city. It is managed with great care by Massimo. He made sure to inform me of the girls' arrival and organize their return. Recommended.

Mi spiace che lei non abbia letto il regolamento della struttura dove non sta indicato la pulizia quotidiana ma ogni 3 giorni Cosi come infatti è stata effettuata Se voleva una pulizia quotidiana e un cambio di lenzuola quotidiana doveva pagare la differenza cosi come indicato nel regolamento Sinceramente non mi è mai capitato in tanti anni che dei clienti lasciassero la stanza come un porcile in quanto nel regolamento sta anche scritto che è vietato mangiare nelle stanze Forse ha sbagliato tipo di prenotazione lei doveva prendere una casa vacanza con cucina

We felt very comfortable during our stay. The manager was very kind and helpful at all times. Regarding the room and services, they are very modern, spacious, and comfortable. Despite being in the city center, the double glazing perfectly isolates from street noises. We will definitely return!

Optimal location, right in the center and close to two metro stops. I regret to point out that the cleanliness of my room left much to be desired, as I found the floor very dirty, especially in the corners, as if it hadn't been cleaned for a long time. Furthermore, the towels provided had very obvious stains. I hope it was just an unfortunate coincidence, however, for the price asked for one night (not cheap), I would have expected a more thorough cleaning.

Maximum availability of the manager and staff, beautiful and very central structure, perhaps the breakfast offer could be improved by adding more quantity of fresh products typical of the place maybe. Overall it was a splendid stay and we can't wait to come back.
