A very good value for money, kind welcome, ideal location to visit the historic center. The room and the building, in a 70s style, are a bit sad. Impeccably clean shared bathroom. I recommend this address!

I highly recommend this B&B. Ideal location in the historic center of Naples. Very good welcome, impeccable cleanliness, decorated with great taste, spacious rooms and bathroom.

I believe it's necessary to inform about the access to the apartment, located on the fourth floor without an elevator and with steep stairs.

We were four: me, my wife, and two children. Very comfortable and very clean apartment. Very good welcome. Efficient WiFi. It's a pity that, due to the anticovid regulations, it was not possible to have breakfast: however, the kitchen was very well equipped and provided with every comfort. Logistically in a strategic position: in the center, a few steps from the main attractions of the historic center of Naples, two minutes from Spaccanapoli. Only downside: four floors without an elevator to reach the apartment, so pack light. Otherwise, everything was perfect and I would say that the value for money is extremely positive.

We stayed for a couple of days in Naples on our way back from our vacation in Salento. Family of 4 people (2 adults plus two teenage girls). Accommodation in the historic center of Naples, very close to San Gregorio Armeno. Dimora dei Giganti prestigious, we stayed in a large room on the fourth floor (attic) with a private bathroom in front of the room. The accommodation can also accommodate other people while maintaining privacy. Large spaces and you can also enjoy a spectacular terrace. Kindness, cordiality, and availability.

My boyfriend and I spent 5 days in Naples and stayed at this Bed and Breakfast. We were welcomed by Stefania, who was very kind and helpful, providing excellent advice for visiting Naples. The rooms are clean and have everything essential for a peaceful 4-night stay. We couldn't use the common areas due to covid regulations, but we saw that they are well-equipped. The terrace is also nice for relaxation! Central location to visit everything. Only thing... the Bed and Breakfast is on the third floor of a building without an elevator and with stairs that are not very comfortable to climb... so I would not recommend it for those with difficulty climbing stairs, otherwise nothing to complain about.

We stayed 4 nights at the Dimora dei Giganti. Located in the heart of ancient Naples, tastefully renovated rooms and friendly staff. We recommend it.

Great location and management.

Without elevator, the refrigerator was not left for use, it was too hot and we couldn't put anything in the fridge, they didn't change towels.

There is no hot water.

Perfect location, simple and clean room, fantastic terrace. Also punctual welcome and courteous and helpful managers. Super satisfied!

My review is unfortunately negative. We found out that the B&B is located on the 4th floor without an elevator 2 days before departure, we thought it's not a problem, but unfortunately we are talking about a 4th floor of an ancient building, so it's equivalent to about a 6th floor of modern buildings. We already knew that the mezzanine has a low ceiling and the owner tells us that, since we are using the holiday bonus, we could choose another room. We said no, but we didn't know that when we arrived in the room there was an astonishing smell of mold, we had to keep the window open. Not to mention the bathroom where an impressive stench came out, but it doesn't end there... the most absurd thing is that for a week we had a hard time taking a shower, not to mention the shampoo since the water came out very cold, it warmed up only after 5/10 minutes depending on the days, but it always remained cold and let's not talk about the water pressure in the shower, practically non-existent. I would like to see the owner taking a shower like this... When we reported the problem to him, he replied that it is normal since we are on the 4th floor and there are other tenants in the building who take showers and use the water. In all this, I also asked a couple of tenants if they had the same problem, they replied no. The price compared to the room was expensive, the only thing that was good was the little terrace, the most beautiful part of the entire apartment. The location in terms of proximity is great because you are close to the whole historic center, even though we had to ask to find it because there is no indication of a B&B in that alley. Breakfast, due to Covid, was not provided, although for the price we paid they could have made some agreement with a nearby bar, thus providing a better service to the customer. I wouldn't go back and I wouldn't recommend it.

We liked the house and the manager was very kind, right in the center close to the things we planned to see: Veiled Christ, Madonna with the gun, Underground Naples, Piazza del Gesù Nuovo for my bookshop Dante and Descartes, Pio Monte della Misericordia for Caravaggio's painting.

Central structure, equipped with all comforts. Clean, furnished in a suggestive and pleasant way. Abundant breakfast, with food for every need. Highly recommended, to come back!

Well-kept and elegant B&B. Clean, warm, welcoming room, very comfortable bed, and pleasant heating temperature. Free and self-service breakfast: great idea, perhaps just a bit scarce. Beautiful terrace, great location. A place to come back to!
