The room, as described by the hosts, is part of an old farmhouse under renovation with a large and convenient parking area. Access involves passing along a driveway and a porch, both unfinished. A comfortable wooden staircase leads to the rooms, which are brand new both in masonry work and furnishings. The view from the large window with balcony is beautiful and the room is very quiet. However, the whole property probably needs some refinement (it has been operating for only a few weeks), as everything is provided in minimal terms; in the bathroom there is only one soap dish that you need to remember to move between the sink, bidet and shower. The toilet roll has no holder, things that are not important per se but that, if present, are better to have. In my opinion the negative point is the lack of a breakfast room. In the corridor near the entrance you pick up the breakfast items which must be taken to the room, where there is only a low table (without chairs) that makes breakfast impractical, especially considering that you are on holiday. Also, by contract the room is serviced every four days (for us it was actually done on the third day). Breakfast is traditional with sweet products, fruit, coffee pods, milk, and tea and herbal tea bags. In my opinion, as mentioned to Mrs. Beatrice, it would be preferable to offer single-portion packaging, particularly for honey and jams. Mrs. Beatrice is very kind and helpful. The location is convenient both for reaching the thermal baths in a few minutes by car and for major hikes or walks in the mountains.

It was truly a pleasant surprise; we were the second guests at a new bed and breakfast! The room was spacious and clean, with a large double bed and a very comfortable mattress. There was a nice bathroom with a lovely shower. The outside area still needs some work, but it has incredible potential. Mrs. Beatrice is kind and very attentive to any need. Go visit her.

B&B recently opened by Beatrice, a kind and very attentive host. She made us feel at home. The location is excellent for those seeking peace and relaxation. A traditional breakfast is served, with particular attention to reported food intolerances.
