We enjoyed a great 4-night stay at the beginning of August. The room was clean, the AC was working very well and the facilities inside the room were all to our standards. We received fresh towels daily, and our comfortable bed was made up every day. The buffet breakfast (8am - 9am) was beyond our expectation as we were served fresh Italian pastries, juices, coffee, fruit, yogurt... The Masseria is only a 10-min drive from the city, and we enjoyed the tranquility there. The cold fridge was also helpful. Pierlicola was always available on the property via WhatsApp, ready to help and make our stay pleasant. We'd always return.

Nice place, close to the sea but in the middle of an olive grove. Ancient fortified farmhouse with a restaurant apparently popular among locals. Friendly welcome in English. Meal options at 15/20/25 €. Simple but well-equipped rooms (hotel standard). Breakfast lacks a bit of authenticity. Reservation by bank transfer and payment of the balance on site with credit card.

The property is set in nature and the area is very peaceful. The room is fairly large, but it could use more cleanliness: the floor was not spotless. Breakfast is plentiful and the products are fresh. I hope that in the future the property will be given more attention; there is untapped potential.

Excellent location, 10 minutes from the Capitolo beaches, plenty of greenery along the ravine rich in caves, comfortable and clean rooms, and a friendly and helpful host.

A place to stop and feel at home. Piernicola was very kind. The masseria is in a location that offers complete tranquility. Ten minutes from the sea and from Monopoli. Rooms with the essentials and very clean.

Nice farmhouse in the countryside. I'm sorry to write this, but the host should pay more attention to the rooms and I'm not referring to cleanliness. Or lower the prices.

Good structure. Clean room. Very kind staff. 10 minutes from the sea and the center of Monopoli. The only downside is that the outdoor areas are a bit neglected, but overall good.

Beautiful farmhouse in the countryside near Monopoli, very characteristic, well managed. We really appreciated that the host made sure the room was cool and served us an excellent and very abundant breakfast! I recommend it.

Quiet, very pleasant, surrounded by fascinating olive groves. Just a few minutes from the sea and the center of Monopoli, you can easily reach several sites to visit. I recommend it to those looking for simplicity.

Very good accommodation located in the tranquility of a monopolitana area. By car, close to the sea. Friendly and available host. Clean environment, although there are too many cats around and this can be bothersome for some (it wasn't my case, but I specify it for those who do not like animals).

Structure immersed in the countryside, in silence and tranquility. The structure is typical, with a Spartan room (but it was already clear when booking). Very clean room. Quiet outdoor environment to spend the evening exchanging a few words. Abundant breakfast, even too much, and of quality. Mr. Piernicola is helpful and courteous. The price for the area and the period is more than competitive.

Having a car at our disposal, the desire was to spend a few days in tranquility, a bit outside the center of Monopoli, and that's exactly what happened. The manager Piernicola has always been kind, discreet, and helpful.

The room is a bit too small, but in exchange the outdoor spaces, the location, and the kindness of the owner and his family are really top-notch. A note of merit for the fact that the owner takes care of the numerous resident kittens.

I personally greatly appreciated the quiet location, in the open countryside, but still very close to the various coves. The room was a bit spartan, but definitely very clean, very comfortable mattress and pillows, which is not easy to find. Moreover, we were not looking for a super luxurious accommodation, but practical, clean, and comfortable, and we definitely found it. The owner is a discreet and very kind person. We did not have a very large holiday budget, unfortunately, these are difficult times for everyone, but the Masseria allowed us to enjoy the beauties of Puglia and disconnect for a few days without worries. I highly recommend choosing Masseria Santa Cecilia, which I thank very much for the wonderful holidays it allowed us to have!

We stayed at Masseria Santa Cecilia for 7 days, the location is excellent and central for moving between various cities in Puglia such as Monopoli, Polignano, etc. I recommend having a car or renting one because otherwise it is impossible to get around. The staff is very kind and especially helpful for every request from the customer, great breakfast. The room was very simple but detailed, the only criticism concerns only the cleanliness of the room which was done sporadically and I recommend to intensify it.

It met my expectations. Located in a quiet and very peaceful green area. In 5 minutes by car you can reach the sea in Capitolo. The rooms are spartan, reflecting the 18th-century nature of Masseria Santa Cecilia. I highly recommend the attached restaurant, Il Ginepro.

Great welcome. The manager and his collaborators are really kind people. We didn't have the opportunity to have dinner in their restaurant because we were always guests of relatives, but considering the consistently high number of customers, the food is certainly good.

The structure is in a strategic position, in a beautiful slightly hilly and very quiet context. It is very close to the sea of Monopoli (chapter) as well as to the center. Overall, the stay went well, I would only emphasize the need to pay more attention to the care and maintenance of the rooms and furnishings as well as to the welcome of guests upon arrival. For the rest, the host was kind and helpful, meeting our needs.

My husband and I stayed at Masseria Santa Cecilia at the beginning of September. The welcome was warm, Argo barked a bit but he's a very good little wolf! We had asked for an iron and they found it for us in the room. The location is fantastic: surrounded by the green of the olive trees and the red of the earth. Convenient for visiting this area of Puglia: Polignano a Mare, Monopoli, Capitolo Beach, Locorotondo, Ostuni, Alberobello. The rooms are comfortable and have everything a couple needs. The breakfast is good: in the Italian style with croissant, coffee, and juice! Unfortunately, we didn't manage to try the dinner but the menu looked promising! We will definitely come back.

We stayed at Masseria Santa Cecilia with our golden retriever puppy. We were greeted splendidly. The managers are very kind and helpful. The location is excellent and strategic both for its proximity to the sea and to the tourist attractions in the surrounding area. We often ate at the restaurant "il ginepro", also highly recommended both for the quality of the food and for the professionalism of all the staff. Thanks to Giuseppe, Bea, and Donato.

We spent our vacation with our Asia, an Italian Segugio puppy. The structure is excellent, the location is excellent, and the cuisine is fabulous with a unique chef in skill and friendliness. The waiter is nice and professional. The managers of the structure, Bea and Giuseppe, are available and professional. We hope to see each other again on our next vacation in beautiful Puglia. Greetings from the triple A. Attilio, Angela, and Asia.

Excellent structure. Beautiful panorama with exceptional hospitality. The courtesy of Mr. Giuseppe, the friendliness of Nicola, and the availability of Mrs. Bea, along with the fabulous focaccias made by her mother, recreate the family welcome of the past. We were truly enthusiastic about the welcome and the honest prices. We plan to return soon to reconnect with these new friends.

Excellent structure in a beautiful quiet location among olive trees, almond trees, and figs. Beautiful panorama. Peaceful nights because it is away from the passage of vehicles. It is a 15-minute drive from Monopoli and the beaches of Capitolo. The staff is very kind and helpful, attentive and always ready to meet requests. Rooms are cleaned daily and towels are changed. Since the stay was for a week, they offered us a boat tour to visit the caves of Polignano a Mare. We often ate at the restaurant Il Ginepro, which is part of the structure. Excellent food, impeccable service, and moderate prices. I would say that the only small flaw of this B&B is that the rooms could be better cared for and more welcoming, even though there is everything you need with air conditioning, TV, and refrigerator. We felt very good and would go back.

The structure is located on the other side of the main road but in a strategic position for those who want to stay in tranquility. Masseria Santa Cecilia is immersed in the beautiful scenery that this piece of land offers us, which is located 3 kilometers from Monopoli. The rooms are clean, the bathrooms are new, comfortable beds with normal furnishings, in short, the essentials are there. The friendliness and availability of the managers is unmatched, they made themselves available in every way, in short, exemplary managers. Congratulations, I will certainly return. I recommend it to everyone.
