The property has a beautiful location because it is practically in the city center while being by the sea. Its main asset is the artfully planted and spacious garden, full of large trees with a very well-kept lawn and equipped with sun loungers. We appreciated the availability and attentions of the kind Massimo, who manages the property excellently, and of the two ladies who, with their professionalism, take care of the breakfasts and the impeccable cleaning of the rooms. The only slightly negative note concerns the rooms, which are a bit dated both in the furnishings and in the bathrooms. A renovation of the interiors would be desirable to achieve a top score of 10. I would also enrich the breakfasts a little, which are good but basic.

A wonderful villa with a garden by the sea used as a Bed and Breakfast, few rooms, maybe a dozen, spacious areas and excellent livability. From the room you can hear the sound of the sea, from the garden (20/30 meters from the sea) you can breathe pure iodine. The structure is located a few meters from the most beautiful sea of Tropea and only 10 minutes walk from the center. Excellent breakfast for all tastes, with always warm croissants, fruit and cold cuts. Suitable for both couples and families with children. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Nice structure, exceptional location for sea lovers, unfortunately the rooms should be taken care of a little better, even though overall I am satisfied.
