Beautiful structure overlooking the Maldives of Salento, also reachable on foot by crossing paths. Ilaria and Marc welcomed us in the best way. Excellent hospitality and valuable advice on places to visit and the best restaurants. Good breakfast and excellent cleanliness.

Fabulous week despite the weather being a bit crazy at times. We felt at home, Mark and Ilaria are extremely helpful for anything. They suggested worthy places to visit and especially great restaurants recommended by Mark. The structure is very close to the sea and at the same time away from the chaos of nearby beaches. Having breakfast while looking at the sea is wonderful! Extremely clean and well-kept structure. My husband and I returned reluctantly but eager to come back. Thank you for everything!

This holiday was our first experience in B&B Giglio Marino. We had a great time, very neat and quiet place, away from the center but close to the sea, reachable by a walk. Convenient for trips to various locations if you feel like moving. The owners are young, helpful, attentive, caring, not intrusive, they made us feel at home with all the comforts of being hosted. We would definitely come back.

We left a piece of our hearts at B&B Giglio Marino and brought back the warmth, liveliness, and smiles of the family who hosted us. Everything was perfect! The place is new, clean, and very well-maintained. An oasis of tranquility just a few minutes' walk from the sea. The room is spacious, equipped with every comfort, and a shared fully equipped kitchen is available for guests. The garden is well-kept, and there is a wonderful terrace with a sea view for breakfast. Parking space in the courtyard, outdoor showers, and a convenient area for washing and drying clothes, especially useful after returning from the beach. A big kiss to Ilaria, Marc, Mirko, and... Johnny, the pure love puppy, you made us feel at home.

Great solution for those who want to stay away from the crowds, the sea reachable on foot in a few minutes (Maldive del Salento beach), very rich and varied breakfast, green and peaceful spaces to enjoy in tranquility with sea view. The only negative note, the apartment is not suitable for tall people even though it is very spacious and welcoming.

Excellent Bed and Breakfast in a beautiful location overlooking the sea with excellent and very fresh breakfasts with sea view. We greatly appreciated the courtesy and availability of Marc and Ilaria always ready for every advice and need and all the services including super quiet rooms equipped with every comfort. We stayed here for a week and we were sorry to leave. It felt like being with family. I would return.

If you need a relaxing place, in the countryside but a short walk from the sea this is the right place! Moreover, Ilaria and Marc are very kind and welcoming, they always have something to advise you and, fundamental thing (at least for me and my husband), they are always smiling. I recommend this structure to those who love living in tranquility, without the pretensions of a 5-star hotel, to those who appreciate the genuineness of things and people. Thanks again to Ilaria (who prepares delicious and frothy cappuccinos), who accompanied our breakfasts with her stories and laughter, and to Marc for the dedication to the care of the garden(s). I stayed as a couple from August 13, 2016, to August 20, 2016, the property is located on a small hill adjacent to the beautiful sea of the MALDIVE DEL SALENTO and with a 5-minute walk, through a country path, you can reach the beautiful beach on foot, avoiding taking the car given the significant summer traffic in the area. The structure is brand new, very spacious and above all new and clean, during the stay I didn't encounter any insects (NOT EVEN MOSQUITOES!) or any ants, and there is a large closed parking area with a gate. The breakfast is plentiful, there is a lot of stuff for a B&B and the owner is very kind and willing to satisfy some small culinary whim as there is a kitchen available to tenants. The owners are a young and very sociable couple and they know how to best advise you on how to spend your holiday in this fantastic place.

Me, my wife, and my dog Toffee stayed at this splendid B&B Giglio Marino, managed masterfully by the two owners Ilaria and Marc who made us feel at home, even more than that. The cleanliness was impeccable both in the room where we stayed, including the exclusive bathroom, and in the shared kitchen. In the morning, a delicious breakfast with the typical pastries from Lecce, croissants, etc. was served to us on a panoramic terrace with a postcard-worthy sea view. A positive note goes to Marc who made me a super delicious cappuccino. The sea is a ten-minute walk away and what a sea. You have the Maldives of Salento right in front of you, which the name already says it all and it is truly beautiful. Also, greetings to Ilaria's parents, Gina and Enzo, greetings to the fantastic niece Erica whom we will see again in Florence, and finally to little Mirco. I recommend this place to everyone and hope to return one day.

We stayed at this property for 10 days. We spent truly pleasant days. The managers Ilaria and Marco are exquisite people who do everything to make you feel at ease and to ensure that your vacation is excellent. The property is comfortable, in a great location, and with a magnificent shady garden where you can spend hot and sunny afternoons in the shade of olive trees and maritime pines. The cleanliness is exemplary and the breakfast is also excellent and plentiful, the warm Salento pasticciotti are legendary!

The structure is as described and the price is all inclusive, so no nasty surprises! The sea is a 10-minute walk through the countryside, or a three-minute drive. There is also an outdoor shower, a sink, and a very useful drying rack (and a fantastic tree of very sweet apricots). Our room, but I presume they are all like this, was very cozy, spacious, and comfortable (air conditioning, fridge, TV, large shower box, bidet) and the well-equipped kitchen is very convenient if you don't want to eat at the restaurant all the time. The breakfast is good and very plentiful. Order and cleanliness reign supreme throughout the structure! Finally, the icing on the cake is definitely Ilaria, a sincere, very friendly, helpful, and hospitable girl who seems like you've known her forever. We had a great time and more than in a “hotel”, we felt like guests at friends' house. Thank you Ilaria (and Marc) until next time. Felice and Nadia- Storo (TN).

As soon as you arrive, you are greeted by the warmth of a family whose primary goal is to make you feel comfortable right away, and I must say they succeed perfectly. Everything was perfect, from the spacious room to the magnificent terrace that welcomes you in the morning, where you can have a wonderful breakfast prepared by Ilaria, the very friendly host, and her two men, Marco and Mirco, who burst in with their friendliness in the middle of the morning. The sea stands not far away, and with a short walk of just 10 minutes, you are on the beach. Really everything is excellent.
