Welcoming, clean, quiet and bright property. Being on the top floor, the view is 360°: on one side the sunrise over the seafront and at the back the splendid Gerace on the mountains. Easy to reach, a location set back from the center but with shops, bars and supermarkets nearby. Access to the sea is quick and the property is a few minutes' walk away.
