Excellent facility for those who need to unwind. Great for families, the kids have plenty of space to play. The owner Francesco is a very kind person and always available to solve any problem. Excellent breakfast with cappuccinos and coffee prepared by him. Small but wonderful and clean pool where you can truly relax without noise or too many people. We will definitely come back.

Lovely host! Very clean pool... our 8-month-old baby had his first swim! Abundant and delicious breakfast! Clean room. The property is surrounded by greenery and close to all attractions. Villa immersed in the green, well-kept environment in the countryside. The swimming pool and the park with olive trees and fruit trees are the cherry on top for a relaxing holiday. The location is strategic to visit both the coast and the inland villages, but a car is needed. Super breakfast with homemade cakes and delicious warm croissants. The owners are very welcoming and helpful. Highly recommended!

Nice property, immersed in the green with a beautiful pool. The property is a few kilometers from various seaside resorts. Francesco the manager is very helpful and tries to accommodate any request. I recommend it.

Francesco is an excellent host, he allows you to enjoy the structure to the fullest, he is not intrusive nor does he breathe down your neck like other managers. The structure is very well positioned to visit various locations and attractions. The breakfast is good with homemade pastries. If I may suggest, the installation of mosquito nets at the doors of the rooms because there is a very intense concentration of mosquitoes and maybe as a treat an automatic dispenser of drinks like coffee and cans for the guests. Also good to have private parking. I would recommend a small maintenance of the pool loungers, the parasol does not hold up. We will definitely come back.

Pleasant structure in the countryside of Monopoli. Silence and tranquility guaranteed away from the heat. Cozy and clean rooms. Relaxing pool. Friendly manager with all the right restaurant recommendations. Good breakfast with homemade cakes, bread, and jams. Absolutely recommended.

Villa with 3 rooms, my family and I stayed in the 'Gli Ulivi' room, very spacious, with a kitchenette, double bed, and bunk bed. All rooms have an outdoor space with table and chairs. It is in a very convenient location to visit the many points of interest in the area. The owner Francesco, always very helpful and courteous, prepares a great breakfast with fresh cakes and croissants. The highlight of the property is the pool available to guests, not very large but perfect for refreshing and relaxing after a day out. Privacy and relaxation guaranteed! A real gem!

Villa Giorgia is located in a strategic position, just a few kilometers from everything there is to see around. Very relaxing location, comfortable and very clean room. Francesco pampers you in the morning with his cakes, the carrot one is amazing.

Stayed at this Bed and Breakfast during my vacation in Monopoli; despite some flaws and/or improvements pointed out to the manager, I recommend it for the countryside location, for the proximity or in any case an excellent starting point to visit the various places in the area. Top breakfast. Great pool. Extremely helpful manager. Recommended!

Beautiful well-kept and functional structure. The pool is beautiful. The setting is very relaxing and Francesco, the owner, is kind and helpful, always ready to please the guests. We received excellent advice both on places to visit and on beaches, but also on restaurants. We were guests of Francesco for five nights, two families with children who could play in the beautiful garden and in the pool. Thank you Francesco!

Very quiet location, excellent and strategic position to reach many places of interest. The owner is very kind, friendly, and interested in the well-being of the guests. Every morning he asked if everything was going well, it might seem trivial, but I assure you it is not obvious. Breakfast was abundant and varied from savory to sweet with truly delicious and non-repetitive homemade cakes, a different one every day. Francesco, the owner, did not miss anything, from small requests for extra coffee for the day's thermos to many indications of places to eat and places to visit. We had already prepared our stay in Puglia meticulously, but all the indications we received were appreciated. The attention was total. The room was always tidy and clean with the respective towel changes. Nothing to complain about, definitely worth repeating to visit other places. In one week we visited Alberobello, Ostuni, and Matera... but there is much more to see, not to mention the sea with shades from indigo to green, but if you want to relax, Villa Giorgia offers a pool with sun loungers adjacent to the rooms with saltwater... What can I say... Excellent week and perfect place to stay for a relaxing holiday. Thank you Francesco.

Posto bellissimo per chi ama la natura ma non rinuncia al relax, la struttura è tenuta in ottime condizioni. Il proprietario è una persona gentilissima e disponibile, tutto perfetto! Posso dire che soggiornare in questo posto ha reso la nostra vacanza ancora più bella! Consigliatissimo!

Sistemazione comoda e pulita, camera rifatta ogni mattina; aria condizionata, TV e WiFi sempre efficienti. Colazione abbondante, di ottima qualità, con piscina sempre pulita ed un bel prato con alberi ed ombra dove stare rilassati! Ma, soprattutto, siamo stati trattati con grande cortesia e simpatia ed abbiamo anche ricevuto le migliori indicazioni su spiagge e destinazioni e sui locali ove mangiare di qualità ed a prezzi onestissimi!

Villa Giorgia è una piccola bellissima struttura immersa nella campagna. La stanza dove ho soggiornato era molto accogliente, arredata con gusto, ricercata nei particolari e completa di tutto. Pulizia assoluta. La piscina, di acqua sorgiva, è molto bella e ben tenuta, così come anche il giardino intorno alla Villa. La colazione è fantastica, con le torte preparate ogni mattina, la frutta fresca colta dagli alberi del giardino e con la compagnia di Francesco (il proprietario) con cui piacevolmente chiacchieri. Francesco è una persona amabile, disponibilissima ed gentile sempre pronto a darti suggerimenti o aiuto.

Villa GiorgiA un posto" Reale" dove soggiornare in tranquillità ospiti di Francesco, le sue torte sono un ottimo e profumato buongiorno insieme ai miagolii festosi del gatto Tigro della padroncina Giorgia. Abbiamo avuto l'occasione di alloggiare presso la struttura "Villa Giorgia" il giorno 9/07/16 in occasione di un matrimonio. Un B&B di altissimo livello, con uno stile curato nei minimi dettagli, fornito di ogni comfort (condizionatore, televisore, phon ecc..) e pulito in modo maniacale. Gli ulivi, il caldo e il paesaggio tipico pugliese creano un rapporto panico con la natura circostante che ci ha distaccato dalla frenetica vita a Roma. Al mattino la colazione è servita in veranda, abbondante, varia e sopratutto di qualità. Passando dalle crostate ai biscotti e dal ciambellone al cappuccino (buonissimo), abbiamo avuto l'occasione di conoscere i proprietari del locale e la loro bambina. Il sorriso con cui siamo stati accolti ci ha trasmesso la passione con cui questi ragazzi esercitano la loro professione. La gentilezza, la disponibilità e la simpatia di quest'ultimi è il loro punto di forza. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente, complimenti.

Location bellissima molto curata nei particolari, pulizia perfetta, colazione abbondantissima con dolci e marmellate casalinghe, pane fatto in casa e frutta del giardino, colazione all aperto tra gli ulivi con il canto degli uccellini. Vero relax. I gestori sono la ciliegina sulla torta: gentili, simpatici e disponibilissimi! Rapporto qualità prezzo più che ottimo!
