Everything was perfect for resting. Warm welcome and very helpful hosts. Breakfast was excellent (also some homemade items, super good). It's a pity there weren't more savory items. Otherwise nothing to complain about.

We spent a dream vacation as a family with two children (10 and 13 years old) at Villa Silmona and were excited from the very first moment. The property is a bit outside – which we already knew – but with the car, it is not a problem at all. On the contrary: this way you enjoy peace and relaxation while still being quickly at the most beautiful places in Apulia.\n\nThe entire property and the apartments are designed with incredible attention to detail. You can immediately tell that a family with passion is hosting here. The rich, very delicious breakfast left nothing to be desired, and in addition, we received valuable tips – whether for dream beaches or excellent restaurants.\n\nA real highlight for us was the hot tub in the evening, where we could relax and wind down at the end of the day. The soothing head massage made the experience perfect – we felt like we were reborn.\n\nThe location in Aradeo also proved to be ideal: from here, many attractions are quickly reachable. Lecce is only about 30 minutes away and reveals a special charm, especially in the evening mood. Our trip to Santa Maria di Leuca, the southernmost point of Apulia, was also impressive, where we visited the lighthouse and took an unforgettable boat tour.\n\nFor us, it is certain: we will come back – because Villa Silmona is a place to feel good, enjoy, and discover. Highly recommended!

Wonderful place to relax, excellent hosts, very kind, and the property is well organized, clean and comfortable, with nicely furnished rooms. Breakfast is abundant with local and fresh products. The property also has an enchanting garden where you can relax. I highly recommend the property.

I travel a lot for work and I arrived at Villa Silmona for business. I realized from the first moment that it would be a perfect week and the stay exceeded my expectations. I found tranquility, a relaxing and even slightly magical atmosphere, attention to every detail, cleanliness, a perfect breakfast, and the attentiveness and kindness of everyone, Ramona first and foremost, who is the true guardian angel of this gem of Salento hospitality. For my work-related movements the location was extremely convenient, and it is also strategic for visiting many beaches and places of interest. I will definitely return.

We stayed with 5 people (2 adults, 3 minors, and a little dog) in this oasis of tranquility, immersed in the countryside and situated in a favorable position to reach and visit the main pearls of Salento. Our apartment was located on the first floor of the central structure, very beautiful and welcoming, equipped with all the comforts: entrance-living room with a sofa bed, 1 double bedroom and 1 twin room with TV, 1 bathroom with shower, 1 kitchen area with sink, pantry and refrigerator, air conditioning. For those who want to cook, a cooking area, equipped with everything, is available on the ground floor. Breakfast, served on the ground floor of the structure, in a spacious and bright room, is enriched by the delicacies prepared by the "landlady" Ramona; every day a new and exquisite dessert. We also tried the wellness area: 2 hours of absolute relaxation and privacy, immersed in a spacious hot tub, pampered by ambient music, dim lights, alcoholic/non-alcoholic cocktails, snacks, relaxing loungers, minibar, shower, changing room... located in an isolated structure but at the same time close, always in the garden area... Absolutely not to be missed!!! Ramona and Silvio (together with their son Simone), very kind, friendly, sunny, available but always discreet and never intrusive owners and managers. We will always have an excellent memory of this stay in Salento land.

Good evening from Andrea, Michela and I spent ten days on vacation at Villa Silmona in Aradeo, Lecce. I wanted to thank Ramona, Silvio, and the children for making us feel comfortable in a stunning location immersed in nature and a fairy-tale landscape. Family-run, always clean room, with air conditioning, TV, Wi-Fi, refrigerator... in short, everything for a great vacation. It is also close to the village where you can easily find everything for any need. A special thanks to Ramona for the excellent breakfasts made on the spot and for the advice on how to organize our beach days and tourist trips. I recommend Villa Silmona to those who want to spend their holidays or more in a truly beautiful and evocative location.

The landlady "Ramona" welcomes guests well, making them feel at home! The property is nice and clean, lacks a swimming pool to spend some afternoons without having to go back down to the sea. Good value for money.

Great structure with very kind and welcoming staff make you feel at home. The rooms are very comfortable and spotlessly clean, I will definitely come back.

Immersed in the heart of Salento, in Aradeo, in the countryside rich in olive trees and fruit trees, Villa Silmona appeared to us immediately as the perfect place from where to start our excursions to the most renowned locations, such as Santa Caterina, Porto Selvaggio, Sant’Isidoro, famous for the clean and crystalline sea, and to reach towns and villages of great history and beauty like Galatina, Cutrofiano, Maglie, and Gallipoli. The accommodation was excellent, with our room equipped with air conditioning, fridge, and every other comfort, and an adjacent outdoor sitting area under a sturdy canopy, where you can engage in conversation, reading, and, for those who wish, using a computer. In addition to the carefully prepared breakfast by Ramona, the hostess, with Puglian sweets and cakes, we appreciated the possibility of using the adjacent kitchen and the tables under the porch where we refreshed ourselves upon returning from the sea. Pleasant the (voluntary) sharing with Silvio, Ramona's husband and co-owner of the property, of some moments of farm life such as the aeration of chickpeas and the processing of tomato clusters that, together with the large prickly pear leaves, adorn some corners of the pleasant building. The stay is also ideal for families with children due to the presence of a cheerful chicken coop – I myself had fun feeding the hens – and some cute pets. Giving a value judgment on the quality/price ratio, this is definitely more than positive. The friendliness of the hosts is such that, when leaving, you already know that if you can, you will return to Villa Silmona because Salento never ceases to amaze.

We were welcomed by the warmth of Ramona and Silvio, always kind and helpful, ready to help you even with aspects not related to hospitality. They maintain the structure with extreme care and cleanliness; the room is comfortable but slightly spartan. The location requires moving around by car for anything. Good value for money. For breakfast: 'Ramona, with all the good things you prepare and sell: a little tasting for breakfast instead of packaged products: -) said with sympathy'.

Very pleasant stay, very clean and comfortable room. Bucolic and well-kept structure in detail, ideal for weekends or relaxing stays. Exemplary, friendly, welcoming and helpful managers for any eventuality. I would come back. Highly recommended.

Ramona and Silvio are excellent hosts. The room is cozy and well furnished, and the outdoor spaces are also managed with extreme care. Remarkable is the veranda built on the upper terrace: cool and breezy even in the middle of August, it can be used to relax during the day or have dinner at sunset. The small but well-equipped communal kitchen is very convenient. The location is ideal to enjoy the Ionian beaches and discover the inland villages.

We are on our way back from Salento and this year, just like two years ago, we chose to return to Silvio and Ramona who, with their simplicity and kindness, made us feel at home. It's been almost a month since we left the wonderful Salento and not a day goes by without us remembering, with so much joy, our stay at Villa Silmona. Beautiful structure, very well equipped, located in a charming landscape in the Salento countryside among olive trees, orchards, and strawberries. In a strategic point to visit all of Salento. Ramona and Silvio are perfect hosts. They welcomed us with so much warmth, kindness, patience, humanity, and sympathy. Every corner, every gesture, and word gave us the strong feeling that everything is done with heart. How can we not return to Villa Silmona and Salento!

Nice structure, very well equipped: the rooms are spacious, cool in summer and warm in winter, equipped with a refrigerator; there is also a very convenient shared kitchenette, outdoor tables, and a washing machine. The reception from the managers is extraordinary and the homemade cakes served for breakfast are unforgettable!

The structure is very welcoming. Some rooms have a bathroom that might be a bit small, but overall it is satisfactory. The management is done by Ramona and Silvio, who are truly exceptional. I have relatives in Salento, particularly in Aradeo, but I have gone and will always go to Villa Silmona because I have been particularly impressed by the structure, its location (just a few minutes from the town), and the warmth of the owners.
