We stayed at Tenuta Martinelli for 5 nights and absolutely loved it. The place is peaceful and surrounded by nature, yet only a 10-minute drive from Monopoli’s old town and the beaches. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a private veranda where we could relax in the morning or evening. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and the Wi-Fi was strong throughout our stay. Breakfast was one of the highlights – homemade every morning. A great start to every day. Anna was a great host – welcoming, calm, and helpful whenever needed, without being over-present. Everything felt well taken care of. If you’re looking for a quiet and authentic place to relax and explore Puglia, this is the spot. We’d definitely recommend it to friends and family, and would return without hesitation.

The bathroom was large and modern with plenty of space for cosmetics etc. The fridge was a good size and useful for keeping drinks cool. The bed was comfortable, although for me personally the pillow was a bit hard. We had a lovely outside space in which to relax. Anna the host was cheerful and friendly and accommodating. Nothing seemed to much trouble. Breakfast was superb! Scrambled or fried eggs were an option. Anna's husband made all the delicious cakes and I'm guessing the bread. There was fresh fruit, ham, cheese, cereals, bread rolls, bread. Something for everyone. The staff were extremely friendly and pleasant. The pool and gardens were wonderful. Well maintained and beautiful. My husband and I would happily return to this B&B. I can highly recommend it. I think a car is essential, as there are no local restaurants.

We stayed 6 days in this exceptional villa. Ideally positioned to visit the north of Apulia. The owners are very kind, and the homemade breakfast is divine. Everything was perfect, the location, impeccable cleanliness, the price, and the pool. Do not hesitate to share this gem. Looking forward to going back.

If you are looking for relaxation, if you are looking for a place immersed in nature and a few steps from the sea, B&B Tenuta Martinelli is ideal! The structure is very well maintained, Mr. Vito with his own hands takes care of the stone decorations but above all of preparing sweet delicacies that are offered at breakfast. Mrs. Anna welcomed us introducing the structure, she indicated the places to visit, she was always exquisite... even when unfortunately we had to leave the structure. The feeling is that of being at home away from home.

Very pleasant place. The rooms are comfortable and meticulously clean. Nice patio in front of the house. Excellent breakfast. But above all, it is worth highlighting the kindness and availability of the owners. We had a great time!
