At La Thuillettaz, breakfast is served every morning at 08: 30 at the large larch-wood table in our kitchen—originally the old vaulted-ceiling stable. We believe a great start to the day requires a full boost of energy, so every morning we offer: Cold drink of your choice: orange or pomegranate juice. Hot drink of your choice: tea, herbal infusion, barley coffee, milk, American coffee, or cappuccino. Yogurt (125g) with granola. Baked apples with cinnamon. Fresh fruit salad. Cereal of your choice: muesli, whole grain, or corn flakes. Fresh croissant or Cake of the day. Rusks or biscuits. Fresh bread. Jam of your choice: raspberry, blueberry, plum, apricot, or black chokeberry (Aronia). Scrambled eggs or fresh cheese. Please note: The menu may vary depending on the season. Enjoy your breakfast and have a wonderful day!

Perfect strategic stop between Champillon and Frassati. During my Tour des Combins, staying at La Thuillettaz was the best logistical choice. Finding this property at 1,760 meters, right on the trail, was a true relief after the grueling 1,000‑meter descent from Colle di Champillon. The building is beautiful and the location enchanting, a balcony overlooking the valley below. The next morning, starting from here meant I was already at altitude. I saved 200 meters of elevation gain compared to those hiking up from Saint‑Rhémy, reaching Rifugio Frassati with completely fresh legs. Besides offering excellent comfort compared to classic mountain huts, it is the ideal stop to break up fatigue smartly.

Very pleasant stopover during our hike on the Alta Via. Room very nicely decorated and excellent bedding. The charming hostess Laura took the time to talk to us about the beautiful Aosta Valley and prepared an excellent breakfast.

We stayed 3 nights. The property was clean and tidy, in a mountain style, a bit remote (which was perfect for us) for dining, but there are excellent restaurants a few kilometers away. Breakfast had a wide selection. The owner, Laura, was very kind and fantastic. We had a great time, I recommend it and we will definitely return.

Wonderful B&B! The property is very beautiful, well maintained and impeccably clean. The room is comfortable, very large and cozy. Breakfast is excellent, with quality products and a wide selection. Our historical alpine hamlet, located at an altitude of 1,760 meters, is fully accessible in all seasons and features a peaceful, pedestrian-only heart with a panoramic view of the mountains and woods. We enjoy a strategic location directly on the Tour des Combins, though we perfectly understand it may seem less central compared to staying right next to fully serviced villages. We take pride in the care we put into our lodge, which we restored while preserving its original features, using stone and larch wood for the exposed ceilings and floors, large, bright windows, solid wood furniture, matching fabrics, and comforts like unlimited hot water, double pillows and soft down duvets. We are just sorry these details did not completely meet your personal taste. Finally, a sincere thank you for cooperating with our preventive backpack protocol. I would like to note that our rates always include deep room sanitization to protect the health of all our guests, whether they are trekking with a backpack or not. We wish you wonderful next steps on your mountain journey!

The lady who manages La Thuillettaz B&B is exceptional and makes you feel at home, the structure is fantastic and welcoming, it looks like a village from fairy tales, highly recommended, we will definitely return.

If I could give higher ratings, I would! Laura is simply spectacular: welcoming, helpful, warm! Our room can only be described as nothing less than beautiful: carefully furnished, cozy, clean. Not to mention the royal breakfasts that Laura prepared for us... a delight for the eyes and palate! If you want to spend a few days at high altitude, go to this B&B.

I stayed with my wife in one of the two-room apartments of the property. Due to the pandemic, breakfast was not available in compliance with space usage regulations, but the apartment is equipped with a complete kitchen so we prepared our breakfast and some meals in complete comfort. The structure is very beautiful, buildings renovated in full respect of tradition with spacious, functional and well-furnished apartments, impeccably clean and fully equipped. Very spacious and convenient covered garage. The location is perfect to enjoy, on one hand, the (relative) distance from crowds and at the same time close to all services. An ideal base for high-altitude hikes, and the cherry on top is the exquisite kindness and sincere concern for the well-being of guests by Laura, the host. Thank you for the wonderful holiday, we want to come back in winter!

We were welcomed very well by Laura, the location of the bed and breakfast is excellent, always sunny and close to the ski slopes. Delightful one-bedroom apartment in perfect condition: well furnished, clean, and equipped with everything necessary. Excellent parking solution for the car.
