Such a wonderful place where you find peace and hospitality. They put so much love into it. The apartments are so beautiful and stylish. One of the best we have ever seen. Maybe the breakfast could be a bit more varied, but that’s personal. Overall, it’s wonderful.

We returned to this property for the third time with our child since he was one year old. We chose it as a destination for the third consecutive year, bringing my parents along, who were very happy. It is a place that immediately won our hearts thanks to the Salento style that allows you to have an authentic experience, the magic of the location surrounded by olive trees, the silence and the contact with nature. Last but not least, the kindness and smiles of Graziella and Livio, who are always helpful. I would mention the high-quality breakfast (my child still remembers the very tasty pasticciotti) and the convenience to all services: you need a car to get around, but the sea is only 5 minutes away. We will definitely return. It is one of the experiences that will remain most in our hearts. A hug to Graziella and Livio.

We spent 11 wonderful days at your B&B. We were pampered in a relaxing and restorative setting, surrounded by nature. Everything is designed down to the smallest detail to please the eye and provide comfort. Graziella and Livio, you made us feel at home... and what a home!

We had the pleasure of staying at B&B Kokoras and we could not be more satisfied with our experience. The welcome from the owners, Graziella and Livio, was extremely warm and friendly. The property offers spacious and comfortable rooms and the cleanliness is impeccable. In the morning we were offered a plentiful breakfast, according to our needs agreed with Graziella. A special thanks to Graziella and Livio, always kind and very helpful. We felt at home.

We stayed for four nights in this splendid property set among olive trees, with a sea view. The room is brand new, tastefully furnished, with a patio where, in the morning, Mrs. Graziella, an exceptional and very kind woman, serves breakfast consisting of pastries and fruits also from her land. We felt welcomed and pampered. We will return soon.

We were guests at this wonderful property. We enjoyed the silence and peace, surrounded by a beautiful olive-grove countryside a few meters from the sea. We could gaze at the starry sky at night and it was incredible. What truly made our stay unforgettable was our host, Graziella. A woman incredibly welcoming, very thoughtful and kind, never intrusive. We felt pampered as if we were really at home. The room was absolutely perfect and comfortable, with impeccable cleanliness. Our room also had an outdoor shower, which was a delightful touch. Then there was Graziella's breakfast, made with love and full of delicious products. We enjoyed a wonderful time in a lovely place. This place reflects the person who wished for and created it. Mrs. Graziella has won our hearts; it was truly lovely to enjoy her company. We will return as soon as we have the chance!
