We liked the location because it was 5 minutes to the beach. \n\nThe apartment was well equipped. There was a coffee machine for coffee capsules. Many coffee capsules were provided. Also, food for the first breakfast was available.

The holiday apartment was super equipped. With air conditioning and washing machine. 3-5 minutes walk to the beach. The landlady was super friendly and very helpful. The apartment was cleaned daily by the landlady personally. If arriving by vehicle, it is advisable to clarify this in advance to get a parking space. Otherwise great holiday! My husband and I were very excited and satisfied. We will gladly come back.

I stay at least 3 times a year in the summer for years. I feel at home and Carmen's hospitality is unique. Additionally, we have the backdrop of the pine forest and the proximity of the sea. They are moments of relaxation as well as accommodation.

We were guests of Mrs. Carmen, and it was a short but very pleasant stay. The internal structure is completely new. Carmen (she prefers informal address) does everything to make you feel at home. Crossing the pine forest behind the structure (just a stone's throw from the sea), you can access both the equipped beach (therefore for a fee) and the free one. The sea is spectacular, and having tried Bahia beach, I recommend it, both for the beach service and for the catering. It is frequented by young people, especially on Sundays, and therefore a bit noisy. Finally, let Carmen advise you on places to visit (pizzerias, restaurants, and markets). It was a short but intense vacation of relaxation, sea, and full immersion in the town of Ginosa. We will return next year!

I booked this accommodation online because I was looking for a place to spend a week by the sea. I had a great time, very comfortable accommodation, as the name suggests it is truly a stone's throw from the sea. The structure is clean, the room is spacious and equipped with everything, and there is also the possibility of using the kitchen. Mrs. Carmen was very kind and helpful with every request. Very helpfulness on the part of Mrs. Carmen.

Brand new rooms equipped with every comfort, amazing in-room kitchen equipped with everything: dishes, utensils, fridge, breakfast basket, and plenty of snack packs. Everything clean and close to the sea! Carmen is kind and friendly. I highly recommend this property for a relaxing vacation near the sea!

When the renovation works are completed, it will be a top location.

The property is located in a garden in front of the pine forest from which you can reach the beach in a few minutes; the rooms are well organized and very clean. Our two-room apartment faces the pine forest with a small balcony and an area with table and armchairs under a pine tree. Privacy and relaxation guaranteed! The owner, Mrs. Carmen, is kind and helpful, she provided us with a well-stocked breakfast basket and an espresso machine, a pleasant surprise. Thank you! Maria Carmela and Demetrio.

Carmen is a friendly and helpful person, the room is new with all the comforts, once the external renovation works are finished it will be a jewel, given its location close to the pine forest that leads directly to the sea.

Between August and September, I stayed at this Bed and Breakfast for over 10 days. The experience was very positive: Mrs. Carmen is a fantastic person, who wants to ensure the best for her guests. Breakfast is provided in the rooms with everything necessary, varied and abundant. The room cleaning is excellent. The accommodations are brand new and equipped with every comfort. Carmen is always extremely available to meet the tastes and needs of her guests, as well as always being kind and smiling. On this vacation, she turned out to be a bit like a "sister" to me, close but never intrusive, and she also knew how to advise me on many places: markets, restaurants, beaches... as well as being available to take care of receiving a second suitcase from the courier. The Bed and Breakfast is really close to the sea, which is easily and effortlessly reached on foot, but it is also convenient to the center with a pleasant walk of about 15 minutes. "A 2 passi dal mare" is a very welcoming Bed and Breakfast nestled near a huge pine forest, and its added value is definitely the owner! Memorable experience. Cleanliness, kindness, availability and absolute proximity to the sea. A few steps from the center as well. Bicycles available and parking. Breakfast in the room with packaged but branded products. There is a very convenient kitchenette in the room itself. Recommended!

I rated the structure 9 out of 10, only for the entrance stairs, for the rest the structure is strategically and peacefully located, close to the sea, with reserved parking. The owner, Mrs. Carmen, is very helpful and friendly, breakfast in the room autonomously, with availability and variety of choice, restocked every morning. Excellent cleanliness, large and spacious room, availability of dishes, glasses, and pots with a kitchenette for a frugal meal. More than positive experience, surely if we ever come back to those parts, to repeat. Thanks again to Mrs. Carmen, for the plants.

It's the second year I come back to this B&B. The owner is always available, very cute and very kind. Maybe from the outside, one remains a bit like this, but inside it's really magnificent and comfortable, with everything you need! Beautiful holidays and excellent hospitality! The kindness and availability of Carmen are qualities more unique than rare. Our apartment was very comfortable, with a spacious shower and a comfortable mattress. It is located 2-3 minutes walk from the two most beautiful shores in the area (Zanzibar and Bahia) and can be reached through a pedestrian path surrounded by greenery. We only stayed one night, but I recommend this property even for those who need to stay longer. In fact, it has a well-equipped kitchenette, a large fridge, and a washing machine. I must be honest, when I first arrived at Marina di Ginosa, it didn't particularly impress me. It was also a day with bad weather, but Carmen's kindness and Zanzibar beach made me change my mind and have a pleasant weekend.

The place is beautiful, amazing welcome and very clean rooms. Carmen, the owner, is always very helpful in everything and the sea is really a stone's throw away. I would like to emphasize the excellent value for money, it's really worth it.

Fantastic location both to enjoy the sea with beach and pine forest and for tourism in very famous locations of Puglia and Basilicata, inland and on the Ionian and Adriatic sea. Excellent hospitality thanks to the kind and caring owner. Beautiful vacation.

Excellent B&B located really a stone's throw from the sea. The external structure is still under renovation, so a bit rough, but the interiors are new, very clean and well equipped. The two-room apartment where I stayed, together with my family, has a separate entrance, a kitchen equipped with everything, a fairly large bathroom where you can also use a washing machine, a comfortable bedroom, a small terrace and a balcony on another side where you can hang clothes if needed. Excellent cleaning service and a very rich breakfast. To reach the sea you just need to go through a pine forest (via a small path) located behind the B&B. But the highlight is Carmen (the owner), a very welcoming, chatty and always available lady.

We were looking for a place near the sea and quite central that offered the possibility of having a kitchenette for exclusive use in order to better manage meals for various needs.\n\nWe chose this B&B (and we did very well).\n\nThe two-room apartment assigned to us is curated in every detail: the kitchen (wonderful) is complete with every accessory, the bathroom consists of a very large shower (with the possibility of using the washing machine), the windows complete with sliding mosquito nets and curtains, at the entrance and in the bedroom there are air conditioners.\n\nThe two-room apartment is brand new, clean and finished with the possibility of using a wi-fi connection. The one-week stay was very pleasant, so much so that we thought of extending it.\n\nThe house is really a stone's throw from the sea, just walk through a short stretch in the pine forest (on foot or by bike) and you find yourself by the sea, where you can choose between equipped bathing establishments and free beach.\n\nThe cleaning of the room is done every day (obviously the cleaning of the kitchen and the utensils used for lunch and dinner is the responsibility of the guest). The pantry for breakfast is abundant and restocked every morning.\n\nMrs. Carmen, as well as the owner, is really very sweet and helpful, she has satisfied all our needs and made us feel at home.\n\nThe external structure is still raw and does not perfectly express the internal characteristics, so do not be deceived by the exterior.\n\nWe spent a really beautiful week, in complete tranquility, in contact with nature and in the beautiful sea of Ginosa Marina. We will definitely return next year, we have now found our favorite place.

Stunning place, close to the beach and shops, brand new and very clean two-room apartment. The owners were very kind and very helpful, I highly recommend it, if I had to return to Puglia I would definitely go back there.

We stayed here for about a week and we had a great time. Mrs. Carmen was really kind and made us feel at home. The location of the B&B is really excellent, especially for those who, like us, want to come back 'home' for lunch because the beach (free or beach clubs) is really close to the structure. There is also the possibility of parking so you can forget about having the car!

The structure is very close to the sea, which can be accessed through an equipped pine forest. There is the possibility to choose between private and public beach. The location is excellent because it's quite peaceful in the evening, even on weekends, and within walking distance you can easily reach bars, restaurants, and other services. The apartments are well furnished and equipped with every comfort. The managers of the structure are also very friendly and attentive to the guest's needs.

The structure is still in finishing phase but the interior is new, well furnished, clean and comfortable, really 'A 2 passi dal mare'. Congratulations to the managers, ready for everything and willing to improve everything. I had a good time with my wife, native of Kazakhstan. I traveled 1345 km; I come from Germany but I will also travel there in the following years. To recommend.

Despite some rooms of the B&B being in the finishing stages of construction, we were never disturbed in any way, neither by noises nor anything else. I must add that Mrs. Carmen, as well as the children, are extraordinarily kind and helpful. Thank you Carmen.

The room I requested had a kitchenette equipped with all the necessary tools for cooking.\n\nJust renovated and therefore shining!\nThe rooms are cleaned daily and the sheets and towels are changed a couple of times a week.\n\nThe breakfast is abundant and available in the room in the kitchenette.\n\nTV in the room, air conditioning, and even mosquito nets on the windows!\nMoreover, they did not get angry neither for my child who had found out how fun it was to shout from the balcony, nor when I forgot to return the room keys, which I promptly sent back by mail.\n\nIf I were to return to Marina di Ginosa, I would rebook without hesitation.

My husband and I stayed for a week in August (we really liked it so much that we "extended" by one day). The room we stayed in was delightful and well-finished. All the comforts were there: kitchenette with everything needed to fully enjoy it; air conditioning; well-maintained bathroom and spacious balcony. Extremely positive note, in addition to the friendliness and kindness of the owners, was the cleanliness: always impeccable. The proximity to the sea offers that extra advantage to the property that allowed us to "forget" the car that remained, for the entire stay, in the parking lot offered by the B&B. We practically fell in love with the place.

Fabulous. My wife and I stayed for 7 nights in July. The management of the B&B is familiar but very efficient. On arrival, they even came to pick us up at the bus station. Very kind. Mrs. Carmen is very helpful and kind. Great person. Don't be fooled by the photos of the exterior: the building, a two-story building, is still to be completed only on the outside. Inside it's beautiful. All new, large room with a real kitchen (much more than a kitchenette!). Air conditioning (much appreciated because it was quite hot), large and very comfortable bed. Large and beautiful bathroom, all new. Abundant breakfast with a choice of coffee and various types of herbal teas. Exceptional value for money! The B&B is really 'a stone's throw from the sea'. In fact, just walk a short distance to be by the sea, where there are paid establishments and free beaches. Among these, if you have the patience to walk a kilometer and a half, you can reach a very long practically deserted free beach where it seems to be on an island. The sea is very warm, one of the warmest we have ever found, and very clean. Marina di Ginosa offers several supermarkets, shops, trattorias, pizzerias, and the night walk on the crowded main street with stalls.

We had a great time, the place is very comfortable, well located from both the city center and the sea, very kind and helpful managers. Beautiful and comfortable apartment with all the amenities. We will definitely come back, thank you for everything Carmen!
