Biagio and Sonia are very kind and generous owners of this very nice B&B. They felt like family. We were greeted with some outstanding homemade wine along with some wonderful bread and food. Biago is quite the winemaker and cook. Sonia’s homemade breakfast was out of this world and we had the opportunity to have a nice chat while eating breakfast. The accommodations were clean, comfortable with an outstanding country seaside setting. Perfect patio to enjoy a bottle or 3 of wine. A short walk to the sea was amazing. We also had the chance for some bonding with their cute dog Chioppy. We were on a long two week roadtrip and we really wished we could have stayed longer than 2 nights. I would highly recommend staying at La Torretta. Thank you Sonia and Biago.

Delightful B&B with staircase to the room, bathroom, and terrace. Very private. There was air conditioning, which we needed. Excellent restaurant only 5 minutes' walk away. The only drawback was that the private cove was rocky, and without shade after midday - so to enjoy the sea one has to drive to one of the beaches.

The welcome from the owners Sonia and Biagio is great, in the true spirit of a bed&breakfast. The house is very nice, a beautiful little cove, for a morning, evening or afternoon swim is 100 m from the house. We recommend to all those looking for a very friendly corner this charming B&B. We did not have time to enjoy a boat trip with Biagio but it is with great regret, surely for next time! Michèle and Jean-François (Nantes).

We stayed at this property for far too short a time… It is an oasis of peace and close to all the beautiful sights in the area. It is run by two people who make it feel homely and take care of every detail. The breakfasts are plentiful and Sonia and Biagio are very attentive to guests' needs. I repeat: far too short a time, so we will definitely return.

My partner and I stayed at this wonderful B&B for 3 nights and can only speak highly of it. The property is immersed in nature, surrounded by greenery and with a wonderful panoramic view, just steps from the sea. The atmosphere is relaxing and authentic, perfect for disconnecting from the routine. The B&B is well-kept, very clean and characteristic, with a rustic touch that makes it even more welcoming. But the real added value is the owners: a fantastic couple, very kind, always available and very friendly. They made us feel at home from the very first moment. Highly recommended! We will definitely return.

Biagio and his family were helpful and kind right from the booking process, and once we arrived, they welcomed us warmly and professionally. The superior room, just a few meters from the main building, is practically a structure in itself, offering privacy and tranquility, with a beautiful large garden equipped with hammocks, sun loungers, a table with chairs, and an outdoor shower. The room has a small kitchen. The breakfast is genuine and abundant, and they were so kind to provide us with gluten-free products with only one day's notice. It was a pity to be able to stay just one night, if we find ourselves nearby we will definitely return.

When I was looking for a place to stay in Maratea on the internet, I wanted it to have some requirements such as sea view or by the sea, a quiet place but not too far from areas of interest and beaches or coves, breakfast, a nice structure with a good quality/price ratio and parking space. At La Torretta, I found all this and more, because I found the family and friendly welcome and the sympathy of Sonia and Biagio and their family. The room was very nice, attention to detail, comfortable mattress even though the bed frame creaked a bit; excellent breakfast with fresh fruit, milk, coffee, homemade sweets; cove 5 minutes away on foot; 10 minutes by car to get to Maratea. I rated 9 for the location because the access to the driveway with the car is narrow and steep, but slowly you can do it and then you get the hang of it after a couple of times.

The B&B La Torretta is located in a perfect position to reach all the points of interest and a stone's throw from one of the most beautiful coves in Maratea. It is possible to walk to one of the best seafood restaurants in the area from the B&B. We stayed in one of the chalets with a garden, which was very convenient to let our jackina roam freely and safely. Thanks to Sonia and Monica who, with their availability and kindness, always made breakfast time enjoyable. Also, a thank you to Biagio for the magnificent boat trip on my birthday.

Just returned after a few days of vacation at the B&B La Torretta. Very cute and romantic sea view room, cozy and always clean. But the even more positive aspect is the welcome of Sonia, Biagio, Leo, and little Achille. Kind, funny, and attentive. Their super breakfasts immediately make you feel at home. We will be back soon!

We had a great time in a corner of paradise immersed in nature and tranquility, interrupted only by the company of squirrels in the early morning and the chirping of cicadas in the hot afternoons. Delightful B&B located in the hamlet of Cersuta (Maratea), a small village of houses surrounded by greenery and with a beautiful view of the sea really just a few steps away. The rooms can be said to be new, the linen is clean, fragrant and of good quality, and the cleanliness of the rooms is impeccable. The breakfast is rich and abundant and always includes a small delight baked by the landlady. The atmosphere is very relaxing and especially enriched by the warm and friendly welcome that Sonia and Biagio, the hosts, reserve for their guests. It is definitely a place where you can't wait to return.

We had a wonderful vacation at this B&B, thanks to the warm hospitality of Sonia and Biagio, very friendly, always attentive and helpful, capable of creating a truly familiar and relaxing atmosphere. Very beautiful place with friendly and communicative hosts, we had a truly pleasant week, excellent fruit juice with prickly pears and homemade jams by Sonia. Final evening based on very fresh fish caught by Biagio, who is also a great artist of copper objects. We will certainly not forget this lovely vacation!

The B&B La Torretta is a beautiful structure, immersed in the wildest and most wonderful nature of Maratea, with a breathtaking panorama and above all managed by two wonderful, friendly, and very funny and unique people. Their welcome made us feel at home. Sonia's breakfast is delicious and plentiful with lots of beautiful fresh fruit. The rooms are spotless! We will never forget the beautiful evenings on the veranda with a glass of wine, great laughs, and Biagio's brilliant magic tricks. You are amazing! The structure is taken care of down to the smallest details and breakfast is served in a fresh veranda full of flowers. The location is very close to very suggestive beaches. In the Cersuta area, a few kilometers from Maratea, in a splendid scenario formed by cliffs overlooking a turquoise blue sea, there is a couple managing a delightful Bed and Breakfast called B&B La Torretta. We found courtesy, hospitality, a lot of sympathy, and total relaxation. We thank them for the exciting boat tour to discover the caves and for the hearty evening laughs over a good glass of Aglianico. Goodbye from Laura and Osvaldo.

Hospitality, cleanliness, peace, tranquility are difficult features to find all together: here they coexist with the simplicity and spontaneity of Biagio and Sonia. Contrada Cersuta is the wildest and most unspoiled of the small Costa di Maratea (true "Pearl" of the Mediterranean): B&B La Torretta fits perfectly into the context. The scenic views from the room are breathtaking. Pay attention to the access, really challenging.

The room is beautiful, with a nice private terrace and a spacious, absolutely clean bathroom. However, the access stairs are very (too) steep and a bit dangerous. The location is convenient, although the nearest beaches offer difficult access to the sea. The managers are kind, and the breakfast is quite well cared for.
