Guests love it because: near the metro, in the city center, cheap, very new, the design of the property, charming property, abundant breakfast.

Breakfast: in the kitchen you will find the box with fresh croissants and brioches from the pastry shop every morning, as well as cereals, a Nespresso coffee machine, a microwave oven, dispensers with tea and camomile tea. The fridge in the kitchen is reserved for rooms 102, 103 and 104, inside each room has its own space indicated by a label, inside you will find yogurt, fruit juices, milk and butter, room 101 has a minibar with same things. In the room on the desk you will find our Breakfast-Box, inside, biscuits, rusks, nutella, jam, and coffee capsules.

Everything was excellent, I can highly recommend to anyone who wants a clean, well equipped and nice accommodation. The wifi was also fast, and there's Netflix on the tv to each room.

We spent a 6-night stay at Don Mimi. We appreciated the proximity to public transport and being away from the city center. We appreciated the ability to cook. Don Mimi has several properties; in ours there were two rooms for four people each. The bedding is good. We had an issue with the TV on arrival, but it was resolved quickly. Communication with Massimo was quick and we understood each other well. Breakfast was adequate: rusks, yogurts, cakes, fruit juices, coffee, milk - perhaps a bit light if you are big eaters. Small downside: lack of dishes and kitchen utensils (we were 8 - two rooms for 4). The street is fairly busy, including at night. But it was a pleasant stay; we felt at home when returning after our long days of sightseeing. Thank you Massimo.

Desidero contestare questa recensione perché contiene affermazioni che non corrispondono all’esperienza reale del soggiorno. In particolare, non corrisponde al vero che la colazione fosse “scarsa”: la struttura offre una colazione adeguata e ben fornita rispetto a quanto previsto e normalmente apprezzato dagli ospiti. Non è corretto neppure affermare che mancassero piatti e utensili da cucina, poiché l’appartamento è dotato di un servizio completo di piatti e accessori sufficiente per 12 persone, quindi ampiamente adeguato anche per un gruppo di 8 ospiti. Anche il riferimento alla strada “abbastanza trafficata, anche di notte” non rispecchia la reale situazione della zona, e risulta quindi fuorviante per i futuri ospiti. Inoltre, ritengo poco corretto che queste osservazioni vengano riportate solo a posteriori nella recensione, dal momento che al momento della partenza gli ospiti mi hanno salutato personalmente riferendo che il soggiorno era andato molto bene e che si erano trovati benissimo. Per questi motivi, chiedo che la recensione venga verificata attentamente, in quanto presenta contenuti inesatti e potenzialmente lesivi dell’immagine della struttura.

Simple, clean and well managed property. I chose it because of its proximity to a medical clinic where I was later hospitalized. The metro is about 300 m away. Near the B&B there are small supermarkets and a couple of bars. It is mainly a residential area; therefore, to reach more tourist areas you need public transport or, for those who can, pleasant walks. Breakfast, although consisting only of packaged products, is abundant and of excellent quality. The host is very kind.

Gentile ospite, La ringrazio per la recensione ma ci tengo a precisare alcuni aspetti. Innanzitutto cosa intende struttura di piccole dimensioni, lei ha prenotato una camera dal sito ufficiale è ha scelto la più piccola, 18 mq. Che ha un costo inferiore rispetto alle altre, Ma abbiamo camere anche da 25 mq. 6 in totale. La colazione per sua conoscenza, per legge nei B&B non è consentita somministrazione di alimenti freschi, ma ci fa piacere che abbia apprezzato abbondanza e qualità dei prodotti messi a disposizione. La vicinanza alla Clinica delle Querce è un vantaggio che ha avuto lei considerando che è stata ricoverata lì per tutto il periodo e che da noi ha soggiornato solo per una notte ed il resto solo suo marito. A tale proposito non ci è chiara la sua valutazione sul circondario e la distanza dal centro, in ogni caso siamo a circa 1, 5 km dal centro antico, ma già nel centro storico, a 300 metri dalla metro. A very beautiful and welcoming structure located in a quiet area well served by public transport. Tastefully furnished rooms. Very clean rooms, good breakfast with always fresh pastries, yogurt, fruit juices, milk, cereals, and cookies are also available. Professional and very helpful manager. We found ourselves very well and will definitely recommend the structure.

I apologize profusely to Massimo for the extreme delay in writing the review. Our stay was very pleasant, and he really went out of his way to give us the room as soon as possible, considering the very rainy day we found upon our arrival! Very friendly and helpful in providing suggestions on how to get around the city. So I renew my thanks to Massimo! The room and its private bathroom are spacious, comfortable, and clean. The kitchen is available to guests for breakfast, and if desired, it can be consumed directly in the room as there are a table and chairs. Perfect for a more relaxed breakfast! The B&B Don Mimì is located inside a condominium, but it is really a very quiet and well-kept place. The metro station is a few minutes' walk away, and it is a convenient solution to reach the city center. We didn't mind being a bit decentralized because the area is very quiet. Just keep in mind that at midnight, if I'm not mistaken, the metro closes so you have to come back in time.
