Well-run family business. You feel well taken care of from the beginning. Quiet location, nestled in an olive grove and surrounded by various fruit trees, yet still close (easily reachable on foot) to the charming center of Castorvillari. Everything in the room including a fridge and the essential mosquito plugs in Italy. The breakfast is lovingly handmade (pastries, bread, jam, etc.). I would like to highlight the attached Osteria: local specialties and delicacies from the region. We were hospitably entertained. We will gladly come back.

I'm sorry, but the AliaJazz B&B Hotel needs a facelift. It's old and charmless. The owner was absolutely rude, no smile, no warmth, no hospitality. The WiFi didn't work in our room; the owner tried to fix the issue but without success. We were disappointed. On the contrary, the dinner at the Inn next door, Alia, was wonderful!

DA NOI gli OSPITI RIMANGONO SEMPRE OSPITI GRADITI , anche quando sono arroganti ed irrispettosi del nostro lavoro Anche quando ci danno colpe che non ci appartengono. SE non si è capaci di far funzionare ii proprio device non riusciamo a capire perchè la colpa debba essere nostra. il nostro wi-fi è perfettamente funzionante e Telecom , dopo averlo testato in loro .presenza ha spiegato che non era dovuto alla nostra linea. ma era un problema del loro device. In ogni caso, nonostante la nostra non colpa , li abbiamo invitati a lasciare, senza alcun costo la camera , seppure usata. Ci hanno detto che gradivano la sistemazione e che non volevano lasciare la camera che al mattino dopo hanno tenuto oltre l'orario derl check out . Hanno lasciato la CAMERA ALLE ORE 13 senza recapitare le chiavi alla reception. ma lasciandole diietro la porta all'interno della camera.Abbiamo dovuto fare forzare la serratura grazie alla loro assenza di regole Siamo stati trattati da incapaci. CIò nonostante facciamo loro i nostri auguri per una vita SERENA, CHE finalmente capiscano che è più facile ottenere un sorriso e tante gentilezze se si approcciano le persone con un sorriso e una parola gentile.

My English Setter, Teo, had a great time with plenty of green spaces available to him. The room was very cozy. The breakfast was excellent and the hosts were kind.
