This was a very nice apartment in a peaceful setting situated at the top of a hill with wonderful views over the coastline. All the furniture and fixtures and fittings in the apartment were modern and brand new. The owner/manager of the property was very friendly and helpful. One drawback was the lack of any bedside lamps. It also would have been nice to have a shelf in the shower for placing soap etc.

We felt very comfortable with Mrs. Luiga and in the apartment. Great also the good mosquito screens on all doors + windows - and the sweet cats in the garden.

The structure is welcoming for our motorcycle trip, immersed in the silence of the olive trees but still close to the sea. Maria Luigia was very accommodating, she provided everything we needed for our breakfasts, a homemade cake, and oil from her own production. Cozy studio, well cared for in details. Convenient location for excursions to the sea and nearby villages.

Charming location in the silence of the olive trees. However, it is close to the sea. Cozy room and well taken care of in the details. It is a pity we only stayed for one night.

Thank you for everything, dear Maria Luigia. Rolf and I with our Maremma Abruzzese Shepherd dog had a great time in your apartment. Having breakfast in mid-November on the terrace with a homemade cake is beautiful - the oranges picked from the tree in the garden are wonderful - the apartment was very clean - the olive oil we bought is delicious - the personal guide service to your B&B was very friendly.
