My friend and I had an amazing stay at B&B Nilo. Francesco was a great host. The room was spacious and clean. The location can't be beaten - it's in the middle of the historic centre so we were able to walk everywhere.

Structure in front of the Cristo Velato, where you experience true Naples, wonderful churches in the area, nearby museums. Francesco, the owner of the B&B, is very kind, a gentleman, available to explain and give directions, he had typical sweets waiting for us in the room and at the end of our stay, he gave us a lucky charm. The room has everything you need, the breakfast is perfect. The buffet has everything, coffee pods, herbal teas, croissants, jams, etc. I was there with family and a friend, the area is quiet full of places, shops and at night you don't hear any noise from outside. Thank you for everything.

Mr. Francesco (Owner) is a friendly and kind person. He welcomed us with great kindness and immediately made us feel at ease with the way he greeted us. We found a small welcome gift in the bedroom and a tray with excellent pastry mignons in the fridge. The breakfast is varied with fruit juices, brioches, toast, jams, and other items available in the fridge. Bright, quiet, and well-furnished rooms. Spacious bathroom, excellent daily cleaning of the room and breakfast area. The B&B is located in the center of Naples from where all tourist attractions can be reached. For those who will spend a few days in Naples, I highly recommend this B&B.

What can I say… second experience in this bed and breakfast in the heart of the ancient center of Naples, and second success. The location of the structure is optimal for planning multiple visits nearby and far away. The owner is disarmingly kind, attentive to every detail and nuance, meticulous in ensuring that the stay is gratifying from the very beginning from all points of view. My wife and I, our two dogs, are enthusiastic. We truly recommend it to everyone and for our future third vacation in Naples we will undoubtedly return here. The room with bathroom is very clean, spacious and has a balcony. The location is very central, convenient to many local places and for exploring the city. Highly recommended.

We booked at the last minute and did not pay much attention to the location, as we had no other options. When we realized the area we were in, we were amazed. The structure is located in front of the chapel of San Severo, in the historic center. We did not think we would find such a central accommodation for what we paid. Upon arrival, we were welcomed with Neapolitan pastries for breakfast and a package of Neapolitan taralli, which were delicious by the way. The room is spacious and clean with a private bathroom. I also forgot my glasses in the room. Francesco was kind enough to set them aside and send them later. If I could give a higher rating, I would. Excellent experience!

Weekend from Friday to Sunday in Naples with two couples of friends. The structure is really in a strategic position for visiting the historic center of Naples. Right next to the Cappella Sansevero (Veiled Christ). Everything is very clean and tidy. Francesco was an exceptional owner. He provided us with excellent information about the surroundings and how to start moving around, which is not obvious for those who do not know the city. We had a really good time, we recommend it and we will definitely return to complete the visit of what we were not able to see on this occasion. Well done Francesco!

Francesco was very welcoming and helpful. The apartment divided into several rooms is simple and very convenient to the historic center. It lacks a bit in cleaning, but overall the prices are good. Recommended for those who do not have too many demands but want to fully enjoy the historic center. Breakfast could be improved.

The structure is located in the historic center, on the same street where the Veiled Christ is, very close to other wonders, such as Spaccanapoli, the Monastery of Santa Chiara, underground Naples, and San Gregorio Armeno, the street of nativity scenes. About 500 meters away, you arrive at Via Duomo where, in addition to visiting the fabulous Cathedral, there is a metro stop that allows you to move from one part of the city to another. Francesco, the owner of the structure, is a fabulous host, available for any information. His kindness also includes a small gift that he provides in the room and a tray of typical sweets in the refrigerator. This is not the first time I have stayed in his structure and it certainly will not be the last. Highly recommended!

The manager was very kind and welcomed us with trays of Neapolitan sweets. The location is close to the center, the cleanliness is perfect. The environment is a bit old-fashioned, but for two nights it's fine. The breakfast was good, but the savory option was missing.

Normalmente a Napoli la colazione è dolce e molti B&B offrono la colazione non in struttura, ma al bar, colazione composta da caffè o cappuccino, cornetto e succo di frutta. Avendo un B&B di tre stanze, inoltre, preparare ogni giorno un buffet salato mi farebbe correre il rischio di dover gettare troppo spesso ciò che non viene consumato. Ciò non toglie che ogni ospite possa chiedermi espressamente una colazione salata, vegana, senza glutine, senza lattosio. Mi spiace quindi che non mi abbiate chiesto un tipo di colazione diverso perché sarei stato a vostra disposizione. Un cordiale saluto. Francesco

We were guests at this Bed & Breakfast Nilo 32 last weekend and the environment is comfortable, welcoming, and clean both in terms of the rooms and the common area, where you can have breakfast. In the latter, sweet and savory snacks, juices, coffee, tea, milk, and water are available. The owner, Francesco, is an extremely attentive person and available for every need, so much so that upon our arrival he made us find a little gift and a tray of sweets, much appreciated, also offering us the possibility to leave the luggage until departure... Well done! Even though it is located on the 4th floor, it is served by a convenient elevator and is in a very central position. Surely if we return, we will be happy to come back.

I stayed at B&B Nilo 32 with my husband for three days. Francesco, the manager, just before our arrival explained to us very clearly how to reach the B&B from the central station. He welcomed us warmly and provided all the information about the B&B and the city. The location is in the bustling and characteristic historic center. The spacious room, with a balcony, was very clean and equipped with everything, as well as the bathroom. In the room there was a fan and a kettle with tea and sugar available. The view over the inner courtyard and the windows allowed us to sleep peacefully. In the fridge there was cold water and fruit juice available. The buffet breakfast was complete with everything: coffee, milk, tea, juices, toast, and jam. Packaged brioches were not very appreciated. Francesco pleasantly surprised us by leaving a tray of really delicious typical sweets in the fridge. Thank you! It's not something you take for granted. It's good that the cleaning person comes in late morning, so you feel very free. We only had one concern: how will it be with higher temperatures without air conditioning? We will return because we had a great time, we felt free but at the same time we were sure we could count on Francesco, always available on WhatsApp and quick to respond. An excellent experience that we recommend to anyone who wants to experience Naples with everything at hand.

We were welcomed by the owner Francesco with the genuine baggage of the legendary Neapolitan cordiality and availability. Right away, he made us feel at ease in the surroundings with the spirit of a new friend, leaving us his personal information about the surroundings, districts, and neighborhoods. His care towards our ethical choice to be vegan was commendable and praiseworthy, taking care of every small detail and providing us with exquisite breakfast alternatives. The whole family was traveling together with our two dogs, who were welcomed just as much. We sincerely thank Francesco for this. Upon our departure, he left us a characteristic memento of the city on the bedside table in the room. We highly recommend this B&B to everyone, essential and always clean, equipped with all comforts and in a strategic position within the historic center.

We stayed at this B&B for two nights, on our arrival the owner made us find some small gifts very welcome and was very helpful in advising us on how to organize our stay and our visits. The room met our expectations, along with the very clean bathroom. To solve the heat problem there were fans in the room, the lounge area was very useful, especially for the possibility of using the refrigerator. Highly recommended if you want accommodation in the historic center.

Structure in the historic center, reachable several destinations comfortably on foot, metro 8 minutes walk away. Highly recommended for the location. The owner, Mr. Francesco, extremely helpful for any need, offered us breakfast with typical Neapolitan sfogliatelle, truly kind in every way. The only small flaw is the heat, but there are fans in the room that help. Arriving in the morning, it is possible to leave your luggage to comfortably explore the city and check in later, for check out the same, luggage storage with later return. I recommend the B&B for its location, owner's availability, and value for money.

Fortunately, everything confirmed, spacious and very clean room with balcony and private bathroom, very central location just a stone's throw from everything! Extremely kind manager, he gave us two appreciated gastronomic gifts! Upon our arrival, he also offered us breakfast, pointing out places to eat and places to visit, and also recommended us to take the guided tour of Pompeii with a dear friend of his, leaving us links and various numbers to contact her. A fridge with water and drinks always provided was at our complete disposal! Highly recommended indeed.

I spent 4 days in the heart of Naples. On the day of our departure from Naples, we had the room available until the very last moment, to leave our luggage and return to settle before the journey. The property is cozy, simple, very clean, and comfortable. Very comfortable bed. The location is excellent, just a stone's throw from Via dei Tribunali, for visiting the entire historic center, in a very quiet alleyway. Only small suggestion: add some fruit and something savory (just some bread and packages of sliced cold cuts and cheese) for breakfast. Highly recommended!

Also, the owner Francesco is very kind and knows how to "pamper" the guests, he made us find a tray of local sweets on the day of our arrival and a bag of taralli when we left. A special mention also goes to the cleaning staff member Sasha (whom we had the pleasure of meeting a few times) who daily carried out his work impeccably. I highly recommend it to everyone, we will definitely come back!

The apartment is in a fabulous location in the heart of beautiful Naples. Mrs. Marisa is a special person, she even made me find the sfogliatelle from one of the best pastry shops in the area. Thank you, and I will definitely come back and recommend it.

Great B&B, super strategic location. The owner is super friendly and the rooms are very clean. Before choosing this B&B, I had read the previous reviews; many complained about the poor breakfast, but the lady offered us a super delicious pastiera. However, there are bars everywhere in Naples and with 2-3€ you can have a royal breakfast. You won't starve. Recommended and will definitely come back.

In the heart of the historic center, in front of the Sansevero Chapel and a stone's throw from the city's most important attractions, excellent location. Friendly staff, clean rooms, and little else to add except that I hope to return soon to Naples and I think I will return to this same B&B.

Great location. Kind and helpful manager. Comfortable, spacious, and clean room. The only flaw is the breakfast: with all the delicacies of Naples, it is unacceptable to have a breakfast made of packaged snacks and juices. A suggestion: make an agreement with a nearby bar, there is a wealth of choices. You will benefit in terms of service and more.

I stayed at this property for 3 nights and found everything perfect. The location is strategic for visiting the historic center, but the B&B is also close to the metro stop and allows easy access to any part of the city. Mrs. Olga who welcomed us was very kind and helpful. Impeccable cleanliness and even though the breakfast does not offer a rich buffet, it was not a problem. For the mid-morning second breakfast, you have only the embarrassment of choosing which pastry shop to choose for that day. Structure to recommend.

I chose this B&B for its very central location, in the heart of the real Naples, for the good impression I got from the photos, widely confirmed in person, and for the reviews posted by previous guests. I can only confirm the praises woven: excellent location, good reception, Mrs. Olga was very kind, large and comfortable room, breakfast room with kitchenette and fridge stocked with water, milk, and fruit juices, daily cleaning. Just a couple of suggestions to the owner, to be able to achieve excellence. I think a TV in the room should be there, nowadays even the most basic guesthouses have one. Returning to the room, maybe not late at night, it wouldn't hurt to listen to some news or watch a movie before falling into the arms of Morpheus. The heating is centralized, and indeed the room was very warm, but I noticed that there is no air conditioner, I think it could be a problem in the summer. I don't like the shower curtain, it tends to stick to you, but it's not necessarily the same for everyone. Toast with jam, without butter, and packaged croissants are not the best for breakfast. But the possibility of making yourself a coffee, a tea (unfortunately without lemon), or drinking a fruit juice, at any time of the day, is not found in other B&Bs, and so you end up accepting the lack of a crispy sfogliatella, cereals to put in milk, and so on. In short, don't let it slip away, I will be back!

Clean, well furnished and excellently located. Good welcome and availability from the manager's staff. The fan on the floor in the room wasn't enough for cooling, while the bathroom turned into a steam bath! The breakfast area and accessories are well taken care of, but essentially 2 biscuits, a jam and an old cookie per person can be improved or avoided.
