We spent a wonderful 4 days at B&B Speranzella located at Vico Giardinetto a Toledo. The location was very close to the things we wanted to see, we could walk pretty much everywhere we wanted to go. Also, we booked 2 excursions and it was very convenient to walk to the waterfront where we met up with our tour groups for both Pompei and Capris. The breakfast arrangement was with a nearby cafe and was good and reasonably priced. The best part of the stay was our host, Roberto. This was our first time travelling internationally and we had several questions. He was always so helpful and pleasant. If he wasn't onsite he would respond to a whatap within a minute or two. If we were to go back to Naples we would definitely stay at B&B Speranzella again.

Accommodation on the second floor without an elevator: two flights of steep stairs with high steps, very uncomfortable with large luggage. The room (Toledo) is fairly spacious. The bathroom, small, has an electric boiler for hot water; if it is turned off you get a cold shower. In addition the shower cubicle is broken. The location, however, is central, close to most of the sights.

What can I say, super! The structure is a stone's throw from Via Toledo, where everything is close by, a strategic point to get everywhere. Room cleaning ok! Roberto is always available for advice. If I had to return to Naples, I would go back to him.

Just a stone's throw from Via Toledo, very convenient for visiting many attractions in the historic center and for shops and restaurants. Metro is a short distance away. Stayed in the Giardinetto room: beautiful and spacious room with plenty of light, bathroom a bit small. Mr. Roberto was friendly and helpful. We also appreciated being able to leave our luggage at the property on the day of departure. We will return!

The structure is located in the heart of the Spanish Quarters, but it is quite quiet because the fixtures are new. The room we took with my friends (a triple) is large and clean. Roberto welcomed us with courtesy and kindness. He was also very helpful in letting us keep the room available until our departure. He gave us excellent gastronomic suggestions, pointing us to restaurants where we could eat really good food. The location is absolutely strategic for exploring old Naples. It is absolutely recommended! Thank you, Roberto, for the pleasant hospitality.

In the heart of Naples, located in a characteristic and folklore-rich area, B&B Speranzella is a gem. We had a great time: perfect cleanliness, the room tastefully decorated and very welcoming. We had a great stay, very central structure just inside the Spanish quarters, a tourist area full of restaurants. Adjacent to Via Toledo, a very central avenue full of shops and great for reaching the Royal Palace, Piazza Plebiscito, Maschio Angioino, the seafront, etc. Room and bed very comfortable, bathroom a bit small even given the rather spacious size of the room. Extremely friendly and kind manager. Highly recommend.

It was beautiful to stay in what was once the house of the current owner's grandparents, when places tell the stories of those who came before us they are doubly fascinating. Very central structure, in one of the most characteristic neighborhoods of the city. On foot you can reach all the main attractions of the city center, but there is also a metro station and a funicular station available about 50 meters away. The cleanliness of the structure and the availability of the manager make the stay perfect. \nPS: the room where we stayed is really very spacious.

B&B Speranzella located in the city center, immersed in the picturesque Spanish quarters. Easily accessible by public transport (Toledo metro stop 5 minutes away). Roberto is a helpful and kind host, attentive to needs. Moreover, he accepted the Holiday Bonus in high season when other facilities had refused it. Excellent cleanliness of the premises. Completely soundproofed from the noises of the bustling external life. I feel strongly recommend it, in all seasons, as Naples is always beautiful.

The perfect location for sightseeing in Naples and surrounding areas, as you can walk to the metro, funicular, Cumana Railway, Circumvesuviana, and even the port for the islands. On the edge of the Spanish Quarters but in a few minutes you can reach Chiaia and Pizzofalcone. The manager is very helpful and on the last day allowed us to use the room even after the check-in time, as it was not booked by other guests. The Wi-Fi is unstable and the breakfast is simple but more than enough.

The room is very clean and comfortable, and equipped with various amenities. Despite the liveliness of the neighborhood, the sleep was excellent. The B&B Speranzella is a beautiful property located in a very convenient position, both to the Toledo metro stop and to reach the ancient part of Naples and Piazza del Plebiscito. Nearby there are many dining options. The owner Roberto is a very kind person, attentive to every need of the guests and ready to give advice on what to see and where to eat. The room is beautiful and very clean, equipped with every comfort, the breakfast is very abundant with fresh croissants every morning. My friends and I were really happy to have stayed here and when we return to Naples this will be the place we will refer to and warmly recommend to all our friends. I have just stayed in this really nice, welcoming and well-kept B&B Speranzella, located in a very central and convenient area to move around on foot. The owner is very kind and helpful, the rooms are spacious and equipped with a TV and air conditioning. The two bathrooms are external and shared among the three rooms, which I generally do not prefer, but in this case, it was not a problem, also because, since only two rooms were occupied, I had the opportunity to have the exclusive use of one of the bathrooms. At breakfast, served in a lovely dining room, I found on the table a delicious chocolate croissant, in addition to the classic rusks and jams, and milk, coffee, orange juice.
