Spacious room decorated with taste and attention to detail. Perfect location close to the historic center. The owner of the apartment, along with his very kind daughters, has proven to be courteous and attentive to the guests' needs, kind and discreet. All this made our visit to the enchanting town of Presicce very pleasant. Highly recommended!

I stayed 10 days in the middle of August at this property and I was struck by the beauty of the spaces curated in every detail. The structure is completely renovated but still retains the local stone in the arches and in the unique bathrooms, the terracotta on the floor, and at the same time offers all the comforts. The owners are kind and helpful, definitely recommend to anyone passing through or wanting to vacation in Presicce. My rating is 10 out of 10.
