Grazie per la recensione. Per quanto riguarda il punteggio basso della posizione, non capisco il motivo avendola inviata al momento della prenotazione per cui eravate consapevoli di dove fosse ubicata la struttura. Riguardo al punteggio attribuito alla colazione, non credo che si possa considerare misera una colazione composta da: cornetti, fette biscottate, biscotti, marmellate, nutella, frutta, succo caffè, latte e cappuccino. Avendo una clientela prettamente italiana manca solo il salato. Specifico inoltre che quasi quotidianamente abbiamo l'abitudine di modificare i prodotti per offrire più varietà ai clienti. Sul resto dei punteggi preferisco non commentare in quanto molto soggettivi.

Room almost hotel level, large and bright. Simple but functional furnishings. Excellent bathroom facilities. Equipped kitchenette and large living room available. Extremely polite and discreet owners (I only saw them on arrival and departure). Unbeatable value for money. The breakfast rating should be taken with a grain of salt as I never had breakfast for logistical reasons (night work and I wake up very late). Espresso machine always available with unlimited use and the lady took care to ask me what kind of breakfast I preferred even though I skipped it. Really very kind. Large outdoor balcony available with tables and chairs for snacks outdoors. A simple but really well-kept structure.

Beautiful, spacious and quiet, worth coming back, well-structured, easy to reach even on foot despite being a bit out of town.

Clean, bright, and easy to reach apartment, served by supermarket, pharmacy, train station, tobacconist, and cafes. Managers always present, kind, and helpful.

Hello, good evening, we are the guys Giuseppe and Giorgia who were guests there with you and we wanted to thank you for your availability and compliment you on the place. We really enjoyed our time there, everything is efficient and you are really very kind people. We highly recommend your B&B Sant'Ermete to all those who want to stay calm and independent and stay close to lovely places like Gallipoli, Baia Verde. And also for those who have a car, the place is convenient for getting around. Otranto, Santa Maria di Leuca, and Lecce are reachable in a few hours. A hug again and we hope to come back soon.
