All good.

This was a very clean, bright, and spacious suite! We stayed here as a family of three while visiting Pompeii. The hosts were so welcoming and helpful—always checking in to make sure we had everything we needed and offering great tips for exploring the area. It’s a great spot if you’re planning to visit the ruins or explore the nearby towns. We’d definitely stay here again. Thanks for making our trip extra special!

The place is a bit hard to find, nice people, excellent value for money.

A few separated small apartments with no insulation, you could hear people next door as well as the neighborhood. The breakfast should be presented with all details on the website as we booked, it was sugary biscuits with 2 croissants the next morning. Good points: parking on the premises and walkable distance to the historical site of Pompeii.

Price is good. The room is nice. Breakfast is not very satisfying considering it costs 5 euros per person. And the lady knocks on your door at 9:50 to remind you that you have to leave by 10am (no offense, but this makes the guest feel unwelcome and it is already clearly posted on the wall).

Very good hotel, very clean and new, very good staff, management not seen. Very difficult entrance, obtaining the gate codes difficult (30 minutes on the phone). Very well-secured closed parking. The recycling bin in front of the villa's entrance door is not very inviting. The access lane is narrow, dirty, delicate maneuvers, inform future customers to have a small vehicle. The neighborhood is a bit run-down, but that is Naples in all its splendor. One suggestion would be to provide customers with a paper map of the city and its features, and main services (Post Office, Town Hall, etc.) to visit. On the first evening upon arrival we wanted to leave, we stayed and were very well anyway thanks to the team. I recommend it nonetheless while warning about the negative points.

Excellent property, fantastic hosts. I stayed with my family and it was truly top-notch. Rooms are well cared for, elegant, very comfortable and spacious. Excellent cleanliness and perfect services thanks to Mrs. Iolanda, a wonderful person always ready to assist with any request. I highly recommend it.

New structure, beautiful and in a quiet area away from traffic. The access road is a bit narrow but you just have to get used to it. The best price-quality ratio for a room for 4 people.

The structure is very well cared for in detail, complete with every comfort, welcoming and clean, with reserved parking.

Quiet place, a bit difficult to reach as it is in a very narrow two-way alley. Very kind managers, clean room. I would return.

Brand new environment, very comfortable and clean. Spacious room tastefully furnished, equipped with every comfort. Warm welcome and appreciated availability from the owner. Excellent location as well, with parking available inside the courtyard. Highly recommended!

Very clean and well organized structure.

I had no issues, kind manager.

Modern structure, spacious rooms and perfect cleanliness. There is internal parking available. The owner is very kind and ready to solve any problems. Breakfast includes packaged products, except for cappuccino and croissant brought from the nearby bar. Unfortunately, the surrounding environment is what it is, but the manager can't do anything about it. Moreover, one comes here to visit splendid sites like Pompeii (within walking distance!), Oplontis and Herculaneum.

Convenient place to visit Naples, Pompeii and surroundings, the owner is kind and helpful, the room is new, clean and spacious. The only downside is that no cleaning was done during the 5 days of stay.

Comfortable structure, well furnished and equipped. Reception and ease in explanations and availability.

Perfect environment for cleanliness and organization.
