Francesco and Michaela are very helpful. They promptly and gladly fulfilled all our requests. Francesco prepares breakfast with great care in the large kitchen. It is cleaned daily. The room has a small refrigerator. There are plenty of parasols and beach chairs. Ideal for a beach holiday. The house beach is a 3-minute walk away. Nearby, a 5-minute drive away, are the long sandy beaches of Punta Prosciutto, which are beautiful, slope very gently and are family-friendly because you can stand in the water for a long time.

We stayed at this B&B for 3 nights and we had a wonderful time. You immediately feel a family atmosphere thanks to the warmth and kindness of Francesco and Michela. The rooms are simple but extremely clean and fragrant. There is a patio where you can relax and a lush garden with covered spaces to park cars. A short walk from the sea,you can also go on foot and we were given the opportunity to use chairs and an umbrella. For animal lovers,it's an open door:pets are very welcome and the garden is frequented by wonderful,cuddly kittens. A paradise. Breakfast deserves a chapter of its own:every day different cakes prepared with skill and love by Mrs. Michela;they are nothing short of spectacular,and then the homemade jams prepared by Mr. Francesco are each more delicious than the last! Everything was perfect in its simplicity. Highly recommended,I will definitely come back. Thank you! ❤️

We stayed for 3 nights in July. The property is located just a few meters from the sea, the room is equipped with all the necessary comforts and is excellently clean. The breakfast is excellent with pastries prepared by Mrs. Michela who, along with Mr. Francesco, are the icing on the cake of the property for their hospitality and kindness. Highly recommended.

We stayed on March 7/8, 2025. First of all, we thank Mr. Francesco and Michele for welcoming us with great courtesy, offering us fresh orange juice and coffee upon our arrival. The room was simple and spotless, as were the fragrant towels. Mrs. Michela prepares excellent cakes and homemade jam. Abundant and delicious breakfast. Accompanied by a mimosa! I highly recommend this establishment, which is in a great location to visit the area. We hope to return.

The property is located just a few steps from the sea. The room we were assigned had a spectacular view of the beach, and we fell asleep to the sound of the waves. The owners pampered us, always smiling and kind. The homemade cakes for breakfast were delicious. For a stay in the area, it is a great property.

12 out of 10 points for the Bed&Breakfast of Francesco and Michaele!!!! They were so friendly and warm. They gave me good tips and asked me if I would like to join them for dinner, which I gratefully accepted. I really enjoyed being there and hope to meet her again on my next trip to Puglia. I found this structure almost by chance. My family and I were amazed by the courtesy of Michela and Francesco. We were welcomed as if we were at home. The structure is very close to the sea and Michela's cakes are exceptional. We will definitely return. Thank you Michela and Francesco.

We stayed in this establishment for a week and I highly recommend it for several reasons. Top cleanliness, located just a stone's throw from the enchanting sea of Specciarica and excellently managed by two people, Francesco and Michela, who allow you to enjoy your stay in complete relaxation and with delightful culinary surprises during moments like breakfast. Michela prepares desserts worthy of mention. Extremely kind people and always available to put guests at ease. They never let you lack anything, always available for any eventuality. Staying at Villa Giannini Laserra is like visiting relatives who have a house by the sea. Superb hospitality. The B&B is very close to the beach. Very clean. My two-year-old son felt at home, welcomed by the kittens that assist in the welcome. If you love the beautiful sea just steps away, a cozy villa immersed in nature and with the cuddles of four-legged friends, this is the right place.

We stayed 10 days in this B&B. The structure is 50m from the sea, strategic for visiting the most beautiful beaches in Salento. Francesco and Michela made us feel like part of their family, excellent hospitality. Excellent breakfasts with cakes prepared daily by Michela. We will definitely come back, great vacation. My husband and I have just returned from a short vacation where we were guests, in fact, we didn't feel like guests but an integral part of the house. It was like being at home with the additional "cuddles" from Francesco and Michela. Splendid and genuine people, they welcome everyone as if they were relatives and, in addition to the beaches, sunsets, and the fantastic sea, the added value is the way everyone seems to have known each other forever. Breakfast is served all together and those who wish can also have dinner and/or lunch. Anyone who decides to venture and immerse themselves in the crystal-clear waters of this place cannot help but become part of the "FAMILY" of Francesco and Michela. We spent ten wonderful days in a beautiful place, facing the sea and strategically located for trips along the Ionian coast and beyond. The cordiality, simplicity, and genuineness of Francesco and Michela made us feel truly at home, as we had never felt staying at a B&B. With a 6-year-old child, we had doubts about staying in a B&B for ten days but we pleasantly changed our minds: I highly recommend it to families! The feeling that Francesco and Michela give you is that of being at your own home. In years of B&Bs we have never experienced such hospitality, as if we were long-time friends. The dinners they prepared for us were worthy of the best restaurants in the area but with that warmth that you can only find among friends. This is the strength of this B&B. Equipped with all the comforts, very normal rooms and always spotlessly clean, 50 meters from the sea they provided us with a beach umbrella, a sunbed, and a couple's beach chair to take wherever we wanted on the magnificent beaches of Salento, few B&Bs do that. Spoiled both in food and for any request, we spent 10 magnificent days, highly recommended. If I had to make a tiny note, it would be about breakfast, it should be more varied but Michela's cakes were so spectacular that the rest was overshadowed. Keep it up, satisfied customers like us will bring more people to get to know you. Congratulations again. Ernillo and their friends.

Home, home, home, your own home. This is the impact sensation upon arrival and the memory you carry with you when you leave. The friendliness, hospitality, and simplicity of the hosts Michela and Francesco immediately make you feel at home and part of a big family. In addition to this, there is the cleanliness, the simplicity of the furnishings, the location (just a few meters from a beach and sea that have nothing to envy to the Caribbean), breakfast all together at a large table, the possibility to use a reserved parking space, little beaches and umbrellas, and water to take from the fridge whenever you want... what can I say in one word... home.
