Our bed and breakfast is located in the center of the city and precisely in front of the Archaeological Museum of Naples among the most important museums in the world; furthermore we are in front of the Line 1 of the subway station Museo also called metro dell'Arte and 150 meters away there is also the subway of Line 2 with the Cavour station. We have been open since 2012 and we proudly reiterate that we are a real Bed and breakfast living in a part of the apartment present in the prestigious building dating back to 1777 owned by a noble family of Spanish origin Montemajor.

Sit at the table, have a chat and start the day enjoying breakfast in the comfort of your room. It's nice to rediscover a healthy and complete breakfast: biscuits, butter, jam, honey, cereals, seasonal fruit, yogurt, fruit juice. It is a breakfast full of well-being and good mood with biscuits, muesli, and delicious freshly baked croissants.

Good welcome from Luca. He speaks French so was available to explain in detail things to do around. Thanks to Luca for that. It's just in front of the Museo station so easy access to the rest of Naples. The historical center is easily accessible by foot also. Note that there's an underground tunnel between Museo and Cavour station Google map is not aware of. The room is quiet in general but we hear the horn from the traffic. The bedroom is clean and modern but the bathroom could benefit from a renovation. The shower glass door was leaking at the base and we ended up with water all over the bathroom floor. The balcony is so small, it's more for the look than anything else. Also they block the access to the wifi at night supposedly to reduce the radiofrequency during the night. But the wifi still emits since it's visible. Also note that W3 cellular doesn't work inside because the walls are too thick. As many said, breakfast is missing choices. Also note that it's on the second floor and there's no elevator.

The only advantage of the accommodation is its strategic position, close to the historic center and in front of the metro station. For the rest, the accommodation will force you to climb the equivalent of 4 floors and is very noisy. If you come by car, it is impossible to park down below, not even to unload your luggage. The bathroom is old-fashioned and the shower dirty and moldy. The towels are greyish and mismatched. But the worst is the breakfast: no bread, no fresh pastries when there are 2 pastry shops at the foot of the accommodation! All packaged and chemical products (cake, juice, and jam) and all in insufficient quantity! We had to buy what was needed to have a decent breakfast. Look for another b&b nearby: for a few more euros you will get what you paid for!

Excellent welcome, our host was very attentive and ready to provide us with information and advice on sightseeing, transportation, and restaurants. The room has an original decoration, it overlooks an inner courtyard and even though located in the city center, it is very quiet.

Lucas is very attentive to his guests. \nHe welcomed us very well and provided us with useful information to make our stay as pleasant as possible. \nWe stayed in the studio for a whole week. \nThe accommodation is ideally located next to the archaeological museum and a 5-minute walk from old Naples, so close to several monuments and restaurants etc.

B&B in a stately building in the historic center of Naples, in a truly strategic and convenient location since metro station 1 is right in front of the property and line 2 is 300 meters away. Large and clean room (maybe the bathroom is a bit small but it was absolutely not a problem). The manager Luca was really friendly and kind and helped us plan the city visit based on the days we had available. Thanks to him we managed to see everything we were interested in. I highly recommend it.

Very welcoming structure, spacious and cool room, traditional breakfast, fridge available. Great location to reach Via Toledo and Via dei Tribunali on foot in 15 minutes. Metro station right in front. I certainly thank Luca for his availability in accommodating my requests. I recommend it and would definitely return.

We stayed one night at this property. The location is excellent, just a few steps from metro 1, so it is very convenient to visit the center of Naples. The room is very nice and clean. Luca, the manager, was really helpful and friendly, he was able to advise us best for our short stopover. The only small note is about breakfast, we expected perhaps something fresh and not just packaged snacks. However, I still feel strongly to recommend this property.

Central structure, close to the Archaeological Museum and the main attractions, located inside an apartment on the second floor. Very clean room and bathroom, kind and helpful hosts. Definitely worth considering for a future stay.

We couldn't have asked for a better stay in Naples. The apartment is a real home and you really feel at home there. The manager Luca and Maria, who takes care of the cleaning, are exceptional people, very kind, helpful, and friendly; it was a pleasure to meet them. Too bad for the lack of an elevator, which Luca didn't hesitate to make up for by helping me with the luggage. The bathroom has no windows, but the ventilation is good; excellent sound insulation, being in a very busy area. It was fortunate for me to have this need, to be able to use the shared refrigerator and also to be able to have breakfast for free in a nearby bar. In the shared room, there is always coffee - very good -, tea, and pastries available. Excellent cleanliness. Great location in front of the metro stop and a few hundred meters from the city center. I hope to return soon! Highly recommended.

I stayed at this B&B during my first trip to Naples for 4 nights. Despite a booking mishap, Mr. Luca who manages the B&B immediately demonstrated his professionalism by contacting me a few minutes after the booking to offer a solution that met my needs, which I greatly appreciated. During my stay, Mr. Luca not only recommended activities and excursions to do (follow his advice, I had a wonderful boat tour!) but also arranged everything necessary for breakfast, which, given the Covid period, is more limited than usual, taking into account my dietary needs as a vegan. The property is well-maintained, the room spacious with all the necessary amenities, and quite quiet despite facing the street, as my room in particular overlooked the National Archaeological Museum. The property is in a perfect location in my opinion to explore the city, close to two stations and many points of interest. I feel comfortable recommending it even to solo female travelers: I returned to the B&B at various times, even late at night, without ever feeling in dangerous situations. I can only recommend this property, both for the kindness and professionalism of the entire staff, and for the location and excellent value for money. I hope to return soon!

The only small downside is having breakfast standing at the bar.\n\nI thought breakfast would be served at the property, but the manager was absent and perhaps that's why they organized it at the bar, which is still very close to the B&B.\n\nWe didn't meet the manager, but the person who replaced him was friendly and helpful.\n\nExcellent location in front of two Metro lines.
