The location is great-close to the center but still quiet. The host was friendly and gave me some good tips for places to check out. Also, the breakfast was really nice. Would totally stay here again!

Arvian B&B was a lovely surprise situated so close to the beautiful Cathedral of San Sabino. Everything was close to hand - great restaurants, shopping and the airport. Our host was exceptional and gave many recommendations on restaurants, sights and personally organised a taxi to the airport for a very early morning flight home. The rooms were tasteful and spotlessly clean! I highly recommend this accommodation 😊

The room is located in a beautiful recently renovated house. Very good location in the historic center. Very clean. We would have liked a more substantial breakfast. Other than that, everything was perfect. I recommend it.

A highly recommended accommodation in the center of Bari, quiet, cozy and with all amenities. If you go by car, there is parking very nearby. The kindness and advice of the management stand out, as they took care of us at all times from our arrival until our departure.

Our room was located on the ground floor, practically at street level, but the street was quiet and very peaceful. The drawback was the complete lack of windows or balconies both in the room and in the bathroom. If I had been given this information earlier I would have asked for another room or changed accommodation. From the photos on the site this lack was not evident and the host did not bother to specify it. Cleaning was every other day and the same applied to towel changes. In the shower there was only a ceiling showerhead and no handheld shower. And no complimentary set (a shower cap would have been appreciated!), only dispensers at the sink and in the shower. Cleaning was not adequate: there was dust, air and cobwebs. Breakfast was sufficient. The voucher for the affiliated bar included a hot drink and a croissant of choice; the pasticciotto was available only for an extra charge. No, it was not what I expected. I will not return and I will not recommend it.

Gentile Sabrina, siamo consapevoli di non poter piacere a tutti ma quanto scritto nella sua recensione sembra un tantino esagerato visto che il 95% degli ospiti ci recensisce con punteggi che vanno dall'8 al 10. La camera in cui ha soggiornato è stata richiesta da Lei personalmente; disponiamo di altre due camere, dotate di finestra/balcone, ai piani superiori per le quali avrebbe potuto optare. È vero che non dispone di finestra, ma dispone di ventilazione meccanica accesa h24 che garantisce riciclo d'aria continuativamente. Nella stessa camera ha trovato tutto quanto citato nell'annuncio, motivo per il quale mi sembra davvero inadeguato scrivere di non aver trovato la cuffietta e il set di cortesia non previsti nelle dotazioni. Infine, credo che il commento sulla scarsa pulizia sia frutto dell'insoddisfazione generale; le posso garantire che ci occupiamo delle pulizie personalmente (no ditte esterne) e facciamo sempre un doppio controllo prima di consegnare le camere agli ospiti. La sua camera era impeccabile quando le è stata consegnata. Mai nessuno in 5 anni di attività si è mai lamentato della scarsa pulizia; può appurarlo dalle innumerevoli recensioni presenti online sui maggiori siti di prenotazione. Nonostante tutto, saremmo felici di poterLa ospitare ancora, magari in una camera ai piani superiori, così da darLe la possibilità di ricredersi. Un caro saluto

Great availability from the host. He gave us all the information to find the accommodation and tips about the area. Accurate payment and receipt sending. The room was clean, not too big but comfortable. One downside is the window without a view of the city and the blind bathroom.

The structure is brand new. Fantastic location in the heart of old Bari. Impeccable cleanliness. The only drawback of our room (abbasc), being on the ground floor, was that it lacked a window. But for just one night, it did not affect our stay. Armando is a very friendly and helpful person. Highly recommended structure.
