Our B&B is located at Torre dell'Orso district of Melendugno a short distance from the sea in an area of great history, architecture and culture, in a quiet, panoramic setting. "Tenuta Calitre" is hospitable and comfortable.
Surroundings
Travellers staying with us will be able to catch cultural events and exhibitions, wander amid the scents and sounds of the area's many gardens.
Close by our guests will find examples of our heritage and various tourist attractions, sports facilities and gyms for keeping in shape.

Breakfast You will feel at home: milk, espresso coffee (also decaffeinated), cappuccino, tea, barley, fruit juices or seasonal juices, yogurt, cereals, toast, pies, cakes, biscuits with butter and natural jams. There is also a savory breakfast with fresh bread, sliced meats, cheeses, eggs from our production, seasonal vegetables from our garden.

We had a wonderful experience. The air conditioning in the room was very comfortable. The place was beautiful, as well as the pool, and the breakfast was superb. Also, Matteo was always available to meet every request. Although we liked it very much, next time we will come back in June instead of July, in order to find fewer people.

Estate is nothing short of exceptional, with a relaxation area with barbecue always available, with a pool suitable for children at the top. A place to spend moments of total relaxation with the family. Very good breakfast with homemade cakes. Matteo the owner always available and very friendly. Figaro, the cat friend of my daughter's games will always remain in her heart. Rating 10.

We stayed at this masseria for ten days, and I must say, we have never rested so much. We were guests in Matteo's house, the owner and his extended family, because Mussa and Barbara, who help him in managing Tenuta Calitre, are really part of a big family, kind and attentive, always ready to give a smile and exchange a few words. Matteo is a host always present but never intrusive, he takes care of the estate in every aspect, every day he had precious suggestions for us in organizing our days around Salento. An important mention is the breakfast, prepared daily by Matteo's mother. We returned from the holiday with the recipe for the tarts because they are delicious! The room was well-kept and very clean, the pool fantastic, the perfect size to refresh in particularly hot days. The location overall is really beautiful, the photos don't do it justice, it was a very pleasant surprise. At Tenuta Calitre, you breathe an air of peace and serenity, many of the customers have become regulars and only by staying here for a few nights you will understand why, even my wife and I will return soon to visit Matteo and his Family. Siamo stati presso la tenuta Calitre due notti... che dire... posto bellissimo, ben tenuto, piscina pulitissima, camera grande, pulita, ben attrezzata. Colazione molto abbondante, con delle torte e delle marmellate preparate in casa dal gusto particolare. Matteo, il gestore, davvero un ragazzo gentile e disponibile. Ci ha consigliato diversi posti da visitare e dove andare al mare e ci ha anche lasciato delle prelibatezze pugliesi da assaggiare durante il viaggio. Insomma, un soggiorno davvero piacevole... STRA CONSIGLIATO!

Il B&B è immerso negli ulivi e già solo questo conferisce tranquillità. La piscina è una piccola chicca. Le camere sono curate nei minimi dettagli e pulite. Matteo è un ottimo padrone di casa: oltre a gentilezza e disponibilità fornisce ottimi consigli per luoghi da visitare e posticini dove gustare buon cibo. Deliziosa la colazione dove poter assaggiare squisite torte sfornate ogni giorno dalla mamma di Matteo.

Sono stato in questa struttura per vacanza, a dir poco eccellente. Il padrone di casa Matteo è stata una persona squisita, molto attenta e impeccabile. Pulizia da 10, servizio 10 e lode, ti senti come a casa. Matteo sempre presente ma mai invadente, anche se non lo vedi è lì pronto a soddisfare le esigenze e le richieste degli ospiti dando anche dei consigli su dove andare o cosa fare. Ci ritornerò di sicuro. Consigliatissimo.

Bellissimo posto, i gestori, Matteo e il padre Vincenzo, simpaticissimi e sempre a disposizione. Struttura situata in maniera strategica, vicino o a poche decine di minuti, da tutti i migliori posti e spiagge della parte adriatica e volendo a un'ora da le località ironiche. La consiglio vivamente.

B&B scelto a caso, mai stati tanto fortunati. Meraviglioso, immerso in un uliveto, una pace ed una tranquillità unici. 9 camere meravigliose con una pulizia impeccabile. Matteo il proprietario con il papà Vincenzo e la mamma Annamaria sono persone meravigliose di una disponibilità unica che incentivano anche la socializzazione tra gli ospiti. Abbiamo passato 9 giorni splendidi! Non dimentichiamo Maya la bellissima e dolcissima labrador di Matteo. Ah, io ho portato la mia cagnolina Kira che è stata accolta con grande affetto. Ci tornerò sicuramente e soprattutto lo consiglio a chi vuole passare delle belle e serene vacanze.

Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo, accoglienza straordinaria, cura dei particolari sia interni che esterni. Abbiamo soggiornato con il nostro cane, che è stato accolto in modo amorevole. Posizione tranquilla, in una lussureggiante tenuta di campagna a due passi dal mare e dalle città.

Io e la mia famiglia siamo stati ospiti della Tenuta dal 21/08/17 al 31/08/17, era la nostra terza volta in Salento, ma la prima ospiti da Matteo e la sua famiglia, posso dire che è stata la migliore struttura dove abbiamo alloggiato. La valutazione che ho dato può sembrare alta, ma per capire la valutazione che ho dato, vi consiglio di andarci e capirete il perché. Bella struttura con tutti i comfort immersa in un bellissimo giardino con gli olivi. Ambiente accogliente e curato. Punto forte il titolare Vincenzo, molto preparato sul territorio, estremamente comunicativo e di compagnia. Ci ha spiegato cosa fare e dove andare con grande competenza e onestà. Da segnalare le torte di Annamaria. La famiglia ha fatto una bella sorpresa a tutti gli ospiti organizzando un buffet in giardino a base di piatti tipici fatti in casa per una serata davvero piacevole.

Non potevamo scegliere una struttura migliore. Il titolare Matteo, insieme ai suoi familiari, è super gentile e disponibile. È come sentirsi a casa. Ci ritorneremo e sicuramente. Lo consigliamo a chi vuole soggiornare in un posto tranquillo e situato in un punto strategico.
