We really enjoyed our stay at the 85Centro in Potenza. Rocco was an excellent host who met us and escorted us to the parking and to our room in the B&B. He communicated with us very well even though he spoke a little English. He was kind and very accommodating! Our room was spotlessly clean and nicely appointed. We had a beautiful view of Potenza from our terrace. The breakfast was nice and always set up nicely for us in the breakfast room. Access to the center of Potenza was very easy via a staircase just a few minutes from the property. The parking provided had easy access and worked well for our needs. We really recommend this property for your next stay in Potenza!

Clean environment, friendly and helpful host.

Good structure just a few steps from the historic center with private parking behind a barrier to securely park my motorcycle or car. The friendly and helpful manager provided us with bottled water upon request. Quiet and clean room with modern furnishings. Comfortable bed and the bathroom with a window and spacious shower. The only downside in my opinion is the breakfast with all packaged products.

I stayed one night in this B&B in Potenza and I was really satisfied. The structure is very nice, well-kept in details, spotless and well organized. The welcome from the host was warm and friendly: he immediately made me feel at ease, precisely showing me where to park and personally accompanying me to the room. The room was equipped with all comforts, quiet and impeccably clean. I also appreciated the shared kitchen with the other room, where it is possible to have breakfast independently. The offer was quite varied, although I would have liked a few more lactose-free options and a higher protein intake. The location was also excellent: just a few steps from Via Pretoria, perfect for a walk downtown, and a short drive from the San Carlo Hospital. If I return to Potenza, this structure will definitely be my first choice!

Overall, the structure is quite good. One flaw, which does not depend on the structure, is that the water is rationed and missing from 6 PM to 6 AM. On Saturday, the departure day at 8:20 AM, it was still not available.

The structure is located in an optimal area: quiet, served by public transport, close to the center reachable via the Gradinata IV Novembre situated a few meters away. Welcoming and helpful staff.

Great location, very nice and well-kept structure, clean and charming. The owner is very helpful and patient, Mr. Rocco is very friendly and helpful, I recommend it.

Located very close to the center, it is a nice, clean structure with all the comforts. The parking space available is very useful, and a special mention to the very kind and helpful Rocco who manages it. Highly recommended B&B.

Excellent welcome from the manager, clean and welcoming environment. Equipped with every comfort and easily accessible. I would gladly return, so I highly recommend it.

Excellent bed and breakfast in the city center, new and equipped with all comforts. The internal parking deserves 10 points. Excellent breakfast, excellent room, clean and above all welcoming. I asked to change the arrival time and they did everything to accommodate me, which I greatly appreciated.

Truly strategic location for the city center and the university. Quiet context. Convenient taxi service on request. Narrow balcony but with an open view. Narrow but good shower. Adequate breakfast for the context.

Beautiful property, very well taken care of in the details and especially very clean. The reserved parking is useful considering that it is located in the center.
