Our B&B is placed at Santa Maria di Leuca district of Castrignano del Capo on the coast, near to beaches and local lido facilities ('Spiaggia di Santa Maria di Leuca', 'Lido Samarinda Fine Beach Santa Maria di Leuca', 'Lido Azzurro Santa Maria di Leuca'...) in a location with a spectacular view. "Villa Stasi" is hospitable and comfortable.

Our location and the surrounding area offer our guests a chance to enjoy and buy local artisan products, taste the typical local products thanks to the food and wine tours, catch cultural events and exhibitions, enjoyable long walks in the many gardens and stunning surrounding countryside.

Our residence is the perfect location for families who want to stay in a home from home, for a dream vacation in a discreet, romantic setting, if you're looking for peace and quiet, close to nature, away from the noise and bustle of the city.

Breakfast for a Bed and Breakfast is very important. In Villa Stasi you can enjoy a healthy breakfast with local products of handicraft, such as jams and preserves family farm, donuts and homemade pies, honey arigianale, the fragrant "health biscuits" home-made, the just bought bread from the oven, but also fresh fruit, croissants and artisan fruit juices. All this in the shadow of twelve majestic pine trees of our garden. In Villa Stasi waking up is always very sweet and healthy.

It is a convenient location both to the town, the port and the beach (although not right on the beach). We reached everything on foot, even the sanctuary and the lighthouse with a nice walk and stairs!

Solo una precisazione: la villa è dichiaratamente distante 200 metri dalla spiaggia, non avendo in alcuna sede mai affermato che si trovi sulla spiaggia. Spero non sia stato questo qui pro quo a farmi meritare un 5 in pagella, ma qualche altra valida motivazione che, francamente, non riesco a individuare. Un saluto Fabrizio

Villa Stasi is a fantastic place in the green. Quiet despite being close to the seashore and the beaches. Kindness, friendliness, and cleanliness at the top.

Location eccezionale; perfetta regia dell'architetto proprietario e gestore (Fabrizio Manco); gentilezza, discrezione e disponibilità della signora addetta alla colazione. Un posto rilassante con magnifico visuale della finestra sul mare. Vantaggioso rapporto qualità/prezzo. Che serenità e pace! Ci ritornerei sicuramente, anche domani.

Grazie di tutto carissimi. È stato un piacere ospitarvi, purtroppo avevamo aperto la struttura proprio in quei giorni e forse qualcosa era perfettibile. Possiamo fare meglio e speriamo di potervi rivedere al più presto. Una sola notte di soggiorno è volata via, contiamo di potervi ospitare per un periodo più lungo. A presto. Fabrizio.

La struttura semplice ma bella e accogliente, a un passo dal mare. Una delle cose più belle è il giardino della villa con i micetti (se non sei amante dei gatti, magari ti può dar fastidio). Il personale molto disponibile e simpatico e il servizio di pulizia delle camere è rigoroso ogni giorno. Non ci sono rumori molesti (a parte qualche uccello che vive negli alberi del giardino). Lo consiglio vivamente!
