The property was fantastic to stay at. The location made it ideal for the ferry cruises that we took to Amalfi Coast and the balcony was amazing to relax in the evenings. The hosts were super helpful and took great care to accommodate our requests. Would highly recommend this to anyone planning a trip to Napoli.

We absolutely loved our stay here (10/10 ⭐)! The location is perfect — all of Naples’ major landmarks, as well as amazing bars and restaurants, are within walking distance. Although the metro station is right next to the accommodation, we didn’t even need to use it. Getting there from the airport was super convenient too. The airport bus stops right across the street, which is also where the port is—perfect if you're planning a day trip to the nearby islands. Our room had a stunning view of the port, Capri island, Castel Nuovo, and the beautiful buildings around Piazza del Municipio. It was spotlessly clean (cleaned daily!) and incredibly comfortable. We kept mentioning how cozy the bed and pillows were — even after we got back home! The room had everything we needed: toiletries, towels, a kettle with tea and coffee, a mini fridge, and a hair dryer. Our hosts, Tiziana and Nicola, were wonderful—friendly, responsive, and thoughtful. They even left us some snacks and drinks to welcome us, which was such a lovely touch. They also sent us a list of their favorite bars, restaurants, and pastry shops. Communication was smooth from beginning to end and they were very helpful throughout our entire stay. We truly fell in love with Naples—its vibrant energy, atmosphere, delicious food, and warm people. Thank you, Tiziana and Nicola, for your hospitality and for making our stay so special. Amazing and very welcoming hosts. They give their best to help you out and assist best as possible. My wife and I enjoyed the beautiful view from the windows of a very well designed and clean room. Very central therefore very well situated for exploring Naples. We will come back.

Very beautiful and comfortable room and bathroom. Perfectly situated very near to the ferries and public transport (very easy for transport from and to the airport and the islands). Near to a lot of interesting places and restaurants. Very friendly hosts, good communication and very flexible. Price/quality is very good. I would recommend this place to everyone!

My partner and I stayed at AnGiò Holiday Rooms for a week, from the 10th to the 17th of December 2022. The hotel's location is right in the center of Naples, very close to the bus and metro stations. Our room had a very nice view (overlooking the Port of Naples and Castel Nuovo - Maschio Angioino). The room was always very clean with a very comfortable bed, a nice bathroom, electric window blinds, a fridge, and a TV. There are great coffee shops all around where you can enjoy an Italian breakfast (this was included in our hotel booking). There is a good supermarket nearby where you can buy everything you need (Sole 365). The hosts, Tiziana and Nicola, are very warm and friendly. From our arrival until departure, they were very supportive and paid attention to all details. We received a lot of useful information from them: a city map with all local attractions (Underground Naples, Naples National Archaeological Museum, Naples Cathedral, etc.) and guidance on how to get to Capri Island, Pompeii, Amalfi, and Positano. We also received a very good recommendation for a nearby restaurant where we enjoyed very good Neapolitan dishes. Here we had fresh seafood, Margherita pizza, grilled fish, limoncello, local bread, all of them very tasty. From what we've seen, our hosts Tiziana and Nicola were very friendly with all customers. When we left, we took a picture together and received a warm hug. Overall, our experience in Naples was a very positive one. It is a beautiful city with a lot of history behind it. We also found it very safe, with all locals being very open and friendly. We have already planned for next summer a holiday in Naples to visit the places we missed this time (Vesuvius, the Veiled Christ statue, and a few others) and to meet Tiziana and Nicola again. The rooms are very clean (cleaned every day). We had a room with balcony and view of the castle. The hosts were very friendly, they helped us with all questions and were always reachable via WhatsApp. The accommodation is very well located, you are quickly in the city center or in the Chiaia district. Metro line L1, as well as restaurants, cafes and the ferry port for trips to Capri, etc. are nearby. We can highly recommend this accommodation.

Nicola and Tiziana welcomed us warmly and made us feel at home. The rooms were super clean and the location was unbeatable - within walking distance to Via Toledo, right by the port (ships directly to Procida, Ischia, etc.) and with access to the Alibus from the airport and to the metro (Line 1 Municipio). The rooms were cleaned every day. In the vicinity, there are small supermarkets, restaurants, and bistros. Since the accommodation is located on a main street, it can get a bit noisy with the windows open, but with them closed, you can hardly hear anything. We really have nothing to complain about and we can recommend this accommodation to everyone without hesitation. A huge thank you to Nicola and Tiziana for allowing us to stay with them!

Our room was very clean and stylishly furnished. It had everything you needed and had a great view. Additionally, the accommodation was superbly located, as many city tours, meeting points for excursions, metro, bus, tram, port, and countless dining options were nearby. The only negative aspect was the location on a busy multi-lane road. Despite good windows, unfortunately, it was particularly noisy at night. The two operators were very nice and accommodating. They gave us tips on where to eat, were always available, and sweetened our stay with their warmth.

We stayed for two days and are still thrilled with the accommodation. The contact via email before our arrival was excellent and Nicola awaited us as agreed. The room is nicely furnished and was ready upon our arrival. Everything very clean and especially the bathroom is very spacious. Nicola gave us some tips, especially on a restaurant nearby that is really great. Our stay was great and we would book the AnGiò Holiday Rooms again anytime. Thanks again to Nicola.

Beautiful as always.

The structure is in an excellent central but quiet location, 2 metro stops from the central station. We stayed for 3 nights, the room was very clean, the towel change was punctual and we never lacked anything, indeed, the rooms also included a television and air conditioning. The highlight is the owners, always very kind and extremely helpful. Definitely a place to return to!

Nicola and Tiziana welcomed us with their kindness, friendliness, and enthusiasm in their establishment and were always available. It is located in a strategic position near the Maschio Angioino and allows easy access to the city center both on foot, reaching the central Piazza del Plebiscito, and by subway, which is just a few steps from the establishment; it is also easy to organize visits to Pompeii, Caserta, Capri. The room is well-kept, clean, spacious, bright, and well-furnished. We will return to Nicola and Tiziana to be swept away again by a unique city like Naples.

The structure is brand new, very clean. Equipped with comfort. In front of the castle, just steps from the metro. The management is priceless, welcoming, helpful, and very nice people. Ideal for returning next weekend.

The room is very beautiful and well-kept, as well as really clean. The location is optimal, just think that by opening the window and stepping out onto the balcony, you found yourself in front of the “Maschio Angioino” and could also partially see the sea. The owners are very kind and courteous, we felt at home. I highly recommend this place not only for the beauty and cleanliness of the place but also for the kindness and warmth of the owners. The only downside is the possible unavailability of parking, but that must be taken into account as it is practically in the city center.

Structure in a strategic position for the center of Naples.

The structure is in a super comfortable location, very close to the metro and 10 minutes away on foot from Via Toledo. Nicola and his wife are fantastic people, available for any advice, super welcoming and kind! The room is large and bright, equipped with everything, new and clean! The mattress is a bit hard but comfortable. B&B is really recommended! We will definitely return.

The structure is wonderful, right in the center, in front of the Maschio Angioino. The room was very clean, the bed very comfortable, the owner and his wife are very kind and welcoming people. Pleasant stay for several reasons. The owners, Tiziane and Nicola, are lovely and super helpful people, trying to please their guests in every way. The room is spacious, equipped with everything that may be necessary during a holiday, tastefully furnished and completely new. Impeccable cleanliness. Equally impeccable welcome; they even made us find fresh drinks and some snacks upon our arrival, all kindly offered by the owners. The location is strategic, as it is located a few steps from the main attractions of Naples and is very convenient for getting around with public transport, especially the metro, the stop of which is a hundred meters from the apartment. Excellent value for money. We will definitely come back! (I did not rate breakfast because it was not included in the formula we chose).

Quiet place convenient for trips to the islands and the city of Naples.

I spent two fantastic nights at AnGiò Holiday Rooms in a room with a stunning view and breathtaking panorama. Top mattress, efficient window soundproofing, large and comfortable bathroom. The location is optimal, close to the metro and all major points of interest. Courtesy and hospitality of the owners for every need. Luggage was also stored after check-out on the property, with the possibility of using a private bathroom before leaving. Highly recommended and already booked for the next vacation in this wonderful city!

Perfect location to reach the most beautiful places in Naples. I have already shared the name of the facility with relatives in case they find themselves near Naples to stay, everything is excellent.

Completely renovated, in a very central area and easily reachable by public transport (metro and bus). Our room with a view was very comfortable, welcoming, and clean. The manager was helpful and punctual. Italian breakfast, in this low season period, at a nearby bar. For a perfect winter stay.

For our eleventh anniversary we wanted to revisit Naples and go see a performance at the Teatro San Carlo. I wanted to make a good impression with my wife and Angiò Holiday Rooms helped me achieve the goal. 6 times 10, only because there are no higher ratings. The structure is perfect for visiting Naples, a stone's throw from Piazza Plebiscito and a short walk from all the other attractions. I don't know where to start, because everything was perfect. The managers are two very skilled and kind people, they made us feel at home. You can feel that they love their job and do it with passion. They took us to heart even though we were strangers. The room was beautiful with a sea view, very comfortable to stay in the center and to move around, because there are all the means nearby. The room was always very clean, with attention to details and brand new furnishings. The breakfast, included at the nearby bar, had typical products. If you have to stay in Naples, come here and you won't regret it!

I returned with my son to my hometown after many years and the stay was fantastic at AnGiò Holiday Rooms. Brand new structure, located in a strategic position, very convenient whether arriving by train or by plane, perfect for visiting the city and also the islands considering that the marina is a few meters away. The rooms are very well-furnished, perfect cleanliness. Upon our arrival, we also found the necessary for a snack and some fresh drinks in the small fridge in the room. Great location and cleanliness, kind and helpful managers.

The location is perfect both for reaching the points of interest on foot in the city center, but especially very close to the port (that's what we were looking for). From the airport you can reach the port with Alibus €5, -/person - stop Molo Angioino/Beverello (end of the line Stazione Marittima). Being in the center you can hear the traffic noises. The interior of the building where the B&B is located is a bit run down, but the B&B has style. The room was clean, furnished with modern furniture, with a small balcony overlooking Piazza del Municipio and in front of the castle. The bathroom is a bit small, but for a short stay more than enough, with bidet, shower, and toilet. We don't like the shower head that comes down from the ceiling. We appreciated the minibar and the drinks and snacks were offered. Breakfast is in a bar on the corner, a drink and a pastry. The owners are very kind and gave us useful information: thank you! We had a good time, maybe we'll come back.

We stayed 3 nights at this recently renovated and perfectly clean property. Strategic position in Piazza Municipio, very convenient to visit all areas of Naples (we always walked around and we are not very young; buses only to Mergellina and funicular to Vomero), for those who want the metro it is 200 meters away. Nicola and Tiziana are very kind and gave us many tips on getting around and places to visit... we listened to them and had a great time. Thank you for everything and we hope to see you again soon.

We stayed with a couple of friends, the structure is excellent, new, tidy and very clean. The location is very central, convenient to the city center and the metro while still remaining quiet. The managers were very professional and, at the same time, kind and very attentive to our needs. We highly recommend it and hope to return.

I can't find any faults, maybe just a bit of liquid soap in the shower.

Structure located in an optimal position to visit Naples, close to both the seafront and via Toledo and the historic center. Excellent daily cleaning, fragrant room! The highlight is definitely the two owners, Tiziana and Nicola, wonderful people who warmly welcomed us from the start, advising us on where to go and always being available for our every need.

Everything was great! The room was spacious and everything seemed new. Perfect location since I needed to be close to Molo Beverello and Nicola was super kind, even providing a list of the best restaurants and cafés nearby the B&B, in addition to having snacks, water, juice, and coffee in the room as a courtesy.
