Everything was perfect. The owners were very kind. Cleanliness and breakfast were excellent. Very central location, very close to the main square and the seafront. Some beaches can be reached on foot. Parking for the car is near the property. Supermarket and all services nearby.

I cannot give more than 10 because the system does not allow it, but I assure you it is worth 100 or 1000 times more, from the welcome to the cleanliness and especially for the location of the property. You can park your car and forget about it thanks to the private parking about 2 minutes away. Very central location. A breakfast to be envied. Compliments to Mrs. Maria Luce and to all her staff, who truly do a wonderful job. See you soon.

We had a truly pleasant stay at this B&B. The owner was extremely kind and hospitable from our arrival: since we had a small child, she allowed us to check in early, a gesture we appreciated very much. Each day she reserved a special surprise for our daughter, leaving little gifts for her and setting the breakfast table with cartoon-themed plates and napkins, making every morning even more special. The breakfast was excellent, with fresh croissants and delicious cakes. In addition, the owner provided us with numerous products and attentions even outside breakfast hours, showing great care for guests. Another positive point was the possibility of leaving the car in the parking area even after check-out, allowing us to enjoy the day without worries. We highly recommend this property to those looking for a welcoming, family-run environment managed with passion and attention to detail.

The structure is impeccable in every aspect. Central location that ensures ease of movement to restaurants and bars, but above all the access to the beach located just a few steps away. The most important thing to highlight is the kindness and availability of Maria Luce.

Excellent location, very convenient to reach the beach in a few minutes. The breakfast is abundant and fresh from the pastry shop every day, the fridge is always full and there are also packaged products, both sweet and savory. In the room, there is both the fridge and the coffee machine. The room is always very clean. Luce was also super helpful and kind. I would recommend it to everyone.

It is difficult to find a cleaner and better organized B&B than this one! Every detail is taken care of with surprising precision, making the stay truly impeccable. But the real added value is Maria Luce: her kindness is extraordinary, and she literally pampered us, making sure we lacked absolutely nothing. The breakfast was also very rich and varied every morning. An experience we highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable stay and a warm welcome!

Structure suitable for our needs: spacious room, equipped with important air conditioning in the month of August; very nice bathroom, equipped with all the necessary utilities (I highlight the truly remarkable shower); minibar inside which upon our arrival we found a series of drinks and snacks included in the price. Courtesy, availability from the owners, present for our requests, but absolutely not intrusive.
