THE MEMORABLE ADDRESS for a stay in Naples! Top welcome from Giuseppe and Marco in this striking location, a former convent, located between the catacombs of San Gaudisio and a busy bridge. The place, like the catacombs (those of San Gennario not far away as well), is managed by La Paranza, a collective set up about fifteen years ago, which now employs 50 people from the neighborhood. An integrative, social, economic, cultural, and educational project that opens up prospects for the residents of the Sanità. I will return! Thanks again to the whole team and well done!

We had a very pleasant stay at Casa del Monacone. Upon our arrival, Giuseppe personally welcomed us and told us about the interesting sites in the Sanità neighborhood and Naples, providing us with maps and documentation. The breakfasts are generous and varied. The B&B's kitchen is at our disposal with all its amenities and facilities. The staff is very courteous and helpful. Our room was a good size with a nice small bathroom. Street noises are negligible at night, but soundproofing between rooms could be improved. In short, we really enjoyed this accommodation located in a popular, colorful, and safe neighborhood. Additionally, this lodge is part of a cooperative with social and educational purposes that aims to improve the quality of life for children and residents in the neighborhood. Congratulations and thank you to the entire team.

The room is beautiful and welcoming, furnished with a creative design, and the cleanliness is excellent. The staff is available. Just a few steps from the subway station and the center. The restaurant managed by the same cooperative is also excellent: Casa del Monacone.

The guys from the La Paranza Cooperative made our stay in Naples special, just like they are, both the B&B staff and the catacombs staff (a must-visit, both San Gaudioso and San Gennaro). The room they gave us was very spacious, clean, and welcoming. The breakfast was abundant, varied, and delicious. Naples, well... Naples is a spectacle and the Sanità district, where the B&B is located, immediately captures your heart, just like the guys. We will definitely return to Naples and of course stay at the Casa del Monacone.

Warm atmosphere, one feels completely at ease. The staff of Casa del Monacone is very friendly and helpful. We have already been guests at Casa del Monacone twice this year and we will definitely return.

We give a score of 10 from all points of view: attention to detail, cleanliness, availability, professionalism, beauty of the context. But it is more than other Bed and Breakfasts: it is also being part of an extraordinary rebirth project in a neighborhood rich in history and treasures, artistic and human, to rediscover and enhance. There are publications that tell its story at the ticket offices of the Catacombs. Also excellent is the Locanda del Monacone nearby, managed by enthusiastic and professional guys.

Structure in the heart of the Sanità district where you can truly breathe the essence of Naples. The accommodation is managed by a social cooperative that is providing employment to young people from the district, so it is also commendable for this.

We spent 2 days in Naples passing through. We had a great time both in terms of welcome and accommodation. We also really liked the fact that this bed and breakfast was born from an initiative of the parish to provide job opportunities for young people in the Sanità neighborhood.

This is the fourth time my wife and I have come to Casa del Monacone, and we will come back. This time we brought our Bavarian friends with their children, who were very satisfied, I would say enthusiastic about both the B&B and the location and characteristics of the neighborhood. For us, when we go to Naples, it's the essential reference point.

Beautiful former convent renovated in an original and pleasant way. The guys from the La Pranza cooperative are very good, both for the very welcoming and attentive management, and for the proposed visits, including the Sacred Mile which we recommend doing. The neighborhood is a bit noisy, so I recommend bringing earplugs for those who, like me, are not used to the traffic in the outskirts of Naples! However, I highly recommend it.

Structure managed by young guys who have been working for years on the redevelopment of this magnificent neighborhood. Rooms and common areas very clean, abundant breakfast, welcoming with snowflakes (from a local pastry shop) and coffee. A few meters away there are many pizzerias including a very famous one. The 2 metro lines are ten minutes walk away while the city center is reached in 12 max 15 minutes by taking a nice walk.

My family, along with 2 other friends' families, stayed at this Casa del Monacone during the Easter period. We had a great time, simple but functional and clean rooms, kind and welcoming staff, the location is close to the center, in 20 minutes on foot you can reach the main tourist attractions. The Casa del Monacone is run by a really talented group of young people and is connected to the management of the catacombs of S. Gennaro and S. Gaudioso. We visited those of San Gaudioso that are right next to the B&B, they are really beautiful and interesting. Highly recommended!

The Casa del Monacone, 10 minutes walk from the historic center of Naples, is a unique Bed and Breakfast that has heart. The welcome from Giuseppe and his friends is a gift of a rich and important life experience. There are many Napolis to love: the historic center, the large and small museums, the stunning surroundings and then 'La Sanità'. Deep Naples, so much history and so much life, so many, many emotions. Casa del Monacone deserves the utmost attention. A beautiful starting point to love all the other Napolis, also following Giuseppe's advice. Unforgettable and unique is the love offered in the form of breakfast, unforgettable is the visit to the catacombs of San Gaudioso guided by Lisa, next time those of San Gennaro and the rest of the 'Miglio Sacro'. Unforgettable the book 'Noi del Rione Sanità' (Amazon), it's better to read it before arriving at Casa del Monacone. Beautiful property managed by the guys from Rione Sanita. Very kind and caring towards customers. Ready to give advice about the city. We had a good time, we will definitely come back. Nice project to redevelop the area.
