B&B Civico 137

I wrote this review in 2023. Excellent welcome from the host Davide, a very friendly, kind, helpful, and human person (a quality now forgotten by many). For breakfast, he prepared a "sweet" surprise for my daughters. Clean, brand new rooms, very comfortable and new furnishings. Rooms equipped with private bathroom, smart TV, internet connection, air conditioning, and furthermore every morning there was a tidy-up of the rooms. I stayed in both rooms and I must say I am very satisfied and will definitely return for other occasions. The B&B is located in a strategic position, close to all services (bars, supermarkets, pharmacies, bakery). You can park the car on the street next to the facility without any problem. Although it is located on a road where many cars pass, the rooms are very quiet and useful for afternoon and night rest, especially if you have small children like mine. The details make the difference, and in this B&B, you will find many. Today, after two years, I can only confirm everything I wrote. Doing well once could also be the result of luck... but with persistence, it is a sign of huge passion and dedication. Civico 137 deserves every commendable review. You always return where you felt good, and we returned feeling like at home. Thank you Davide and Tiziana for everything. 110 and praise.

Beautiful stay at B&B Civico 137. The house is new, very clean and beautiful. It is located in the city center so it's easy to get around without a car.

I was pleasantly impressed by the beauty of the structure, the professionalism, and the hospitality of the manager. Highly recommended.

We stayed at this property for 2 weeks! We felt at home, free and independent but still guests on vacation, the young owners were kind and caring! They managed to meet all our extra requests. Room cleanliness always top-notch! Central location yet quiet enough for a good rest. We will definitely come back. Well done Tiziana and Davide.

New and well-furnished structure, a few hundred meters from the center. Abundant breakfast, including fruit and water bottles. Impeccable and daily linen cleaning and change. Owner available, serious, and professional. Excellent value for money. Highly recommended!
