Hospitality is top at arrival, we later also got advice for a guided tour (recommendable) and restaurants (but these are easy to find yourself). The room is very spacious, good bathroom, and easy common place to make coffee. Therefore the room is like having a suite, with possibility for combined or split twin bed. The location is top, when having a car. From this location, that initally looks like being remote, it is a 5 to 10 minutes by car to reach all wanted locations in the centre. Still, would recommend a car, rather than going on foot, given the temperature in tourist season and possibility of restaurants nearby (very good pizzeria) being fully booked. \nTo be honest and fair with you, would book here again next time.\nRob.

Location close to the center, 15 minutes on foot, in a very quiet area. Very welcoming hosts, with lots of information available. We really enjoyed our stay with them.

Simple but well-kept and very clean structure, not very close to the center but easily reachable on foot (about 1 km) so you can avoid taking the car. The strength, Mrs. Rosanna and her husband, who assisted us with advice and suggestions from the moment of booking until the day of departure, certainly useful during our stay, which was very crowded with tourists.

Perfect location for a stay in Matera. Easy to reach, free parking always available right in front of the house, the city center is just a 10-minute walk away. Good value for money. Excellent hospitality that Mrs. Rosanna offers to guests. We had a great time in Matera and in this property, we recommend it.

Rosanna and her husband are really fantastic. Friendly, helpful, they support you by helping you understand how to get around the city and what to see with guided tours. The structure has spacious and clean rooms. Even though it does not include breakfast, there is a coffee machine and a refrigerator with water available to guests. The location is excellent because it's ten minutes from the center. Highly recommended.

The owners of the property are the gem of Matera! Very kind and with a thousand suggestions to visit the city and its surroundings. The historic center and the Sassi are easily reachable on foot and on the way many amenities (banks, bars, bakeries, supermarkets). The room is comfortable and clean, with air conditioning, and the possibility to use a fridge and coffee machine shared with other rooms.

The owners were very courteous and helpful, they gave me precise directions and helped me book guided tours that I really appreciated. The apartment is close to the center, a 10-minute walk away, and it is possible to park the car in the avenue at no additional cost. The apartment seems recently renovated, well furnished, and above all clean and well maintained.

The welcome from Rosanna and her husband was exceptional, we felt pampered right away. The property is very clean, new, and comfortable. About 1 km from the B&B, easily walkable, you can already immerse yourself in the beautiful center of Matera. As recommended by the owners, we purchased the tour to visit the Sasso Caveoso and the Murgia Park, the latter is an absolute must-see. We hope to return soon!
