Located in a strategic location, 3 minutes from the beach and 15 minutes walk from the historic center. Supermarket on the other side of the street. Possibility to park the car in a garage... and that's not little! Equipped beach, perfect sea, in short, everything is fantastic, we will definitely come back. And we recommend this property with full marks. Thank you.

Small but definitely functional house complete with everything: safe, air conditioning, induction hob, and washing machine. Excellent location because it is really just steps from the sea, just cross the square!!! And it's also in front of the supermarket! 👍👍👍 HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

We stayed for two weeks in an apartment of this residence. We had a really great time. The location from the sea and the center is truly exceptional and this allowed us to fully enjoy the holiday without ever taking the car. There are several supermarkets in the area, which also makes grocery and household shopping easy. We will definitely come back.

Second year of staying at Ricciardelli Holiday Homes which has proven to be very well organized, clean, close to the beach and a supermarket, and with a garage for the car. Absolutely recommended.

Too bad about the beach club: umbrella at 100 meters from the sea. The structure is well organized, nothing is missing, close to the beach and Vieste. The exterior of the apartments is poorly maintained, dry plants, and not very clean.

Brand new apartment, equipped with every comfort including a garage for the car. Beach establishment a few steps away. Sun loungers and umbrella included in the price. Close to the center.

New studio, independent, well-furnished, comfortable, with underground parking, very close to the sea and the center. Manager very helpful in addressing the lack of cleanliness: stained sheets with spots! I recommend checking the cleaning before handing over the keys to the customer.

Absolutely recommended! The location is great to reach the sea and the center. The affiliated beach is absolutely the best one can expect. The house has all the amenities and the veranda is really comfortable and usable. If we were to come back to Vieste, it would definitely be our first choice.

We had a great time, the small terrace needed to be swept and washed and we took care of it, the overall internal cleaning was done well, but under the bed it was never cleaned, there was an inch of dust and other residues and we took care of it. We reported a problem to the manager for the blocked sliding wardrobe door but he never took care of fixing it in seven days. For the rest, it was a stay that satisfied us, great convenience the parking in the condominium garage which we appreciated a lot. Just as we greatly appreciated the proximity to the affiliated beach, very professional and well organized. Besides this, we had an excellent week and will definitely return but we will be careful to check everything at the entrance. We recommend it.

New, well-kept apartment, excellent location, very quiet. Equipped with all comforts. The negatives are the water that has bursts of hot and boiling, and the dishes that are the bare minimum. If you want to host some friends for dinner, you have to have them bring the dishes and plates. The patios are not all the same, for the two-room apartments there are two apartments with a large patio and one where we ended up that was barely passable between the clothesline and the small living room.

We spent a fabulous week in this property! The apartment was very clean, beautiful, and well equipped with every comfort. All great. Brand new studio, with everything you need (even the washing machine). Clean. There is an external veranda with two armchairs and a small table that we didn't use much to be honest. Accepts dogs with a small supplement. But the best thing in my opinion is the location: very close to the supermarket, the beach, the port, and the historic center (10 minutes on foot or a little more). Excellent value for money. Thanks also to the owner who welcomed us very kindly despite the delay in check-in due to the bad weather... I recommend!
