The process was quick and the service was excellent. The apartment is nice and clean, with no complaints. The leaky showerhead needs to be replaced and the wobbly stairs need to be fixed, but these are just minor issues. We were satisfied and grateful, and we definitely recommend it.

The accommodation is fine overall, although to point out a couple of areas for improvement I would say that regarding cleanliness the bedspread showed several stains and that we missed having an extra blanket. As for space, fine. Regarding the kitchen and bathroom equipment, also fine. The WiFi also worked well. Regarding the location, the apartment was relatively far from Bari's historic center, at a reasonable distance from the train station, but well situated for our purposes. The neighborhood is not very pretty but it is quiet.
