Our B & B is located in Lama fraction of Taranto in a quiet position. "7 Contrade" is hospitable and comfortable.

Our guests will have the opportunity to stroll and shop along the shopping streets getting lost among the sounds and scents of the numerous gardens in the area.
In the surroundings of our structure it will be possible to find examples of our heritage and various tourist attractions, sports facilities and gyms to take care of your body.

Breakfast is served at the Elfa Rock Bar 50 meters from our B&B, sitting at the tables, indicating the name and the occupied room. Service time 07 30 - 10 30 The breakfast consists of: 1. Two drinks at your choice between:   Cappuccino   coffee espress   milk 2. A Sceta between a warm croissant, a donut. For other preferences please arrange directly to the bar staff. In addition, the room will be provided every day for free: biscuits, small packs of Nutella, fruit jams, biscuits, tea, chamomile tea, sugar, mineral water and fruit juice.

We stayed in July 2023. We liked this B&B very much - clean, good coffee machine, in the center. We enjoyed small attentions - water bottles, biscuits, even fruit - very appreciated. It was really hot so we used the air conditioning, so it was very useful. There is also a small garden behind - it is great for relaxing. The breakfast is at a small cafe nearby, they have the best croissants with different fillings and a very kind bartender. We also enjoyed fresh fruit juice and kind advice. The owner helped us a lot - with renting a car, with small repairs. He is a very nice person - answered our questions quickly and speaks English well. The town is a bit small but we had 2 music concerts. Lama - the town is a bit far from Taranto, so we had to find a car to travel around. There is a local sea beach but it is a small one. Bonus - there are several restaurants with very tasty food and lots of choice. So it is a great place to taste Italian life and stay away from tourist noise.

Very pretty, cute and essential room, curated in every small detail in order to have everything even in a small space, having taken the single room, at hand. In the evening, during the cooler hours, there is the possibility to stay outside, having a small personal garden available, in a very quiet area. I felt at home. The owner is very helpful and friendly, a really nice person, as well as the lady who tidies up the rooms. Highly recommended place.

Well-kept structure, the room where I stayed was a small apartment, complete with all the amenities, I really appreciated the small garden that could be accessed directly from the room. Excellent value for money, I recommend it. I will consider it for my next holidays in Taranto.

I had the great pleasure of being a guest at this bed and breakfast and tried all the rooms at different times. I always had a perfect stay, well taken care of in every aspect, from the beauty of the room to the comfort, from the great cleanliness to the constant kindness of Mr. Ezio, truly helpful and kind. Now whenever I pass by here, 7 Contrade is the sure destination. A winning team doesn't change!

Excellent structure where I stayed with my family for a week. About 5 km from Mariscuola, our center of interest, it allowed us to move easily to reach Taranto by car in a few minutes and from there around the splendid Puglia; very clean, well-finished structure and well maintained by Mr. Ezio full of suggestions and agreements with nearby businesses that brightened our vacation starting from the bar 20 meters away that offered us a delicious breakfast every morning. Very efficient air conditioning that allowed us to breathe during a scorching week. In short, we felt at home and surely when we return to Taranto we will try to stay again at '7 Contrade'.

We stayed at this property for Valentine's Day. Perfect room, detailed and exceptionally clean. Mr. Ezio, the owner of the property, is a wonderful person. Highly recommended.

I felt so good on a Saturday that I also booked for Valentine's Day. I know many bed and breakfasts in Taranto and for now I would put it in first place! For the beauty of the rooms, the tranquility of the place and last but not least... the availability of dear Ezio. We will definitely return.

Bellissimo B&B situato in un posto molto tranquillo e vicino al mare. Gestore gentilissimo e accogliente così come accogliente è la struttura. Eccellente la pulizia giornaliera e curato nei minimi dettagli il giardinetto. Tutto stupendo.

Siamo arrivati nella zona di San Vito intorno alle 23:00 e il proprietario è venuto a prenderci, molto gentile, cordiale e disponibile. Alloggi puliti e sistemati. Tutto in ottimo stato e funzionante, colazione al bar inclusa. Torneremo sicuramente, lo consiglio a tutti.

Le parole per descrivere questa struttura sono assolutamente positive, la sistemazione è ben arredata, nuovissima e confortevole. I proprietari hanno prestato molta attenzione ai dettagli nel progettarla e l'accoglienza che riservano agli ospiti è massima. La colazione al mattino è fornita da un ottimo bar, abbondante e gustosa per un felice risveglio. Questo B&B è stata la migliore struttura in cui abbiamo soggiornato io e il mio ragazzo, malinconici nell'andare via ritorneremo presto felici di passare di nuovo del tempo in un posto favoloso. Un soggiorno col proprio partner in questa struttura è un regalo alla coppia, una fantastica occasione di rottura della routine e di relax pieno.
