I stayed at the bed and breakfast the first week of August. The structure is very beautiful and new, very clean both inside the room and outside. The owner turned out to be very kind and super helpful. I absolutely recommend spending the holiday in Baia Verde in this structure.

I stayed at Villa Maria apartment with a friend during the first week of August; the house is located in the center of Baia Verde, a stone's throw from the sea and the main services (including a supermarket), 5 minutes by car from Gallipoli (which can also be easily reached on foot). In the area there are the main nightclubs, one of which is reachable on foot in 10 minutes (the others in a few minutes by car). The apartment is a little gem, perfect for two people; clean, cozy and well-kept, just renovated, the best part is the outdoor area (the outdoor kitchen is wonderful). Excellent location, which despite being central, still guarantees privacy and tranquility. The owner welcomed us with great availability and sympathy, remaining available for the entire duration of our stay. Highly recommended from every point of view, with an excellent quality/price ratio considering all the advantages of the location, as well as the beauty of the house.

Everything perfect, the house is very close to the beach. The room is beautiful, spacious, the kitchen very well equipped. Truly a house above every expectation.

Very welcoming structure and just a stone's throw from the sea. The rooms are equipped with outdoor kitchens that are a real gem in summer! I recommend it to everyone.

Structure close to the sea and to all the necessary needs, excellent room cleanliness, the manager Mirko very kind and always available for any request. Quiet and autonomous environment where to spend your holidays at Villa Maria. The price is average. If I were to come back to Villa Maria I will definitely know where to stay to be calm and serene.

My friends and I had a great time. Mirko and his family are very friendly and hospitable, always available and ready to help us in any situation. In the residence, the rooms are all close together and mainly inhabited by groups of young people, so I recommend this property to those looking for accommodation in Baia Verde to have fun and who don't mind noisy nights.

Struttura in posizione strategica, a metà tra i locali notturni (molti dei quali raggiungibili a piedi) e la vita della cittadina; oltre che in riva al mare. Camera molto bella, dotata di balcone (almeno la nostra) e con un arredamento che rispecchia l'accoglienza della gestione familiare. B&B a gestione familiare, sempre disponibili e flessibili ad accontentare ogni esigenza. Consigliatissimo.

A due minuti a piedi da un fantastico mare e struttura pulita e nuovissima. Gestori bravissimi e super disponibili: mi sono sentita a casa. Provare per credere! Spero di ritornarci presto. Grazie di tutto Maria e family.

Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo, gestori disponibilissimi e davvero gentili, ottima posizione e possibilità di utilizzare anche l'angolo cottura e frigorifero, camera piuttosto grande. Il solo punto negativo è stato la poca silenziosità della camera, ma globalmente un'ottima struttura in cui soggiornare.
