Fully satisfied. New property with all comforts, centrally located and close to the beach. The owners, Michele and his wife, are really courteous and helpful, attentive to the guests' needs. Highly recommended.

My partner and I had a very good stay. The owners are very kind and friendly and are always ready to give advice on how to make the most of the holiday regarding beaches and places to eat. The property is very quiet and is in a strategic location for evening strolls.

Beautiful property, new, convenient both to the town center and to the sea (about 400 m to Pizzomunno beach). Abundant breakfast with excellent quality food. Michele and Maria very kind and always ready for any need. Another pleasant surprise were the pair of umbrellas and 4 deck chairs included in the price (we were a party of 4). Garage included within the property, very convenient.

One of the best stays ever! The perfect holiday exists because there are people like the owners of this B&B, Michele and Maria, who pamper you from the moment you enter their property. Rooms are clean, as is the rest of the property, breakfast is local and sweet but also has a savory option. Strategic location: it has parking and is very central, but without ZTL restrictions because it is just outside the pedestrian area. We will definitely return and for this reason I can only recommend it to anyone looking for accommodation in Vieste!

Everything was perfect, from the room with a large shower and a spacious balcony to the varied and abundant breakfast, cleanliness and proximity to the town center and the beach. The owners are very kind: they even arrange excursions for you and accompany you to the port. Parking is available inside the property.

The top of the top of the top. Scores up to ten are not enough. Perfect location, excellent private parking, very abundant breakfast, the host was always available, excellent rooms. What more can I say: Highly recommended.

New property, just outside the small historic center, with private parking. The host was very accommodating; breakfast was good. Everything was very clean and well kept. I would return for longer stays, not only for the sea but also for hikes in the Umbrian forests.

We stayed in Vieste with Michele and his wife and it was truly fantastic: both very kind, always helpful and extremely welcoming. They really deserve a 10! We recommend everyone choose their B&B: it is right in the center, so everything can be reached comfortably on foot. In addition, Michele is also available to accompany guests to the port or wherever needed; he responds immediately and is always ready to help. We can only recommend this accommodation and we will definitely return!

We stayed at Dimora del Centro in Vieste and had a fantastic experience. The property is modern and very clean, with comfortable and well-furnished rooms. The location is perfect, a short walk from the town center and the most beautiful beaches. Breakfast was plentiful and varied, with high-quality products. What really impressed us was the kindness and availability of Michele and Maria, the owners. They were always ready to meet our every need and made us feel at home. Unfortunately we stayed only one night. I say unfortunately because it is fabulous, both for the location and for the atmosphere and the services it offers. Fantastic breakfast, plentiful with fresh local products, and the kindness of the owners perfectly complete the desire to return and stay there without any doubt. Well done, really.

We stayed for 10 days and felt comfortable immediately. Michele, Maria and Matilde were always available and kind for any request. The property is new and very welcoming, just a short walk from the town center and close to the nearest beach.

Wonderful stay, new structure, just steps from the center and with private parking, really very convenient. Michele and Maria were very nice and always available. Excellent breakfast... not to mention the restaurants they recommended. We had a great time and if we were to return to Vieste, our stay would be at the Dimora del centro!

We stayed at this property in September 2024, a stay of great prestige, very comfortable, complete with reserved parking. The breakfast is excellent, complete with every delicacy, the managers Michele and Maria are always kind and available for any of our requests, we will definitely return.

Beautiful newly built structure located 20 meters from the beginning of the main avenue with beautiful, spacious, modern rooms equipped with every comfort. Breakfast is varied and abundant.
