Absolutely amazing stay at Masseria Uccio. Francesco and his wife were fabulous hosts, extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast each morning was delicious, and the property is beautiful. We would definitely come back.

Stayed with Francesco and Paola for 5 nights. We had originally booked for 3 only but we loved the Masseria from the minute we arrived so extended our stay! What can I say, the setting is wonderful, the rooms are tranquil and of a very high standard. The beds were very comfortable with beautiful cotton linen. The breakfasts were outstanding with lovely homemade treats every day. The Masseria is very well positioned for wonderful towns and beaches and well within reach of some pretty amazing restaurants. Francesco and Paola were wonderful hosts giving us hints and tips of places to visit and to eat it. We will go back next year for sure. Thank you both so very much.

This is a wonderful Masseria. The rooms are tastefully decorated and very comfortable. The breakfast is sensational with Paola preparing homemade regional dishes. The environment is peaceful and Francesco has unlimited local recommendations. Couldn't recommend this property more.

We stayed here for 3 nights as part of a week long trip to Bari and absolutely loved it. The farmhouse is close to the town of Tricase and ideally located for visiting the coast and other towns and cities including Lecce and Bari. The farmhouse itself is stunning - simply but perfectly styled, super clean and comfortable room and a real haven of peace and tranquility. Francesco and his wife are fantastic hosts, providing all you need in terms of advice and recommendations for your stay - nothing is too much trouble, and we were delighted with all the recommendations made. The breakfasts were a highlight, with great local produce and plenty to go round. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this masseria to anyone, it's an absolute delight and absolutely great value.

Francesco and Paola were the best hosts we could wish for. Our family of 4 (2 adults 2 kids) stayed in the Lamia which was perfect. It was clean and perfect for our needs. Our boys don't like to share a bed so Francesco arranged a roll away for one of them. So far so great. We arrived late at night (9.30 pm) and Francesco was there to welcome us and show us around. Breakfast was delightful. Served in a shady courtyard there was plenty of local and home baked produce. The freshly picked tomatoes, plums, figs and prickly pears especially wonderful for a city dwelling family like ours. Francesco went out of his way to give us daily recommendations and booking things for us to do. We used the mountain bikes a few times and they were great. There was some lovely outside space for us to use and we "ate in" a couple of times (simply boiling pasta, making salad etc) which was easy as there was an equipped kitchenette in the Lamia. We would be so happy to recommend Masseria Uccio to others. It's a little off the beaten track but for us that added to its charm. It's so peaceful and at night the stars stretched across the night sky. It's easy to access with a car and we drove to several gorgeous local beaches during our week's stay.

Paola and Francesco are wonderful hosts. They are very very welcoming and have good tips on what to do in the surrounding area. The Masseria is very quiet and idyllic. Everything is spotlessly clean and well organized. We had an excellent time there and regret that we only spent 3 nights in this beautiful place. We were certainly not the last time here.

Masseria Uccio has recently been renovated and is located in a quiet area just outside Tricase, in a convenient and strategic position to explore the beaches between Otranto and S. Maria di Leuca and the inland. The structure is well taken care of in every detail and is managed with great professionalism and friendliness by Paola and Francesco, always available to provide information and advice on the area (beaches, restaurants, shops...). For a generous breakfast, they offer fresh and genuine products that vary every day (sweet and savory breakfast). Our room was large, fresh, and peaceful, furnished with care, attention to detail, and style. Outside, there are various sunbathing areas, tables, and chairs to relax in the midst of nature and silence. Guests also have a BBQ area and a space to hang beach towels outdoors. Mountain bikes are available for guests; the masseria is located on a cycling route. Convenient parking adjacent to the structure.

What a wonder Masseria Uccio, even more beautiful in reality than in the photos on the Internet. The farmhouse, renovated while preserving many authentic elements, is a true oasis of beauty and tranquility, a charm immersed in the countryside of Tricase. The structure is taken care of in every detail with great taste and attention to the materials used, and with a keen eye on the various practical needs of the tourist. A true place, where you can breathe the authenticity and simplicity of a rural structure preserved without distorting it from its original layout. The sea of Salento a stone's throw away. Breakfast with sweet and savory made with local products and homemade, different and original every day. Large, clean, and very beautiful rooms. The owners fantastic from all points of view, always ready to listen and accommodate every request. A highly recommended place where we will return. There is no rating for this place for how well you are, it is simply paradise. Located a few hundred meters from the center of Tricase (a very beautiful town), this Masseria Uccio offers relaxation and tranquility, as well as the cordiality and courtesy of the owners (Francesco and Paola with little Walter). The rooms are very comfortable, well-kept, and very clean. Breakfasts are buffet style, and every morning Paola will offer you sweets, jams, and other local foods prepared by her. A strategic point for those who want to move around and see more beaches. Those who decide to spend their holidays in this wonderful land should not hesitate to check the availability of this Masseria Uccio. We will definitely be back soon. We stayed three nights at Francesco and Paola's place and we had a great time. The location is secluded and a peaceful oasis, but you can reach the sea in 5 - 10 minutes by car. Everything is well-maintained and tastefully decorated, and the breakfast was fabulous. An excellent value for money. Highly recommend.

In the 3 days spent at this B&B Masseria Uccio, we were able to appreciate the excellent work done in the renovation and attention to detail of this farm, the space of the room, the common areas in the courtyard, and also the grounds where you can take beautiful walks. Paola and Francesco, always very friendly and helpful, spoiled us with fantastic sweet/savory breakfasts. Also excellent advice on what to do/see during the day and on the restaurants in the area.

My stay in Salento saw the Masseria Uccio as the second stop of three. What can I say, I struggle to find the words to explain what you feel there. Francesco and Paola managed to maintain the style of the farmhouse, but with an incredibly refined attention to detail. You will feel at home! Breakfast is something special. Every morning, in addition to the things she offers as a base, there is a different specialty: one morning we found fresh warm ricotta, presented on a plate with a vine leaf underneath. I should write much more, but it would not be enough to make you understand what Masseria Uccio is. Go there.
