Property with an excellent value for money, recently renovated with a modern taste. Rooms furnished in a hotel style, very practical and functional. Located in a quiet alley, practically at the intersection of Spaccanapoli and Via Toledo. On the third floor with an elevator, which is rare, it consists of three rooms with private bathrooms and a shared area with a table, kitchenette and breakfast area. Simple but appreciated breakfast is included in the room rate. Our room faced an internal courtyard of the building, with little natural light (which was not a problem for us) but as a result very quiet. The owner and manager were kind and very helpful. It is possible to leave luggage at the property after check-out. Only problem: the air conditioner in our room was noisier than usual. Highly recommendable.

Clean room, very central location and a very helpful host! Breakfast a bit minimal, but considering that in Naples people are always eating, I would say it is more than acceptable.
