Excellent location well served and well cared for. I will gladly return.

Modern and clean structure. Spacious room with all the comforts, modern and clean furnished. The location is not central if you are not by car. The only thing I feel like pointing out is that the bakery for breakfast is not very close to the structure and the breakfast is a bit "limited", as already mentioned by others. Overall, everything ok.

This structure I liked for the cleanliness of the room and for the availability of the manager. Directions to the location need to be improved because Google Maps was not precise enough. Breakfast at the bakery was very good. Thank you.

To say the least, a wonderful experience: friendliness, kindness, sympathy, and seriousness at the top. I highly recommend staying at the 'Matera Sassi Rooms'. Super honest quality-price ratio.

Everything good, up to expectations, considering the reasonable cost. The only downside was the breakfast, at the nearby affiliated bar, but only coffee/cappuccino and a croissant were available. I was asked for a supplement for the American coffee! Personally, I always expect a hearty breakfast in b&bs.

Modern and welcoming structure, it is affiliated with a bar that offers breakfast, but only sweet: composed of a brioche um cappuccio/caffè.\nPerhaps a little bit little.

New structure and price within the norm, a bit far from the historic center reachable by car in 10 minutes. Extremely clean bathroom, unfortunately not too comfortable bed. All in all, we had a good time.

The property is equipped with every comfort, it is clean and the managers are absolutely friendly and very professional. It is immediately perceived that they know how to do this job well and that they do it with commitment and dedication.

Perfect structure.

A good breakfast at the nearby bar diminishes the overall experience a bit. Anyway, overall more than good.

Spacious, new, clean room. Extremely kind manager and generous with good advice. Only flaw is the breakfast at the bar downstairs, a bit basic. It is not centrally located, but the Sassi area is easily accessible by car using the city center parking lots.

I spent 2 nights in this new, comfortable, and spotlessly clean property. The rooms are exactly as seen in the photos, tastefully furnished and, I repeat, impeccable. The kindness, availability, and cordiality of the owners were truly unmatched. We were a group of nine people and everyone was enthusiastic about the choice made. The property, as advertised, is located in a semi-central area but well served; the city center is reachable in 10 minutes. I will definitely recommend this property to anyone visiting Matera.

The location was somewhat difficult to find, it was unclear which house number the B&B was at, you couldn't ring the doorbell, the host was difficult to reach by phone. The room was fine.
