We stayed only one night in a spacious apartment, the bed was comfy! The bathroom was also large and had a large shower. We were able to keep our bicycles inside the foyer under some stairs. Would happily stay again :-)

I stayed on the first floor. The silence is surprising, it's furnished with essential elements, it's pleasant to be there. Compliments to Salvatore for renovating it with traditional craftsmanship methods. It's worth going there.

Great stay in a well-kept and tastefully decorated property. The manager is available and reachable if needed. I suggest, in the absence of a breakfast service, to provide a 'Nespresso' type coffee machine.

The manager is very kind, the prices are fair, the central structure is very beautiful and clean, as well as being convenient due to the presence of a small kitchenette. Perhaps the breakfast could be enriched a bit with yogurt and cereals. Otherwise, highly recommended.

Thanks to Salvatore and the constant support provided throughout the stay in the apartment. And especially for always being available, even with some logistical problems created by us. The structure is in the center of everything! The only problem is parking and that there is no elevator, but that is normal given the central location and that the apartments are inside a historic building. A ten-minute walk from the structure there is a conventionally paid parking lot. Even though breakfast was not included, they made sure we found cookies, jams, and milk. Thank you again for the beautiful vacation.

As a family of four, we stayed in Casa Lopez for nearly a month. The apartment was sufficiently large, as for the cleanliness it was spotless and the cleaning lady came every week to change our towels and clean up the whole space. It was very practical that there were all the daily use necessities and elementary equipment in the apartment such as oil, spices, some dish soap etc. The kitchen is small but sufficient even for long-term cooking and generally the apartment tallied with the advertised pictures. We had a washing machine at our disposal, there were also some toys and beach equipment to borrow. Salvatore welcomed us upon our arrival and during the whole stay he was ready to help us, answer our many questions and give us directions to shops and places we were looking for. There was a small refreshment upon our arrival such as chilled water and some biscuits and crackers which was nice after the long journey. The apartment was equipped with air-conditioning but we never had to use it. The house itself was situated in the historical center of the city so we had all the churches and historical places close by as well as many small shops. The supermarket was about an 8-minute walk from the house and the beach was very near. Overall our stay at Casa Lopez was very nice, we had everything we needed and Salvatore was an awesome host.

Very central. Welcoming and helpful management. Clean rooms well equipped with the kitchen. Carefully chosen colors and materials. Lack of elevator for those who might need it. Access by car a bit difficult due to ZTL. No parking available.

Although located in the historic center, the accommodation is in a quiet area of the city. The recently renovated interiors have maintained a historical aspect of the structure. I stayed here with my family and we had a great time.

The room was cozy, clean, and comfortable. It was very convenient for traveling to the station and easy access to the historic center of Barletta and the Swabian Castle. Additionally, the sea was less than a 10-minute walk away. There were many bars and restaurants nearby. The property was equipped with all the essentials, such as a kitchen, pots, utensils, plates, etc. The manager was very kind; he provided water and some breakfast items like milk, coffee, tea, sugar, brioches, and toast with Nutella and jam, even though breakfast was not included. The property offered great value for the price. It also had a hairdryer. On the first day, the trash had already been taken out, so the environment was always clean. If we were to return to Barletta, we wouldn't need to look for other accommodation.

I was favorably impressed by three main factors: the space available that offers everything. From the spacious and comfortable bed (French style, practically double) to the sofa in front in a sector of the room. Bathroom and shower of good size and "tiled" in Roman stone. Absolute cleanliness that provides a sense of attention to the guest. And the fact that there is a kitchen corner that is actually a whole kitchen with everything for breakfast, from coffee to condiments. It means attention to the smallest details. It is a stone's throw from the Statue of Heraclius and the parking lot of the Town Hall square and a few hundred meters from where the other great hero from Barletta, Pietro Paolo Mennea, was born. I believe that Casa Lopez has long embarked on the present and future path of the concept of tourist accommodation. I usually only gave a 10 to Gianni Rivera. Today I make, gladly, an exception. Standing ovation, as the good RAI commentator Bruno Pizzul would say.

Beautiful structure, very well-finished and cared for. The location is very convenient and strategic. A stone's throw from the center, the sea, and the station. Then there are many bars nearby for those who love nightlife. \nThe rooms were very clean upon our arrival, and during the week we were given the opportunity for an additional cleaning of the apartment. The breakfast was sufficient. Perhaps it needs improvement. \nThe owner is friendly and very kind, always available and prepared to provide you with what you need. \nAir conditioning, washing machine, spacious rooms, and even the wardrobes are. The only flaw was the wifi that had very poor reception, but that is definitely a problem with the telephone company. \nI will definitely return and highly recommend it if you are traveling to Barletta.

Excellent structure, with all the comforts and a stone's throw from the center. Brand new and tastefully renovated studio respecting the typical local architecture. Salvatore, the owner, has been helpful and hospitable since the moment of booking, responding promptly to messages and finding the ideal solution for our needs, until the check-out. Excellent structure in the full historic center, convenient to services and a hundred meters from the sea. The manager Salvatore reserved for us an apartment with every comfort, double TV, air conditioning, hairdryer, fresh linen, while washing machine and iron were available in the laundry rooms shared with other guests. The kindness and cordiality of Salvatore have earned points for this structure which is already practically perfect.

Impeccable cleanliness and central location, even though there are no parking spaces under the structure, it is still possible to park not very far away. Breakfast was not provided in the common room due to Covid, but being a studio apartment with a private kitchen, they could have still included breakfast individually in each accommodation (in my case, I was even willing to pay a supplement to have it). Otherwise, everything perfect: structure cared for in every detail, located in a historic building; right spaces and well-proportioned.

Great structure, the only lack is the freezer. Excellent cleanliness, only on the first day I found a little bug on the bed, but it must have been bad luck. It is not very close to the sea, which is not beautiful. But in Bisceglie it's much better. The parking is not close and you don't always find a free spot. The village in the evening is very crowded due to the presence of several pubs, restaurants, ice cream shops, etc., also very good. The manager is very helpful and friendly. I paid with the holiday bonus, so it went well. But 40€ per night per person in a studio, I don't know if it would have been a good price.

Beautiful apartment, in an old building, right in the center of Barletta, a stone's throw from the Giant Heraclitus. I stayed only one night for a business trip and I had a great time, the B&B managers waited for me until 10:30 pm, even though it was past the deadline. Really very kind. Excellent breakfast, with artisan croissants (original) rich in jam not the usual frozen ones. I am sure that my choice will once again fall on this B&B when I return to Barletta!
