Nico was very responsive and helpful. He guided us to the apartment, secured a street parking spot and accommodated some last minute changes. The apartment is modern and nice, yet some minor repairs could make it perfect. The location is okay, within easy walking distance to public transportation or even downtown. Fresh croissants are delivered from the coffee shop next door, so be prepared to open the door when it rings 😉.
